<p>With the development of the times, economy, technology and the requirements of the civil engineering industry in China have been improving constantly. In view of the low profit and high cost of the construction industry, BIM technology is used in the refined management of project cost to improve economic benefits. Based on this, the article introduces the concept of refined engineering cost management, discusses the problems in engineering cost refined management, and studies the feasibility of using BIM technology in engineering cost refined management.</p>

The application of information management in manufacturing industry is more and more extensive. Information management has become the main development direction of current civil engineering cost management. Therefore, the problems and Countermeasures of cost control in civil engineering management based on cloud computing technology are put forward. After a brief description of the current information management of engineering cost, a project cost management model based on the cloud computing platform is designed according to the demand of the information management of the current project cost. Through the experimental comparison, it is proved that the project cost management model based on cloud computing is more advantageous than the traditional management mode, whether it is the management cost or the management efficiency.

Green building is the inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry. One of the key links to realize green building is green construction management. The poor economy of traditional construction hinders the smooth promotion of green construction in the construction industry. This paper mainly from the green building and green construction two concepts of related content research. Through the analysis and discussion of the main principles of project cost management in green construction, this paper briefly expounds some implementation measures of project cost management in green construction. This paper deeply discusses the current situation of green construction project cost management, and puts forward relevant improvement countermeasures. The experimental results show that: construction enterprises should make innovative thinking on construction management and bring green construction into project management. This can provide impetus for the sustainable development of the construction industry.

The construction project cost management based on BIM will be one of the effective ways to improve the efficiency and profits of construction industry. In order to establish Chinas construction project cost management mode and develop strategies based on BIM, a construction project information management mode based on BIM and cost information integration system are presented. Two strategies on project cost management based on BIM technology are given. The results may be helpful to improve cost management level in construction industry.

Abstract As part of a research project on the substitution of natural aggregates for residues, this article carried out a literature review, identifying articles that have the words aggregates, residues and concrete in their topics, in the Scopus and Web of Sciences bases. Among the main objectives of this review are: to verify what is the relative position of Brazil in relation to research in the area of substitution of aggregate for waste; to identify the main residues that are being studied to be used as raw material substitutes in the construction industry, mainly in Brazil; evaluate the hypothesis that a search using the words concrete, aggregate and residue will result in articles from the environmental and civil engineering areas. The main results are: Brazil is the country that most published articles with the characteristics investigated in the present work, followed by the countries China, Italy, USA and Spain; articles by Brazilian authors are predominantly from the areas of engineering and the environment; there are several studies investigating the substitution of natural aggregates for residues, mainly the substitution for residues of the civil construction itself; in Brazil, the most investigated residues to be used as raw material substitutes for the civil engineering industry are the residues of the civil engineering industry and the residues of agricultural products. The result of the review also identified the need for an improvement in the data and research tools of the databases used. The reasons are the probable data inconsistencies and flaws in the research tools found in the databases. With all these results, this work intends to provide basic information for researchers who intend to initiate research on the substitution of natural aggregates for waste, in addition to using them to continue the research project of replacing part of natural aggregates with electronic waste in the production of concrete. It also intends to show the importance of revision work for the improvement of data and database tools.

Engineering cost budgeting is crucial to the healthy development of the engineering and construction industry. To solve the problem of large deviations in budget results from using traditional methods of cost budgeting based on evaluation results or drawing conversions, the BIM engineering cost budgeting method based on social network analysis method is studied in this paper. On the basis of analyzing cost budgeting requirements and determining modeling economic criteria, the social network analysis method is used to analyze the project cost risks. According to the project quantity list, professional BIM software is used to budget the project cost. Case verification proves the feasibility of this budgeting method as the budget deviation is reduced by about 78% compared with the traditional method. The result of the paper has a more ideal practical application effect and positive significance for optimizing the traditional cost budgeting methods

In order to solve the current problems of cost management in civil engineering industry by using traditional management accounting systems, an effective method of activity-based costing is presented. Activity-based costing has been suggested as the leading contender method to replace traditional cost accounting systems, since its capability can make the processes and activities performed in the organization more transparent and observable. The paper attempts to develop a cost accounting system based on the activity-based costing ideas. The proposed method can provide the useful information to manage total processes in civil engineering. Nine operations are suggested in the proposed method, such as processing, pre-processing, post-processing, moving, and so on. As seen from the result of the case, the proposed method is of efficiency and feasibility.
