A university library as a learning space should put learning as a major issue. As the organization itself, university library needs to measure its quality as a learning organization for members of the organization and as a learning space for the academic community, in order to live sustainably in the process of changing learning trends. The quantitative method was applied in this study using benchmarking model of Garvin's learning organization. The results show that UGM Library has transformed to be a learning organization. Most of the indicators have reached, whereas some others are still below the standard of benchmark. Meanwhile there was difference in score based on level of education. The study was the first time conducted at UGM Library within a certain period of time; therefore there is no description of comparison process between the past and now. In the future its is expected there is further measurement to identify the development of preparedness of UGM Library as a learning organization.

The main goal was to analyze the history of neurology of Ukraine using exonumia materials. Exonumia (a form of medallic educational art) is a branch of historical science numismatics (from the Latin numisma — coin), which originated in the 19th century and became closely related to economics, politics, culture and law; it includes the thematic study of medals and plaques. The medal became the prototype of a commemorative (memorial) coin. This work presents a catalogue of 43 numismatic materials (medals), including some unique ones, presented for the first time, brief biographies of physicians (21 persons) who have made an invaluable contribution to the formation of this scientific discipline. Unfortunately, for now the memory of famous doctors of the past has not been sufficiently marked by the release of numismatic (exonumia) products, so in the future we hope for a systematic approach to this matter, for the purposeful promotion of the achievements of neurology by meaning of numismatics, which provides an illustrative example for studying the history of medicine, contributes to an increase in the level of education of doctors. The authors expect the appearance of new interesting materials of such small forms of art.

Antenatal parent education is one part of the parenthood support program and is offered to all first-time parents in Sweden. The aim was to explore first-time parents’ experiences of antenatal education and its helpfulness in preparation for birth and early parenthood. Eight hundred ten first-time parents completed questionnaires. The antenatal education was a positive experience for 56% and 62% of women and men, respectively. Antenatal education was helpful during birth for 68% of women and 63% of men. Forty-seven percent of women and 44% of men found it helpful for early parenthood. High level of education was the only background variable associated with being satisfied with antenatal education. Satisfaction was lower than reported in previous studies and indicates room for change and improvement in antenatal parent education.
