This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, brand image and promotion on customer satisfaction to achieve repurchase intention’s Fiesta chicken Nugget in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study uses Non Probability Sampling and purposive sampling methods with a total of 190 respondents. Data analysis of this study is carried out by structural equation model (SEM) analysis using Lisrel 8.8. The findings show that each independent variable namely product quality, price perception, brand image and promotion has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction as intervening variable. Customer satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention as dependent variable. The product quality has the biggest influence among the four independent variables on customer satisfaction. It is recommended that companies should focus on increasing the value of product quality and product price adjustments to increase customer satisfaction and the company should pay more intention to promotion and improve brand image for the better. Further research by conducting research on other variables with a larger sample is also recommended.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among dimensions of online second-hand shopping, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. Responses obtained from 608 Indian online second-hand shoppers show that the dimensions of online second-hand shopping such as price, website quality, nostalgia, and brand image influence customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction positively affects repurchase intention. Findings of the present study provide intuitive guidelines for online second-hand marketers in approaching emerging markets through effective online shopping strategies.

This research aims to identify whether brand image, trust, perceived value, and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty and repurchase intention in food delivery users in Jabodetabek. This study used the SEM analysis method with quantitative analysis. This study used non-probability sampling techniques, sampling techniques to collect data using questionnaire surveys. The type of nonprobability sampling technique chosen is purposive sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 200 people. This study used the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. The results of this study showed that brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether product quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction can predict repurchase intention. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. This type of research is descriptive research. The data collection in this study used cross-sectional method. in which non-probability sampling was conducted with convenience sampling method. The data was analyzed by using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.00. The results of this study indicate that product quality can be used to positively predict repurchase intention, brand image can’t be used to predict repurchase intention, customer satisfaction can be used to positively predict repurchase intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan pelanggan dapat memprediksi intensi membeli kembali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa nonprobability sampling, yaitu convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas produk secara positif dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi intensi membeli kembali, citra merek tidak dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi intensi membeli kembali, kepuasan pelanggan secara positif dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi intensi membeli kembali.

The emergence of GO-JEK is the beginning of many similar businesses. People are smart enough to compare the benefits that each company offers. Customer dissatisfaction is one of the reasons why people stop using a company’s service. Thus, the company needs to be able to implement strategies in order to keep or increase customer interest in using services offered by GO-JEK. This study aims to analyze how to increase the customers’ intention to repurchase GO-JEK’s services. The method used in collecting data is purposive sampling. This study has 180 samples that were collected through questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who have ever tried using GO-JEK’s services more than twice in Semarang, Indonesia. The data collected were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS ver. 22.0 to test ten hypothesis. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, trust, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. Price perception also has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Repurchase intention has also been positively and significantly affected by trust and customer satisfaction. While brand image has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention. The results also show that service quality through customer satisfaction has the most significant impact on repurchase intention. Thus, in order to increase repurchase intention, GO-JEK needs to increase service quality and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Repurchase Intention.
