This study is aims to find out teaching practice and problems in impelementing HOTS. This research is descriptive qualitative. Subject of this study were four English Teacher in SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong. Questionnaire and interview were used to find out data of this research. Data analyzed by using qualitative analysis. The result of this study is (1) the implementation of HOTS in SMPN 1 Rejang Lebong is well done based on Anderson Taxonomy: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating. Second, teaching problems in HOTS implementation, and (2) lack of facilities, lack of time, lack of training, lack of knowledge, lack of connection, and lack of motivation were teaching problems of HOTS implementation. This finding is hoped can be used to know about teaching and learning process by using HOTS in junior high school.Keywords: HOTS, Junior High School, Teaching Practice, Teaching Problems

RÉSUMÉ. Au cycle secondaire qualifiant, l’apprentissage du français, langue étrangère (FLE), acquiert une importance particulière étant donné son rôle essentiel dans les études supérieures et par là-même à l'accès au marché du travail. Cet apprentissage demeure submergé des erreurs commises par les apprenants dans les différentes activités malgré le changement des programmes et l’application de nouvelles approches et démarches pédagogiques imposées par la nouvelle réforme de 1999. Ainsi, notre article, qui se donne pour objectif d’analyser et de traiter l’inventaire d’erreurs que nous avons recueilli lors d’une activité de production écrite réalisée en classe du FLE au cycle secondaire qualifiant, précisément en deuxième année baccalauréat, pendant l’année scolaire 2015 / 2016, constituera l’un des modèles auxquels pourront se référer les enseignants, notamment les futurs enseignants, pour améliorer leurs approches et leurs pratiques en classe. Mots-clés : analyse, apprentissage, erreur, français langue étrangère (FLE), production écrite, remédiation.  ABSTACT. In High school, teaching and learning French as a foreign language (FFL) acquires a paticular importance due to its primordial role in higher education and thus access to the professional world. This learning remains overwhelmed by the errors committed by the learners in different activities despite the change of the programs and the application of new approaches and the pedagogical improvements imposed by the reform of 1999. Our article, which aims to analyze and treat the inventory of errors we have collected during a written production activity carried out in the class of the FLE in high school, precisely in the second year baccalaureate, During the 2015/2016 school year, aims to produce a model that can be used by teachers, in particular future teachers, to improve their approaches and practices in the classroom. Keywords: analysis, error, French as a foreign language (FFL), learning, remediation, writing.

The aim of the research was to develop a supplement of teaching materials for classXI geography subjects based on the local wisdom of the Kaili Da'a tribe in SigiRegency, Central Sulawesi, which is valid and feasible. Before developing thesupplement of teaching materials, first make preparations, namely: (1) Kaili Da'aresearch community in Dombu village, Marawola Sub district, Sigi Regency relatedto local wisdom values that are relevant to the geography material of XI high schoolclass. (2) Examines the Content Competency, Basic Competence, Teaching Materialand values of local wisdom that can be implemented in the geography learningmaterials of class XI high school. Teaching material supplements developed werevalidated by material experts and linguists. Products validated by material expertsand linguists show a percentage of 85% with qualifications that are very suitable foruse, after which a revision is made. The revised teaching material supplement wasthen tested for eligibility in small groups. The small group was 20 students of SMA 4Sigi, 20 students of SMA AL-Khairat Kalukubula, and 20 students of SMA 2 Sigi.The results of the feasibility test in the small group were 86.15% for SMA Negeri 4Sigi, 87.30% for SMA AL-Khairat Kalukubula and 86.73% for SMA Negeri 2 Sigi.These percentages respectively showed that the results of the development ofteaching material supplements received responses. Positive and qualify as eligible tobe used as a supplement of teaching materials.
