Vocational Education Normal University Students Information Literacy Training and Smoke-Free Environment Construction Strategy in the New Media Era : Take the Financial Accounting Education major of LNSF College as an example

Objective: The information literacy level of vocational education normal university students in the new media era will directly affect the promotion of vocational education informatization and also affect their enthusiasm to participate in the construction of smoke-free environment in schools. Methods: The status of information literacy of LNSF college students majoring in financial accounting education was investigated online. Results: It was found that the information literacy level of normal university students of finance majors was not high as a whole, the information literacy level of supporting learning was better, the information literacy level of supporting teaching was next, and the basic information literacy level was the lowest. At the same time, it is also found that tobacco advertising in new media brings more and more serious negative effects to teenagers and normal university students of finance majors do not pay enough attention to and participate in the construction of smoke-free environment. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of higher order thinking ability of information literacy and information technology integration ability of finance normal university students. Universities should strengthen the construction of smoke-free environment through traditional tobacco control methods and new media tobacco control methods. Normal university students should also use information means to participate in the construction of smoke-free environment.

A social constructionist methodology was used to explore how Kenyan women university students interact with information in everyday life. Focus was on how participants interpret experiences within the historical, cultural, and material spaces they inhabit. Methods used were linguistics pragmatics, phenomenology, and hermeneutics. Conceptual implications for information literacy are discussed.Une méthodologie sociale constructioniste est utilisée pour explorer comment les étudiantes universitaires kenyanes interagissent avec l’information au quotidien. Nous avons insisté sur les façons dont les participantes interprètent leurs expériences dans les espaces historiques, culturels et matériels où elles habitent. Les méthodologies utilisées comprennent la pragmatique linguistique, la phénoménologie et l’herméneutique. Nous discutons finalement de leurs implications sur la maîtrise de l’information.

A survey was conducted at Beijing Normal University to explore subjects’ motives for image seeking; the image types they need; how and where they seek images; and the difficulties they encounter. The survey also explored subjects’ attitudes toward current image services and their perceptions of how university libraries might provide assistance. Based on the findings, this article summarizes the features of Chinese undergraduate students’ daily image needs and their information behavior related to images. The findings reveal the need to improve the image services offered by academic libraries and strengthen undergraduates’ information literacy with respect to image search and use.

The use of Financial Accounting Standards Entity without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) has been launched starting in 2011, although there is still relatively little research on the topic of understanding SAK ETAP. Research on the use of previous SAK ETAP is more inclined to case studies in a particular SME. Cooperatives must make a financial report annually as a form of accountability Board to member. The understanding of accounting employees about SAK ETAP is important because accounting employees are responsible for financial reporting. Therefore, this research needs to be done to know how far the understanding of the accounting section of SAK ETAP.This study aims to analyze the factors that effect on the understanding of the economic enterprise accountants of SAK ETAP. These factors include level of education, educational background, SAK ETAP training, and gender. This study used data obtained from the questionnaire where the respondents were a cooperative accounting officer located in the Pati District. Respondents amounted to 80 who became the sample of the study. The sampling method study was used convenience sampling. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that education level, educational background, and training of SAK ETAP influenced the understanding of SAK ETAP. The higher the level of education, the ability to understand the SAK ETAP is also high. Employees who have an accounting education background were easier to understand SAK ETAP than non accounting education. In addition, SAK ETAP training can also improve employees' ability to understand SAK ETAP. However, gender has no influence in determining the level of understanding of SAK ETAP.

The study aims to identify the role of the new media in developing political awareness among Omani university Students. The study sample consisted of (91) students from Ash Sharqiyah University in the Sultanate of Oman in the first semester of the academic year 2018- 2019. This study is part of a descriptive research that relies on the survey methodology. Mentioning below the most important results of the study: One of the most sites that students prefer using is Facebook with (76.92%). The presence of moderate cognitive, emotional and behavioral effects achieved by the Omani university students as a result of their reliance on new media sites to follow up on political issues. The Omani university students do not have more than one account on social media sites (62.6%). There is an intermediate level of motivation by the Omani university students for new media sites. There are reasons for Omani university students to rely on new media sites to pursue political issues at an average degree. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (less than 0.05) in the field of incitements of use of new media sites due to the gender variable in favor of females. There are no statistically significant differences at a level (less than 0.05) in the motives using new media in general or for political reasons and the reasons why Omani university student relying on new media sites according to the variable of the school year and the college type. The study recommends that university students should be careful in publishing in new media sites and educational sessions and seminars should be held by the competent authorities to educate young people about how to use the security of new media sites.
