Zakat adalah merupakan redistribusi pemerataan pendapatan ekonomi  dalam kehidupan social, dari sini dapat dipahami bahwa zakat mempunyai perang penting dan potensi yang sangat besar terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu manajemen pegelolaan zakat sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengelola zakat secara profesional, efektif dan efesien. Manajemen Amil Zakat berbasis masjid adalah masjid dijadikan sebagai lembaga dalam pengumpulan zakat pada suatu komunitas masyarakat muslim yang jumlah Muzakkinya dibatasi misalnya 200 kepala keluarga. yang berdomisili di seputar mesjid yang dijadikan lembaga Amil Zakat tersebut, Pengurus yang direkrut dalam lembaga ini berdasarkan musyawarah atau kesepakatan masyarakat muslim yang berdomisili atau sebagai anggota jamaah  diseputar masjid tersebut ( atau diambil dari pengurus masjid saja). Amil Zakat yang berbasis masjid secara struktural tidak bertanggung jawab pada pemerintah tetapi sipatnya hanya sebagai penyampaian atau pelaporan biasa karena secara sosiologi masyarakat Islam adalah bertanggung jawab kepada masyarakat yang hidup di seputar masjid yang di jadikan pusat pengelolaan zakat.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, application quality, and perceived usefulness on the intention to purchase and actual system use of the KAI ACCESS application between the ages of 19 -39 years in Jabodetabek. From the 204 respondents obtained, data analysis was then carried out and the results showed that the trust variable did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase, while the application quality and perceived usefulness variables had a significant influence on the intention to purchase variable, then the intention to purchase variable also had a significant effect. significant to the actual system use variable. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is found that the variables of trust, application quality and perceived usefulness can explain the variable intention to purchase by 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% is explained by other variables and the variable intention to purchase can explain the actual system use variable of 52 .5% and the remaining 47.5% is explained by other variables.

The prospect of the textile and garment sector in Indonesia is predicted to continue to decline since the last few years. The purpose of this study is to predict financial difficulties in textile and garment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Enterprise Risk Management, and Labor Costs. The Financial Distress model used in this study is the Altman Z score. This research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study were 12 textile and garment sector companies with saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on predicting Financial Distress, the proportion of Enterprise Risk Management had no significant effect on predicting Financial Distress, and Labor Costs had a significant negative effect on predicting Financial Distress.

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the field of production and services that has Human Resources spread throughout Indonesia. In this study, the object of observation is the employee in the East Java Unit which has a total of 2,300 personnel with the composition of the Millennial Generation (born 1981-1994) of 51% as the dominating number of employees in PT XYZ. The results of an interest survey conducted on 698 structural employees at the Basic Supervisor level (managerial type career) at PT XYZ East Java Unit, showed that 25% or 171 employees of the millennial generation chose functional careers (type of expertise). This phenomenon is then explored further in the research objectives, namely what factors influence career selection in millennial generation employees. This research is a qualitative research that uses the interview method. The result is that there are two factors that influence career choice, namely responsibility and type of work.   Keywords : Millenials, Careers, Qualitative

The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the impact of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk's profit growth. The method of explanatory analysis with a quantitative approach is used in this study. From 2010 to 2019, secondary data were analyzed quarterly, yielding 40 observations. The data was analyzed with Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS Version 21. Using multiple linear regression analysis, Return On Assets (ROA) / X1 had a negative and insignificant effect on Profit Growth (Y) of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk from 2010 to 2019. However, Return On Assets (ROE) / X2 and Net Profit Margin (NPM) / X3 have a positive and significant impact on Changes in Profit (Y) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk from 2010 to 2019.

"The Influence of Reference Groups and Culture on the Decision to Become Members of the Dance Studio" under the guidance of Ajat Sudrajat, SE., MM. The consumer behaviour in making purchasing decisions can be influenced by three factors including internal factors, external factors, and the decision-making process. The study entitled "The Influence of Reference Group and Culture on the Decision to Become a Member of the Dance Studio aims to analyze the influence of X1 and X2 on Y" has a population of 329 people and a sample of 100 people. By using a quantitative approach and descriptive analysis, in the variable X1 the dimension of value expression obtained the highest average score with a percentage of 51.82%, in the X2 variable the highest was the view of 59.50%, in the variable Y the highest was personality at 25.57%. Whereas in the verification analysis, the relationship between X1 and X2 is 0.426 which means that the correlation is moderate. For 5% error the two-tailed test and df = n - 3 = 97 is 1.66071. Because the t statistic> from t table (4.328> 1.66071), Ho is rejected. The significant column number is 0.000 or the probability is far below 0.05. So it means that X1 and X2 partially have a significant effect on Y.From the ANOVA test or F test, it is found that the F count is 19.714 with a significant level indicating a value of 0.000 which means less than 5%, it can be concluded that X1 and X2 are Simultaneously affects Decision Y. Perkembangan teknologi telah mengeser sistem pembayaran paper based instrument ke card based dan electronic based instrument. Adanya inovasi dalam keuangan akan berdampak pada keberadaan uang di masyarakat. Indonesia adalah negara dengan penduduk terbayak nomer empat dan kebutuhan akan uang juga akan semakin banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat bagaimana dampak e money dan dimensi kartu terhadap permintaan uang di Indonesia. Data yang dgunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder bulanan tahun 2017-2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah Engle Granger-Error Correction Model. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa transaksi kartu debet memiliki pengaruh signiifikan terhadap permintaan uang di Indonesia. Sedangkan e money dan kartu kredit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan uang di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan kartu debit sudah banyak diterbitkan oleh perbankan dan digunakan secara meluas oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Namun, apabila penggunaan e money, kartu debit dan kartu kredit digunakan dalam jangka panjang akan berdampak terhadap penurunan permintaan uang di Indonesia

The number of investors who own shares in the mining sector makes an investor must know what ratios can help analyze his chosen stock in order to maximize his investment returns. This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share and price earnings ratio on price book value, especially in mining sector companies in the IDX30 index year 2015-2020. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this study are six companies engaged in the mining sector whose shares are listed on the IDX30 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The goal to be achieved in this study is to analyze how the effect of earnings per share and price earnings ratio on the price book value of mining sector companies in the IDX30 index year 2015-2020. The results of this study can be explained that the Sig value of Earning Per Share is of 0.668 or a value of 0.505 <0.05 with a t value of 0.433 so that it can be explained that the level of Earning Per Share has no effect on the price book value. While the Sig of the Price Earning Ratio is 0.578 or the value is 0.578 <0.05. Which means that the high and low Price Earning Ratio has no effect on the price book value. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the value of Sig. 0.758 > 0.05, it means that it can be concluded that simultaneously the Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio variables have no significant effect on Price Book Value.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh kualitas produk dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik wardah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk wardah. Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian kosmetik wardah dipengaruhi secara positif signifikan oleh kualitas produk dan label halal. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan harus tetap mempertahankan kualitas yang sudah baik dan terus menyempurnakannya untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen setia produk kosmetik wardah.
