The research aimed at developing and implementing the PAIKEM method with Student centered learning, Project Based Learningand cooperative learning, effective learning, fun Learningso the learning in the accounting department  able to produce high quality human resources so able to compete  in the global  or international market. The research method was quantitative with data collection by using interview, questionnaire, documentation, triangulation from class room action  research.  Analysis method done with Manova to know the influence of the Paikem method implementation toward competence, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of learning. The results showed that student centered learning, cooperative learning, fun learning influence insignificantly toward learning competence, while project based learning, creative learning, effective learning influence significantly toward learning competence.  Then student centered learning, cooperative learning, fun learning influence insignificantly toward learning quality, while project based learning, creative learning, effective learning influence significantly to the learning quality.  Then student centered learning, creative learning influence insignificantly toward the learning efficiency, while project based learning, cooperative learning, effective learning influence significantly toward learning efficiency. Toward learning efficiency.  Then student centered learning,  creative learning, effective learning influence insignificantly toward learning effectiveness, while project based learning, cooperative learning, fun learning influence significantly toward learning effectiveness.

As the use of technology to support teaching and learning becomes more widespread, the need to make learning with computers more effective becomes more important. The accommodation of individual learning styles is often regarded as a way of increasing learning effectiveness. The idea that we can classify a learner and then employ methods and activities that match the way they prefer to learn is an attractive one. The main goal of this paper is to examine how software for teaching and learning (courseware) can accommodate differences in preferred learning style.DOI:10.1080/0968776970050205

To train students’ practical ability in design, enterprise projects are often introduced into the industrial design courses of Chinese universities. However, such project-oriented learning activity (POA) is often not well designed. This not only makes it difficult to improve learning effectiveness, but also may bring the unpleasant learning experience to students. The learning experience and learning effectiveness are equally important, and they are mutually conditional and complementary. To consider both, POA needs to be elaborately designed. To this end, a variety of mature POA organization forms, such as project-based learning (PBL), design-based learning (DBL), and project-oriented design-based learning (PODBL), are discussed firstly. PODBL integrates and inherits the advantages of other learning models, and it has been preliminarily proved to improve the learning effectiveness of engineering design courses. Therefore, a cross-reference list was proposed for upgrading POA to PODBL. A lamp design course was developed based on this checklist and students were organized to study. The customer journey map tool was used to analyze the learning experience of students in the course journey, and the emotions and pain points were obtained, as well as some critical factors leading to a positive learning experience. Finally, to demonstrate the availability of the cross-reference list and critical factors, a baby strollers design project course was developed and participants were interviewed. The results show that the cross-reference list and critical factors could improve learning effectiveness and enhance the learning experience significantly.

Project-based learning (PBL) has been widely applied to stimulate learning motivation, cultivate implementation capability, and improve learning effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to establish an assessment tool for the learning effectiveness of PBL in scientific and technological education. The methods include literature review, focus groups, and survey research. After the literature review, a draft of the scale was established, and the content validity of the scale was verified by 8 experts before being pre-tested. A total of 232 copies of valid official scales were issued and recovered. The research obtained produced subscales for “Flow experience perception”, “Self-efficacy”, “Product evaluation” and “Learning motivation”, which can be used to evaluate the learning effectiveness of the PBL in curricula of science and technology.

This study aims to see the implementation of project based learning methods (PBL) implemented by lecturers in the Science, Technology and Engineering P&P processes in Islam as an effort to enhance students' understanding in the Fiqh Method. Respondents in this study were students of second semester, Diploma of Mechanical Engineering program, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Politeknik Banting. Observation and interview methods are used for data collection purposes. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in narrative form. The findings show that PBL activity is a fun and enjoyable P&P activity for students.
