This study aims to find (identify) and determine problems related to the arrival of foreigners in Cianjur Regency. Furthermore, this research wants to set goals to be achieved. Of course, with the formation of the Pora Team, we want cooperation and coordination as well as synergy between related agencies. Third, the purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of the Pora Team in order to deal with the presence and activities of foreigners in the Cianjur Regency area. This study uses a qualitative approach with a post-positivistic paradigm. The method used is a case study. The models used are Assifi and French models. The result of this research is that the Pora Team analyzed various cases related to foreigners who came to Indonesia, especially Cianjur. The Sukabumi Class II Immigration Office released data on the number of Foreign Citizens (WNA) holding Permanent Stay Permit Cards (KITAP) who reside and have activities in Sukabumi and Cianjur. Apart from mixed marriages, not a few foreigners have the status of workers. There are 65 foreigners holding KITAP Cianjur Regency. The purpose of establishing the Pora Team is to supervise foreigners who come to Cianjur Regency, as an effort to prevent violations of regulations by foreigners in Cianjur Regency. The Pora Team's strategy-setting activities cover a variety of activities. These activities are in the form of (1) audience analysis, (2) selecting media, (3) developing messages, (4) implementing programs, (5) conducting monitoring and evaluation. The audience analysis in this case is foreigners. These foreigners have various kinds of arrival purposes such as tourism, socio-cultural visits, government, social and even for work. The Pora team in carrying out their duties collaborates with the Media. The Pora team coordinates with various government organizations. In carrying out its programs, apart from carrying out the duties and functions of the Pora Team, it can also carry out joint operations if needed. In conducting monitoring and evaluation, the results of joint operations are reported directly in writing. The report is submitted to the Chairman of the Pora Team no later than 7 (seven) days from the time the joint operation was carried out. The Pora team also has a map of the supervision of foreigners, solving problems of the existence and activities of foreigners, implementing and regulating relations and cooperation in the framework of controlling foreigners, preparing joint operation plans that are special or incidental in nature.

Abstract The topic of Multiculturalism Living Quran Muhammadiyah Papua and Application of Islamic Objectification Theory Kuntowijoyo intends to highlight the application of Da'wah bil regards Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah West Papua. Where is the application of da'wah bil hal Muhammadiyah West Papua by pioneering educational institutions from kindergarten to college, religious institutions such as mosques, pesantren, taklim assemblies, missionary corps and so on. Social institutions such as orphanages. Economic institutions such as Baitul Maal wa Attamwil (BMT). Philanthropic institutions such as Lazis Muhammadiyah. Health institutions such as clinics, and others. In the opinion of the author, once again, is the application of da'wah bil hal. Where the da'wah bil thing is the Muhammadiyah pattern in general and the West Papua Muhammadiyah pattern, according to the author, is the application of Kuntowijoyo's social theory of objectification of Islam. Plus, because of the existence of Muhammadiyah West Papua in the Muslim Minority zone, this is also an application of the application of da'wah bil things that is unique in the frame of multi-culturalism and mainstreaming religious moderation.  Keyword: Multiculturalism, Living Qur'an, Muhammadiyah West Papua, Islamic Objectification .

Purpose of this study was to answer two problems: (i) how is the guardian of the constitution embodied through the function of the Constitutional Court; and (ii) how the Constitutional Court as the guardian of the constitution reduces constitutions that are indicated by the policy corruption. Policy corruption is an invisible and covert element that able to threaten the synergy of the legal system and the public interest. The form of policy corruption is realized in the form of a law. Efforts that can be made to reduce the policy corruption are to implement the tight control over the media, which in this case is relevant to the function of the Constitutional Court. This studywas classified as doctrinal research with primary and secondary legal materials. Comparative approach and case approach were used to answer the legal issues. The results showed that: First, the guardian of the constitution through the function of the Constitutional Court through the optimization of the Constitutional Court Judges as the agent of constitution, strengthening the execution of the Constitutional Court decisions and collaborative steps with other state institutions in enforcing the constitutional guardianship. Second, the Constitutional Court as the guardian of the constitution in reducing laws indicated by the policy corruption is manifested in the form of a Constitutional Court decision that can be retroactive to recover the impact of legal losses that are indicated by the policy corruption, the decision of Constitutional Courtis justified by ultra vires to anticipate the chain of constitutions that indications of policy corruption, the decision of Constitutional Courtis strengthened in terms of its execution and the Court can examine or test the Constitution Drafting (bill/ RUU) (a priori review) as a preventive measure to prevent the enactment of laws that indicate policy corruption.

This study dealt with effort of finding the lexical and grammatical ambiguity in English textbook of Bahasa Inggris for the tenth grade. The objectives of the study were to find out the types of ambiguity and to find out the dominant types of ambiguity in Bahasa Inggris of the tenth grade. The numbers of the data were 21 of reading texts which were taken from English textbook of Bahasa Inggris of the tenth grade. The types of ambiguities were identified based on Fromkin et al theory. The research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data were analyzed by Identifying , classifying, tabulating and interpreting. From 21 reading texts, there were 27 sentences that contained ambiguous meaning. There are two types of ambiguity found in reading texts, they were lexical and grammatical ambiguity. The lexical ambiguity consisted of homonym, polysemy and antonym. While  grammatical ambiguity consisted of coordinate structure, negation scope, active or passive meaning, gerund + object or participle modifying a noun, prepositional phrase (PP) as modifier or sentence adjunct, and a head  of inner modifier and outer modifier. The dominant type of lexical ambiguity was homonymy with 6 occurrences (20.68%). While the dominant type of grammatical ambiguity was coordinate structure as many as 8 occurrences (27.59%).

This study aims to analyze the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) variables on capital expenditures. In addition, this study uses the role of intervening variables to analyze the effect of these variables. The data source for this research uses secondary data sources originating from the Director General of Fiscal Balance of the Regional Government. Respondents in this study were local governments in Central Java with a total of 35 regencies and cities for the period 2016-2019. The results of the analysis show that the DAU variable has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure while the DAK variable has no significant effect on the modal expenditure variable. In addition, the results of the analysis also show that the variable Economic Growth (PE) is not a variable that mediates the effect of DAU on capital expenditure, while further analysis shows that PE is a variable that mediates the effect of DAK on capital expenditure.

The development of the spread of Covid-19 in Cianjur Regency has spread, as many as seven sub-districts in Cianjur Regency have the highest number of confirmed positive cases of Covid-19 compared to others, averaging over 100 cases. The seven sub-districts include Cianjur, Cipanas, Pacet, Sukaresmi, Cugenang, Karangtengah and Ciranjang districts. Based on this case, the Cianjur Regency Government conducted outreach on prevention and control of COvid-19 in Cianjur. The purpose of this research is to know the analysis, strategy, mobilization, evaluation of the continuity of the socialization of the Covid-19 prevention and control program of the Cianjur Regency Government. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study analysis techniques in the scientific field of public policy. Meanwhile, the model used as a reference is the Advocacy Model. This model was first introduced by the Johns Hopkins University-USA Center for Communication Programs (CCP) in 1988. The results and discussion of this study were viewed from the aspect of data analysis in the field that the number of confirmed positive patients in Cianjur Regency was 316 people. In connection with this field analysis, organizations also need to be involved. The organizations involved are: Cianjur Health Office, Cianjur Police, community leaders, entrepreneurs, media, restaurant owners, RT and RW / Kampung, Alim ulama; Health cadres and Posyandu cadres, academics; Community, Stakeholders. Furthermore, the strategic aspect plays an important role, namely, the Cianjur Regency Government, West Java, continues to strive to prevent the spread of the corona virus or Covid-19, one of which is by imposing local isolation. For the third phase, namely Mobilization, which is carried out by the Cianjur Regency Government is very massive, namely implementing health protocols is still a mainstay in Cianjur Regency, West Java to prevent the spread of Covid-19, which has a very dynamic movement rate. The socialization was carried out by intensifying the 3M campaign to the community, namely wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance in various activities. The stages of the action were carried out by the Cianjur Regency Government in collaboration with all parties. Not only the government, but also all other competent policy makers. 3M's Echo activity is a campaign to make people aware of the discipline of applying health protocols. This Echo socialization activity has the theme "Heup cicing covid (stop covid)." The evaluation stage, carried out by the Cianjur Regency Government, is that the old criteria noted that from 1-5 houses there were positive COVID-19 status were still yellow, while the new criteria stated that five or more houses were categorized. in the red zone, so that in Cianjur there are 67 RTs that enter the red zone. The Cianjur Regency Government has carried out continuity steps, namely monitoring the post in order for Cianjur residents to be sterile and monitoring to reduce the impact of Covid19. The government continues to carry out socialization of New Habit Adaptation.

The background of this research is to know the background of the influence of the covid-19 virus and learning online on the education system for Islamic religious subjects whether the covid-19 virus which is now a resident throughout the world affects the learning system in Indonesia, especially subjects Islam and whether online learning media is a very appropriate medium to be applied to the teaching and learning system that exists during the current pandemic. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative method using a survey tool conducted to 100 people who were randomly selected with the survey tool, the data obtained will be able to represent the original data in the field and be able to find out the actual results. The thing that will be found in this research is how to find out the relationship between Covid-19 and the learning system and how this online learning system affects the learning system on Islamic religious subjects. Therefore, what variables affect it can be seen in this study. In this study will produce data that will be able to find out what variables affect Islamic religious subjects, especially the teaching and learning system in Indonesia and what variables affect the current pandemic, therefore variables must be determined carefully and can affect dependent variable. The objective of this scientific paper is to understand the role of financial literacy for Business Sustainability at PT Olam Makassar.  This scientific paper used descriptive qualitative method which described the observation and interview results. To get data, the writer observed and interviewed the employees of PT Olam Makassar which resposible for  financial literacy for Business Sustainability. The result of the research obtained such as : the role of financial literacy for Business Sustainability implemented and related elements to the financial literacy for Business Sustainability at PT Olam Makassar. Based on the research, it can be concluded that by having knowledge about good financial literacy, one can make sustainable business concept, therefore its business sustainability can be maintained.

The rapid spread of Covid-19 has had a negative impact on the development of the world economy, and the development of the labor market. According to the International Labor Organization, about 25 million people worldwide are unemployed worldwide and the income of employees can be reduced by at least 3.4 trillion. Therefore, the formation of the insurability of growing in the world economy and labor market on issues of stable growth and employment in Uzbekistan is relevant for today's day. The article presents information on the measures taken to mitigate the pressure rendered to the labor market caused by a pandemic in Uzbekistan.

Fornication is a kind of jarimah (felony) resulting in confusion of the biological father. However, nowadays, there is clarity on the status of the children out of marriage. The Constitutional Court issued a decision of regulation No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 on February 27th, 2012 about the out wedlock children who have a civil relationship and the blood rapport with their biological father as long as it can be proven biologically. This regulation drives some criticisms from various parties; the pro-side of the Court Regulation will claim it in the term of the doer of the adultery, while the contra-side of the Court Regulation will review it in the term of legalized the adultery. Furthermore, the aims of this study are: First, to know the opinion of jurists' law (fuqaha‟) about the status of the out of wedlock children; Second, to find the legal implications of the out of wedlock children after the application of the Constitutional Court regulation No. 46/PUU-VIII/2010 on February 27th, 2012 based on the Fuqaha' perspective?. Moreover, this study uses the library research. The data are collected through the documentary of the primary and secondary data sources. The collected data are, then, analyzed qualitatively by using the content analysis. The results of this study are: Firstly, This according by the Shafi'i jurists' of four and the ad-Dzahiri the out of wedlock children (bastard) are not related to their biological father, but they are related to their biological mother and her family. Secondly, This according by some groups of Hanafi and Shaykh of Islam Ibn Taymiyah corroborated by ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah the wedlock children (bastard) are related to the men as their biological father and their father's family. Thirdly, the Constitutional Court (MK) regulations do not have any legal implications associated on the civil relationships of the out wedlock children (natural children) with their biological father. Moreover, the attitude of the biological father is classified as a jarimah (felony), and it is entitled to a penalty of the ta'zir; it is an obligation to provide the children, which the amount is considered to the fit and proper in accordance income of his; while the other civil rights includes the right of lineage, inheritance, and the rights of guardians. The ta'zir punishments in the provision of livelihood can be executed after the filing of a lawsuit and obtain an order from the Religion Court. The provision of the living is solely to satisfy the justice and legal protection for the interests of children's rights.
