An entrepreneur must always innovate, so that the products created can face increasingly tough competitive conditions. The partner who became the venue for the activity was Ms. Erma's SME, which is located in Jambi. This condition occurs because partners lack knowledge about innovation. So that the products produced by partners are monotonous and less innovative, even many are similar to competitors. The activity method is carried out by socializing or providing training to partners online via Zoom. Submission of materials is presented in the form of PPT related to the innovation strategy. The results of the activity showed that the provision of knowledge about innovation had run smoothly, partners were enthusiastic in listening to the material and discussing with the PKM (Student Creativity Program) Team. In the context of metamorphoses that the state of Ukraine and the Ukrainian school go through, it is expedient to study and retrospectively analyse pedagogical thought of a specific historical period in order to find answers and form mature solutions to complex issues that arise in modern conditions. Due to certain similarity of historical circumstances, theoretical works and practical realization of ideas of Ukrainian pedagogues from the begin of the XXth century have deep potential as an ideological-inspiring source for contemporaneity. Based on the study of original sources using the comparative theoretical analysis and analytical generalization, the article summarizes the leading ideas of Sophia Rusova on the ways of implementing the concept of labour (activity method of teaching) in the system of preschool institutions and active (labor) school in the 20s of the XXth century. Recommendations for the use of this method are specified, taking into account the age of children and the specifics of the school subjects. Based on the analysis of Sophia Rusova’s works (“New School of Social Education”, “Theory and Practice of Preschool Education”, “Unified Active (Labor) School”, “Extracurricular Education”), the advantages of the labour method, its potential for the formation and development of the child’s personality has been investigated. The connection of Sofia Rusova’s ideas with the classical European pedagogical thought and practical application of such educational concepts in the European countries is traced. Emphasis is placed on the agreement of Sofia Rusova’s ideas on the advantages of the activity method of teaching with the task of reforming the national education system in Ukraine at the beginning of the XXIst century.

Background and motivation: Every year, millions of Muslims worldwide come to Mecca to perform the Hajj. In order to maintain the security of the pilgrims, the Saudi government has installed about 5000 closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras to monitor crowd activity efficiently. Problem: As a result, these cameras generate an enormous amount of visual data through manual or offline monitoring, requiring numerous human resources for efficient tracking. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop an intelligent and automatic system in order to efficiently monitor crowds and identify abnormal activity. Method: The existing method is incapable of extracting discriminative features from surveillance videos as pre-trained weights of different architectures were used. This paper develops a lightweight approach for accurately identifying violent activity in surveillance environments. As the first step of the proposed framework, a lightweight CNN model is trained on our own pilgrim’s dataset to detect pilgrims from the surveillance cameras. These preprocessed salient frames are passed to a lightweight CNN model for spatial features extraction in the second step. In the third step, a Long Short Term Memory network (LSTM) is developed to extract temporal features. Finally, in the last step, in the case of violent activity or accidents, the proposed system will generate an alarm in real time to inform law enforcement agencies to take appropriate action, thus helping to avoid accidents and stampedes. Results: We have conducted multiple experiments on two publicly available violent activity datasets, such as Surveillance Fight and Hockey Fight datasets; our proposed model achieved accuracies of 81.05 and 98.00, respectively.
