Embedding 3-D Gaze Points on a 3-D Visual Field: A Case of Transparency

The paper seeks to demonstrates the likelihood of embedding a 3D gaze point on a 3D visual field, the visual field is inform of a game console where the user has to play from one level to the other by overcoming obstacles that will lead them to the next level. Complex game interface is sometimes difficult for the player to progress to next level of the game and the developers also find it difficult to regulate the game for an average player. The model serves as an analytical tool for game adaptations and also players can track their response to the game. Custom eye tracking and 3D object tracking algorithms were developed to enhance the analysis of the procedure. This is a part of the contributions to user interface design in the aspect of visual transparency. The development and testing of human computer interaction uses and application is more easily investigated than ever, part of the contribution to this is the embedding of 3-D gaze point on a 3-D visual field. This could be used in a number of applications, for instance in medical applications that includes long and short sightedness diagnosis and treatment. Experiments and Test were conducted on five different episodes of user attributes, result show that fixation points and pupil changes are the two most likely user attributes that contributes most significantly in the performance of the custom eye tracking algorithm the study. As the advancement in development of eye movement algorithm continues user attributes that showed the least likely appearance will prove to be redundant.

PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN PUBLIK, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, UMUR LISTING, JUMLAH DEWAN KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KETEPATAN WAKTU CORPORATE INTERNET REPORTING PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR KEUANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of public ownership, company size, age of listings, number of independent commissioners, and profitability on the timeliness of corporate internet reporting in financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study is financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the sample collection technique used purposive sampling with the amount of final sample to 50 companies that meet the criteria. The data used are secondary data from the official page on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used in this study is logistic regression analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 16. The result of this study indicate that partially the variable of public ownership, age of listings, number of independent commissioners, and profitability has no effect on the timeliness of corporate internet reporting. While the company size have a significant effect on the timeliness of corporate internet reporting. And the simultaneously that the variable of public ownership, company size, age of listings, number of independent commissioners, and profitability have a significant effect on the timeliness of corporate internet reporting. ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, PROMOSI DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA JASA PENGIRIMAN BARANG JNE DI BESUKI

This research was conducted to see the effect of service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Besuki branch of JNE. Sampling was done by random sampling technique where all the population was taken at random to be the research sample. This is done to increase customer satisfaction at JNE Besuki branch through service quality, promotion and price. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression to determine service quality, promotion and price on customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality affects customer satisfaction, promotion affects customer satisfaction, price affects customer satisfaction. Analogue gravitational field from nonlinear fluid dynamics

The dynamics of sound in a fluid is intrinsically nonlinear. We derive the consequences of this fact for the analogue gravitational field experienced by sound waves, by first describing generally how the nonlinearity of the equation for phase fluctuations back-reacts on the definition of the background providing the effective space-time metric. Subsequently, we use the analytical tool of Riemann invariants in one-dimensional motion to derive source terms of the effective gravitational field stemming from nonlinearity. Finally, we show that the consequences of nonlinearity we derive can be observed with Bose-Einstein condensates in the ultracold gas laboratory.

The Productivity of Wineries – An Empirical in Moldova

Wine has historical importance to the Moldovan economy. Since the 18th century, it is noted, this commodity has contributed to revitalizing the export market and has prospered many workers. It’s not enough to stop there. Wine also plays a role in lifting Moldova’s status because it is an inspiration for other countries that have similar potential in rural areas. The goal of this research was to identify how large the land size, seed, and labor are for the productivity of wineries in Moldova with 2 models. We intend to examine and explain the relationship between independent and dependent variables using panel data in 5 regional units (Bălţi, Chisinau, Bender, Gagauzia, and Transnistria). The analytical tool used is a multiple regression through SPSS software. Empirical findings produced are that there is a positive significant influence on land size and labor on productivity, while the seed has a negative-significant effect.. This discovery also resulted in an important experience, which is regulated to stimulate the productivity and potency of wine through the relaxation of the agrarian sector.

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

The purposes of this research are (1) to find out whether there is an organizational culture that affects the performance of firefighters in Bekasi (2) to find out whether performance discipline affects the performance of firefighters in Bekasi (3) to find out whether organizational culture and discipline Work affects the Performance of Fire Service Employees in the City of Bekasi. The population in this study was 650 firefighters in Bekasi City?. The sample in this study was 86 respondents. The analytical tool in this study was the tool-assisted by the SPSS version 17 program. Based on the results of the study simultaneously the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Discipline) had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Ha, which reads that there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is accepted. While Ho reads that there is no significant effect between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on the Performance of Fire Service Employees in Bekasi City. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 650 pegawai Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi?. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden, Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan alat dibantu program SPSS versi 17. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara serempak variable independen (Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi. Ha yang berbunyi ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) diterima. Sedangkan Ho yang berbunyi tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) ditolak. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis ketiga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran di Kota Bekasi.

Agency at Play for Collective Impact in Human Services Systems

Responses to urban human services issues such as housing and unemployment often overlook lived experiences through these systems and are formulated from a top-down (systems, services, or policy-level) perspective. This study integrates systems thinking and design justice principles for centering the voices of those experiencing these issues towards exploring ‘agency'—the capacity to act—from the bottom-up and top-down in responding to these issues. An agency typology encompassing various bottom-up and top-down agencies is developed through an analysis of Digital Games for Change (DG4C) for the various agencies they can initiate. The agency typology's contributions are threefold—in research (as a method and analytical tool), in practice (as design principles) and in education (for teaching collective action, impact). The agency typology can drive ‘concerted agency' or collective action, where top-down and bottom-up agencies work together, enabling multipronged targeted approaches to complex social issues and maximizing social justice efforts through collective impact.
