ABSTRACT Purpose: To investigate a theoretical conceptual model for the intention of rotation, analyzing its relationship with well-being at work, psychological capital and intention of rotation. Originality/value: The study contributed to present unpublished aspects and an apparent gap in the theoretical revision of the national literature by the absence of research investigating the relations between psychological capital and intention of rotation. Design/methodology/approach: Research of empirical nature and quantitative approach. We tested four hypotheses regarding the interactions of the variables, using a self-completion questionnaire containing five validated and accurate Brazilian measures. Findings: The hypotheses were confirmed, indicating that teachers have a well-being at work composed of greater satisfactions with colleagues, managers and tasks, and minors with salaries and promotions, medium indexes of involvement with work and affective commitment to the university in which they worked, revealing a low intention of rotation. In the international literature, the concept of psychological capital arises, proposing us future investigations and creating a line of research in Brazil in the measurement of the moderating role of psychological capital in the relations between constructs of organizational behavior. It is essential that other professional categories be studied in the search for evidence about the use of psychological capital as a moderating variable in the relation between the objective dimensions of this study.

Women’s entrepreneurship in Pakistan has been booming in recent years, and it has made a significant impact on social and economic expansion. However, it is notable that these businesses are smaller in size and considered less profitable when compared with men’s entrepreneurial efforts. This dilemma encourages the investigation of the success factors that contribute to the performance of women-owned businesses (WOBs) within this understudied region. Factors that may determine the success of WOB in Pakistan are divided into four broad headings: the entrepreneur’s characteristics, internal business environment, external business environments, and supportive factors. This study also explores the direct and moderating role of perceived national culture within the framework. The results demonstrate that the entrepreneur’s characteristics, external business environments, and supportive factors are positively related to the performance of WOB, while the internal business environment is of little significance. Furthermore, while perceived national culture does not influence the performance of WOB, it weakens the relationship between the entrepreneur’s characteristics and performance but strengthens the impact of supportive factors on the performance of the WOB. This study leads to a solid awareness about the critical success factors, the perceived national culture, and their association with the performances of WOB within Pakistan.

The current study tries to understand the diverse nature of relationship between personality Big Five Model (PBFM) and student's perception of abusive supervision in higher education institutions of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Pakistan. Data was collected in dyads i.e. (supervisors were asked to rate their personality attributes while student were asked to rate the supervisor behavior) through adopted construct. For this purpose, data was collected from three government state universities and one Private Sector University. The focus was on MS/M.Phill and PhD student and their supervisors of the mentioned universities. After measuring normality and validity regression analysis was conducted to assess the impact of supervisor personality characteristics that leads to abusive supervision. Findings indicate interestingly that except agreeableness other four attributes of (PBFM) are play their role for abusive supervision. The results are novel in the nature as for the first time Neuroticism, openness to experience, extraversion and conscientiousness are held responsible for the abusive supervision. The study did not explore the demographic characteristics, and moderating role of organizational culture, justice and interpersonal deviances to understand the strength of relationship in more detail way.
