The paper provides new data on aphyllophoroid fungi of the State Nature Reserve “Kurgalsky” situated in the Kingisepp District of the Leningrad Region. They were collected on the Kader bog and its vicinity. The list includes 165 species annotated by data on their habitats, substrates and frequency, including 37 species new for the reserve. In total 5 species (Antrodia mellita, Chaetoporellus latitans, Junghuhnia collabens, Rigidoporus crocatus, Sidera lenis) protected in the Leningrad Region and 3 species (Phlebia subserialis, Pseudomerulius montanus, Xenasma pruinosum) new for the Leningrad Region were found in study part of reserve. The first data about the algae flora of the water bodies of the “Aschisayskaya Steppe” plot of the State Nature Reserve “Orenburgsky” are presented. 217 species and intraspecies taxa of microalgae belonging to the phyla Chlorophyta, Euglenozoa, Bacillariophyta, Ochrophyta, Streptophyta, Miozoa and Cyanobacteria were found in five reservoirs of the plot. New species for the territory of the Orenburg Region, as well as rare species for Russia are noted, their characteristics and micrographs are given. The obtained data expands the current understanding of the range of the identified taxa.

The state nature complex (landscape) nature reserve of regional importance “Lekshmokh” (Arkhangelsk region) was created on June 14, 2019. It adjoins the borders of the Kenozersky National Park. Its area is 25248.7 ha. The watershed territory of the reserve is extremely important for the ecological balance of the ecosystems of the Kenozersky National Park and the drainage basins of the Onega, Kena, Lacha, Lekshmozero and Kenozero lakes. During the course of their development, the marshes of the reserve and the forest-bog complexes located inside them and framing them formed a bog system unique to the Kargopol region in terms of floristic diversity. Until now, the lichenobiota of the Lekshmoh reserve has remained virtually unexplored. The purpose of this study is to study the lichens of the Lekshmokh reserve as important components of biota. During the primary survey of the State Nature Complex Lekshmokh reserve, 96 species of lichens were noted. For each species, abundance is given on a 5-point scale. Among the lichens of the reserve, two species from the Red Book of the Arkhangelsk Region are noted: Bryoria fremontii and Lobaria pulmonaria. A large number of types of indicators of air purity are growing in the reserve: Usnea, Bryoria, Evernia, etc. This indicates the ecological value of the reserve, located away from industrial centers. Based on the reserve, a background environmental monitoring system studies are possible.

The results of the cadastral survey of 4 reservoirs located on the territory of the Korgalzhyn State Nature Reserve are presented. The assessment of the main biological characteristics of living fish is given: size, weight composition, linear and weight growth rate. In total, 15 species of fish from 5 families were found in the surveyed reservoirs in 2016-2020. The carp family is most widely represented in the reservoirs of the national park, 9 species are noted, the loach, pike and stickleback families are represented by 1 species, perch — 3 species. According to the results of research fishing, it was found that in the lakes of the Korgalzhynsky SNR, the organization of reclamation fishing in the form of total trapping and research fishing is necessary in 2021.

In June 2019 16 species of chrysophytes from Paz river and a sphagnum bog were recorded. Among them several species, Neotessella lapponica, Kephyrion starmachii and Chrysastrella paradoxa, are rare for Russian algal flora and they are the new records for Murmansk Region. Some taxa (e.g., Synura sp. and Chrysosphaerella sp.) were not identified and probably they are new species for science.
