MENGGALI POTENSI KEKAYAAN MOTIF BATIK MODERN PERKUMPULAN BATIK SIDO LUHUR PAKUALAMAN YOGYAKARTA

Exploring the Potential Wealth of Modern Batik Motif Sido Luhur Pakualaman Batik Association YogyakartaAbstract. Sido Luhur Pakualaman Batik Association has a unique batik motif that is Mount Ketur motif. The Mount Ketur motif comes from historical values in the Pakualaman community. The historical value which is embodied in the batik motif is one of creativity forms from the craftsmen for their intellectual property. Each motif formed from each batik craftsman has extraordinary potential in terms of beauty, local wisdom, and meaning of life. Batik motifs become a very decisive element because from the motif, we will know whether batik has a "spirit" or not. This service activities has aim to explore and demonstrate the potential wealth of batik motifs owned by the Sido Luhur batik association so that it can be used as a medium for product quality improvement and product promotion media. The activity method consists of 3 steps: discussion, socialization, and intense mentoring. The results of community service activities have a positive impact on associations, such as increasing the member’s creativity, number of modern motifs created, and ability to maintain product quality. Beside that, the community service activities also can compile product catalogs of all batik motifs and have a strong enthusiasm to obtain Intellectual Property Rights in the form Copyright of batik motifs.Keywords: batik motifs, philosophy, utilization.Abstrak. Perkumpulan Batik Sido Luhur Pakualaman memiliki motif batik yang khas yaitu motif Gunung Ketur. Motif Gunung Ketur sendiri berasal dari nilai-nilai histori yang ada di masyarakat Pakualaman. Nilai histori yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk seni motif batik tersebut merupakan salah satu bentuk daya kreativitas pengrajin atas kekayaan intelektual yang dimilikinya, sehingga setiap motif yang terbentuk dari masing-masing pengarjin batik memiliki potensi yang luar biasa dari segi keindahan, kearifan lokal dan makna hidup. Motif batik menjadi unsur yang sangat menentukan karena dari motif itulah dapat diketahui apakah sebuah batik memiliki “roh” atau tidak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggali dan menunjukkan potensi kekayaan motif batik yang dimiliki oleh perkumpulan batik Sido Luhur sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media peningkatan kualitas produk dan media promosi produk. Metode kegiatan terdiri dari 3 langkah yaitu diskusi, sosialisasi dan pendampingan secara intens. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian memberikan dampak yang positif bagi perkumpulan, diantaranya meningkatkan daya kreatifitas anggota, menambah jumlah motif modern yang diciptakan, menambah kemampuan untuk menjaga kualitas produk, tersusunnya katalog produk dari semua motif batik yang dimiliki serta memiliki semangat yang kuat untuk mendapatkan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual berupa Hak Cipta motif batik.Kata Kunci: motif batik, filosofi, pemanfaatan.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada mayarakat ini yaitu: untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai kewirausahaan pengrajin alat tradisional musik panting (P.I.X) musik Kota Banjarmasin tentang wawasan kewirausahaan, cara mempromosikan dimasa pandemi covid 19, yang dimana penurunan omset pengrajin menurun sejak bulan Februari sampai Juni 2020. Hal ini dikarenakan menurunya produktivitas pertunjukan musik. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendampingan wirausaha pengrajin musik panting P.I.X musik di Kota Banjarmasin dari produksi, pemasaran hingga pengurusan hak merek dagang Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI). Metode program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis kemitraan. Bentuk kegiatan pendampingan meliputi tahapan-tahan sebagai berikut; memberikan materi konsep wirausaha, melakukan pendampingan pemanfaatan media promosi dalam pemasaran produk, dan terdaftar di Hak Kekayaan Intelektul (HKI) sebagai merek dagang dengan merek P.I.X musik. Simpulan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ialah proses pendampingan kewirausahaan pengrajin musik panting P.I.X musik berjalan dengan lancar dan meningkat omset penjualannya hingga mendapatkan HKI (Hak Kekayaan Intelektual) merek dagang.The purpose of this community service assistance activity is to understand the entrepreneurship of the PIX music craftsmen in Banjarmasin regarding entrepreneurial insight, how to promote during the Covid 19 pandemic, in which the decline in artisans turnover decreased from February to June 2020. This is due to decreased productivity—music show. The activity's objective is to provide entrepreneurship assistance for P.I.X music artisans in Banjarmasin from production, marketing and IPR. Partnership-based community service program methods. Mentoring activities include the following stages; providing material on entrepreneurial concepts, assisting in promotional media in product marketing, and intellectual property rights (IPR). The conclusion in community service is the process of entrepreneurship assistance for P.I.X music artisans to run smoothly, and their sales turnover increases until they get IPR (Intellectual Property Rights).

The increasingly massive Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic has recently changed the system/order of people's lives in Indonesia. This system is known as the New Normal Era. At this time, the existing employment system in Indonesia forced various job providers to reduce the number of workers due to capital problems and social distancing rules. The prohibition of gathering in one place en masse caused job providers to lay off some employees, thus increasing the number of unemployed. This also happened in North Aceh District. Many young workers are forced to leave work because of the limited job opportunities available in North Aceh District. The formation of a new business/business accompanied by the skill of understanding the quality of the product to be produced is the best solution in this condition. Understanding product quality will certainly help entrepreneurs to determine market segmentation, marketing strategies, production costs, types of raw materials used and what risks must be faced. One of the businesses that are very popular with entrepreneurs today is the business of processed drinks from Arabica coffee commodities. Arabica coffee from Aceh Province is better known as Gayo coffee. Gayo coffee is quite famous in the world because it has a distinctive aroma and enjoyment and if it is cupped or taste tested. The location of community service is taken in the North Aceh Regency area considering the location of the Faculty of Agriculture, Malikussaleh University which is located in North Aceh Regency, it is expected to be able to make a direct contribution to reducing unemployment through deepening entrepreneurial skills in working age youth through product quality improvement training and coffee test cupping to face new normal challenge in north aceh. The implementation method is designed for mentoring in the form of a participatory approach and refers to the adult learning process (adult-learning) which consists of: (1) Presentation of material equipped with Power Point presentations and simulation materials, (2) limited discussion in accordance with health protocols to prevent the spread of COVID, (3) the assignment or practice of physical testing and coffee cupping tests are (1) to produce agents of change in the "job creation" paradigm from the "job seeker" paradigm among working-age youth, (2) become a forum for soft skills training related to product quality for youth of working age as a provision for business/business formation activities, (3) as a reference for the next community service activity. The output targets to be achieved from this activity are:Publication of activities in print or online media, (3) Survey/Questionnaire of Understanding Product Quality Control to assess the improvement of Human Resources competitiveness.

Abstract - Lecturers are now expected to become experts in the field of scientific studies from the research process then conveyed to students through teaching and besides being distributed to the community through community service, the outputs of research and service activities are Books, Articles, IPRs, applications and others. In accordance with the rules of the Open University Chancellor Number: 162 of 2019 concerning awards for publication works and Intellectual Property Rights within the Universitas Terbuka environment, the letter explains that each lecturer is entitled to receive an award for each publication that has been made, It's just that currently the awarding process is still using manual methods, lecturers fill out the forms provided by the faculty. Based on the slow process, the research team considers that Universitas Terbuka needs to develop a website based application in order to become an information system for lecturers to update the process of pro-posing awards for publication works and Intellectual Property Rights within the Universitas Terbuka. The study uses a two year assignment and multi year scheme. The outputs of this assignment research are articles, IPRs, and application prototypes. Keywords- e-reward; management information systems; Website Application Abstract — Dosen saat ini diharapkan menjadi pakar dalam bidang kajian ilmunya melalui proses penelitian, kemudian disampaikan ke mahasiswa melalui pengajaran, dan selain itu dibagikan ke masyarakat lewat pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Keluaran dari kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian adalah Buku, Artikel, HKI, aplikasi dan lain-lain. Sesuai dengan peraturan Rektor Universitas Terbuka Nomor : 162 Tahun 2019 tentang perhargaan atas karya publikasi dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) di lingkungan Universitas Terbuka, dalam surat tersebut dijelaskan setiap dosen berhak mendapatkan penghargaan untuk setiap publikasi yang telah dilakukan, hanya saja saat ini proses pemberian penghargaan masih menggunakan cara manual, dosen mengisi form yang disediakan fakultas. Atas dasar proses yang lambat tersebut maka Tim peneliti menganggap Universitas Terbuka perlu mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web, agar dapat menjadi sistem informasi bagi dosen untuk mengupdate proses pengusulan penghargaan atas karya publikasi dan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) di lingkungan Universitas Terbuka. Penelitian menggunakan skema penugasan dan multi years selama dua tahun. Keluaran dari penelitian penugasan ini adalah artikel, HKI, dan prototipe aplikasi. With the condition of the teachers of SMP N 77 Jakarta, they have never received legal counseling on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) especially Copyright. Knowledge enhancement is expected to motivate teachers to build their self-awareness on IPR to improve competence and ultimately to improve their performance. The solution offered is to provide counseling and training. The method of implementing the applied activities is lecture, discussion and training, with priority on the active participation of teachers. Based on the results of community service, it can be concluded: 1) legal counseling on IPR especially copyright is able to foster awareness of intellectual property so that it is expected to motivate teachers to build awareness of themselves in terms of IPR especially copyright; 2) supporting factors, namely the high desire of teachers to increase intellectual property knowledge, especially copyright.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan terhadap UMKM mitra di bidang Pengrajin dari bahan kulit kerang di Kenjeran Kota Surabaya. UMKM ini memiliki jumlah karyawan sebanyak 5 orang, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah menjual bahan kulit kerang yang sudah di poles, membuat pigura, tempat tisu dan kerajinan lainnya. Selama ini mereka berproduksi dengan peralatan yang ada namun sudah pada rusak untuk itu kualitas maupun kuantitas produk yang dihasilkan kurang maksimal, Untuk itulah Program Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini lakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan di bidang pengembangan produk, pengadaan peralatan berupa 1 (satu) unit gergaji triplek dan 1 (satu) unit mesin bor untuk kerang. Setelah mesin di berikan maka di lakukan pelatihan penggunaannya, disamping itu juga dilakukan Pelatihan di bidang peningkatan kualitas produk, pengelolaan usaha, pemasaran dan pembukuan keuangan. Dan hasilnya adalah mitra mampu mengelola usaha dengan efisien dan efektif, mereka juga mampu memasarkan produk serta memiliki pembukuan keuangan yang semula belum ada catatan keuangan sama sekali.This community service activity was carried out on partner SMEs in the field of Crafts from shells in Kenjeran, Surabaya. This UMKM has 5 employees, the activities being carried out are selling shells that have been polished, making frames, tissue boxes and other handicrafts. During this time they produce with existing equipment but it is already broken for that the quality and quantity of products produced is less than optimal. 1 (one) drilling machine unit for shells. After the machine is given, training on its use is carried out, besides that it also conducts training in the areas of product quality improvement, business management, marketing and financial accounting. And the result is that partners are able to manage their businesses efficiently and effectively, they are also able to market their products and have financial records that originally had no financial records at all.
