In current day security is very important. Nowadays, in all places many robberies are  going on. In this security issue, lock is the major parameter.  The trustworthy on the lock should me made improve. The lock may be for main door lock, baggage lock, shutter lock, grill door lock, interconnecting door lock etc.  This project is based on arduino board and IOT. And also this can be used for main door and for locker door. This lock works based on the knocking pattern. The owners knocking pattern is stored in the register. When the knocking pattern is detected by the sensor, it passes it to the arduino board microcontroller. Based on the trustworthiness of the pattern the lock works. This framework is easy for installation. It can be implemented for commercial use also.

Research on laboratory room security system has begun to be developed with various kinds of inputs used. In this study, the design of a laboratory room security prototype with automatic doors has been realized using the MLX90614 temperature sensor based on Arduino Atmega 2560. The design of this prototype aims to design a prototype laboratoey room with automatic doors using a door lock solenoid and a temperature sensor MLX90614. In addition, this system is equipped with a counter to reduce and add people in the room using the FC-51 infrared sensor. Data retrieval is done by detecting human temperature before entering the room, when the temperature input is met, the door of the room will open with a maximum limit of 10 people. The results showed that the system was functioning properly, indicated by the state of the door that could open when it received an input of temperature between 35-37°C, the door remained closed when detecting of temperature other than 35-37°, and the door remained closed when the object in the room was up to 10 people.

In the todays world a strong door locking system is that the first and most important thing to assure security of a home. Due to the increasing workload and daily travelling tasks most of the days people stays out of their houses. In such situations, identifying a visitor and getting remote access to their home is necessary. A smart door lock mechanism which may be completely monitored and controlled from a foreign location using smartphone is proposed during this paper. When a visitor presses bell/push button at the door, a Raspberry Pi with attached camera gets triggered and captures the image to check in database for identification. If found then door will simply open otherwise a notification will sent to the owner with OTP and visitor's image. Now depending upon owners will he/she can give access to visitor by giving system generated OTP.

E-commerce is a remote goods or services transaction activity between two company (business to business) or between company with customers (business to consumer). Ecommerce was simplifying the transaction process between producers and consumers, butthere is a risk of security issue if doing transactions on e-commerce. A common e-commercesecurity system using another protocol security e.g. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so these ecommerce security system is very dependent with these security protocol. The e-commercesecurity problem was fixed by developed security system that using security system directly onthe web page. The system is designed to securing transaction data using RC6 encryption, RC6encryption key is secured by RSA encryption, and encrypted data is encoded by Base64. Theresulting security system is blocking transaction data when users clicking submit transactionbutton, then these transaction data encrypted using applied algorithm before send it into serverso transaction data was secured without aid of another security protocol e.g. SSL (SecureSocket Layer).

<p><em>Companies or estate have problems stealing employees of items or records by using common keys because the usual key is less reliable. This paper seeks to control intelligent doors by means of a RFID card. In addition, a security system was created for employee entrances and exits with a system-specific server and may allow staff to open a particular door and specify a time for RFID card operation. The design and implementation of a robust and intelligent system were thus designed to control an employee's or a person's entry and exit through the use of an intelligent key and smart doors.</em><em> </em><em>This paper proposes the safety improvement plan based on the Smart Door Lock System for the security problem caused by the physical key in unmanned automation machines, like ATMs, KIOSKs and sales machines. The use of hardware and software inventions to construct this program was an effective factor.</em></p>

Tingginya tindak kejahatan pencurian di rumah tangga perlu diantisipasi dengan penggunaan sistem keamanan rumah yang modern, salah satunya yaitu smart home. Salah satu penerapan smart home berupa safety system. Studi ini mengajukan perancangan sistem keamanan smart home berbasis mikrokontroler. Sistem keamanan smart home ini menggunakan kombinasi metode pengaman biometric fingerprint dan password. Metode perancangan sistem dengan metode Research and Development (RnD). Proses RnD dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap studi, research, dan pengembangan. Tahap studi meliputi studi pustaka dan studi lapangan terkait sistem keamanan rumah, tahap research berupa pembuatan dan pengujian prototype sistem keamanan, dan tahap pengembangan berupa pengujian dan perbaikan terhadap kekurangan sistem keamanan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype sistem keamanan smart home yang memiliki kemampuan memberikan akses terhadap pintu dengan metode autentifikasi biometric fingerprint dan password serta fitur tambahan emergency backup supply dan emergency entry. Akses pintu diberikan ketika autentifikasi berhasil dilakukan dan mikrokontroler akan memberikan perintah untuk menghidupkan solenoid door lock sebagai mekanisme penguncian pintu. Sistem ini bekerja menggunakan beberapa perangkat diantaranya: Arduino Mega, modul fingerprint, keypad, LCD, power supply unit (PSU), magnetic switch, solenoid door lock, dan buzzer.
