The Faculty of Pedagogy at Trakia University prepares students from different ethnic groups and students who are a part of the Erasmus+ exchange program. This intercultural environment reveals the opportunities for establishing common values ​​in an intercultural learning environment through a broad intercommunication symbiosis. In an intercultural pedagogical interaction, students are given the opportunity to express their identity through the visualization of ideas, attitudes and thoughts. Art texts are used to introduce students to the traditional values ​​of the unknown ethnicity and nationality as well as solving moral dilemmas, breaking stereotypes about behavior and overcoming prejudices. By using a five-module multimedia construct, the pedagogical environment allows students, in addition to personally reflecting on a particular problem, to develop pedagogical skills to guide the process.

A modern university teacher is not only a teacher, educator, organizer of students ' activities, researcher of the pedagogical process, consultant, educator, who constantly improves the level of his professionalism and pedagogical skills, leads a creative search for new things. A comprehensive indicator that characterizes the quality of the performance of its functions is professionalism. The professionalism of the higher school teacher consists in the effective implementation of the system of professional knowledge and skills. The article discusses the features of the development of professional and personal qualities of University teachers.

The article deals with the problem of improving of methodological work with teachers of higher education institutions with specific educational conditions, experience of pedagogical activity of which does not exceed three years. The experience of organizing of methodological work with young teachers in the Donetsk Law Institute of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine in the School for improving pedagogical skills is highlighted. In particular, it is noted that training at the School is carried out by organizing, practical and seminar classes with a total volume of 120 hours. The standard plan consists of three content modules: «Theory and practice of teaching and upbringing in higher education school», «Information and communication technologies in education», «Psychological aspects of teaching».

La compleja labor de acompañar a un estudiante en la realización de su trabajo recepcional, es un asunto que debe hacer reflexionar a todos aquellos que desempeñamos esta función. Especialmente a la luz de las competencias teórico-metodológicas que esto demanda, como igual de los saberes pedagógicos y didácticos que pueden desarrollarse para favorecer este tipo de acompañamiento. Hoy que las tecnologías han diversificado el trabajo educativo, es importante que los docentes que se dedican a la enseñanza de la investigación como a la asesoría de tesis, se apropien de las tecnologías para el diseño de ambientes de aprendizaje colaborativo que faciliten el acompañamiento pedagógico de quien elabora una investigación en la modalidad de tesis. En este texto, se comparte la experiencia que tuvieron los autores en un proceso como este.Palabras clave: Asesoría de tesis, Competencias docentes, Enseñanza de la investigación, TICThe complex task of helping a student in realizing their receptional work is a matter that should give pause to all those we perform this function. Especially in light of the theoretical and methodological skills that this demand as equally pedagogical and didactic knowledge can be developed to encourage this type of accompaniment. Today technologies have diversified educational work, it is important that teachers who are dedicated to teaching research and the advice of theses, to appropriate technologies for designing collaborative learning environments that facilitate the pedagogical accompaniment who makes an investigation in the form of thesis.
