Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Ratu Zalecha Martapura. Sampel penelitian merupakan perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Martapura yang berjumlah 49 orang, dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa skala, yaitu skala komitmen organisasi dan skala OCB. Penelitian ini menggunanakan metode uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB yaitu sebesar 17,8% terhadap tinggi atau rendahnya tingkat OCB, sehingga tinggi atau rendahnya komitmen organisasi akan mempengaruhi tinggi atau rendahnya OCB perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ratu Zalecha. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenhship BehaviorThis study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment towards OCB in nurses of Ratu Zalecha General Hospital Martapura. The samples of the study were 49 nurses of Ratu Zalecha General Hospital Martapura, selected using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using organizational commitment scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. The analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis test the result showed in general, organizational commitment affected OCB by 17.8% for the high or low levels of OCB, that the high or low levels of organizational commitment would affect the high or low levels of organizational citizenship behavior in nurses of Ratu Zalecha General Hospital. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior has a role to increase employee organizational commitment, with perceptions of good organizational support can encourage individual employees to contribute more and give reciprocity by showing organizational citizenship behavior so as to increase employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence of perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on employee organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. The method of determining the sample used is disproportionate stratified random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 60 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. With this research, it is expected that companies can show attention, care, be open, give awards, and create a comfortable working atmosphere.

This study aims to examine the effect of work life balance, personality and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 165 respondents. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis using IBM SPSS. The results showed that work life balance was not significantly positive effect, while personality and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment was able to mediate the relationship between work life balance and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. The suggestion from this research is that the company should be able to develop more policies that encourage employees to be eager to contribute. For further research that is examining the same aspects to use respondents who have a position in a relatively high job, such as supervisors and managers. To be compared between employees who have positions and not have positions.

Abstract Hospitals in organizing excellent quality health services require human resources committed to the organization and a positive and conducive organizational climate. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of nurses at USU Hospital. In this study, there are two independent variables: organizational climate and organizational commitment, and one dependent variable: organizational citizenship behavior. This research is quantitative research conducted using samples from the population of nurses at USU Hospital, where a sample of 125 nurses was obtained. The data analysis method used in this study is a statistical analysis with multiple regression analysis methods. Findings. The result of this study indicates a simultaneous influence between organizational climate and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, on OCB, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB on Dash Hotel Seminyak. The method of determining the sample in this study was conducted by Slovin approach so that the number of respondents was 91 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are organizational justice that has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the better organizational justice given to Dash Hotel Seminyak, the OCB of employees will also increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows the higher organizational commitment of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the OCB level for employees will also increase. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the higher job satisfaction of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the higher the OCB level for employees. PurposeThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between perception of training, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, the study examines the moderating role of power distance on the relationship between perception of training and organizational commitment.Design/methodology/approachUsing stratified sampling technique, the data were obtained from 379 employees working at branches of public and private banks located in five metropolitan cities in Pakistan. To test the established hypotheses, structural equation modeling technique was adopted using Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) 21.0.FindingsThe findings stated a significant relationship between perception of training and organizational citizenship behavior, but there was no relationship found between perception of training and organizational commitment. Moreover, organizational commitment partly mediated the relationship between perception of training and organizational citizenship behavior. The results also described that power distance moderates the relationship between perception of training and organizational commitment.Practical implicationsThe results of the study can be beneficial for banking sector and strategy makers who have extended vision and anticipate organizational citizenship behavior from their employees. The study also offers the scope and space for the prospective researchers and scholars to carry out further research.Originality/valueThere is extensive literature available on the relationship between perception of training, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. However, it is observed that very few studies took the opportunity to examine the moderating role of power distance on the relationship between perception of training and organizational commitment, particularly in the context of Pakistan. Therefore, this study can be considered as original and have a great value in understanding the developed relationships in the scenario of Pakistan.
