Measures like setting a destination, evaluation of performances, planning of the labour force about business, personnel recruitment, charging of personnel, informations about personnel, analytical of labour force and reporting, etc., are considered as vital problems of the human resources management. In this study, these criteria in a variety of data were collected with a large repository Apache Hadoop Distributed File System file system owned. Data entry and analysis were used Apache Pig and Java programming languages. The aim of the study is to help ‘the owners of business’ evaluate the abundance of data and to get rid of the management complexity via an application which is the biggest problem of management system in human resources. The article discusses the possibilities of using big data in the field of human resources management, shows the difficulties that can be encountered when introducing these technologies into the work of the company. The main problems of the use of employee data by companies for the analysis, forecasting and improvement production indicators are given. Examples of companies that successfully use big data in their work are shown. Recommendations how to introduce the technology of big data analysis in the field of human resource management are given.

The article is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of personnel recruitment in the personnel management system of IT enterprises. The key performance indicators of the recruitment department are substantiated, such as: the number of closed vacancies, the speed of closing vacancies, the quality of closing vacancies, the cost of closing vacancies and feedback from both candidates and managers (customers). The influence of social networks on the activities of recruiters is analyzed - a factor that influenced hiring more than it seems at first glance.

Modern human resources management ("people analytics") requires the use of complex algorithms and the evaluation of a vast amount of data. In this context, companies easily get into conflict with the applicable data protection regulations. The author presents the relevant provisions on data, industrial constitution and telecommunications law and uses practical case studies to show which pitfalls must be considered. In this context, he designs legally compliant solutions for the use of automated decisions, Big Data and IoT in companies. A sample works agreement on possible use scenarios is also drafted for the target group of lawyers, works councils and companies.

There have been developed methods for using artificial intelligence technologies in an organization’s human resources management system based on the processing and interpretation of big data. Substantiated is the concept of using artificial intelligence for social scoring when hiring potential candidates for jobs. In accordance with that concept, a software product architecture has been developed that makes it possible to apply the personnel profiling technologies, based on the information from social media, for assessing the degree of the applicant’s readiness to fulfill professional duties of the position he/she is applying for. Suggested are recommendations on the application of directions for the implementation of artificial intelligence.
