Pelatihan Pembuatan Film Animasi Menggunakan Aplikasi Toontastic 3d untuk Mendukung Minat Belajar Siswa SMP

ABSTRACT During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government implemented bold learning at various levels of education, from kindergarten to university. There is a possibility that the applied learning can result in low student interest in learning. This is because the learning process carried out only transfers recordings of learning patterns to WhatsApp text messages, so there is no other innovation to help students' interest in learning become better. As teachers we must be able to make interesting learning media according to the characteristics of students, where one of the learning media is to make animated films that students can see and do while studying at home. The purpose of this activity is to help and train junior high school teachers in making animated film learning media using the Toontastic 3D application so that it can support students' interest in learning. The method used in the implementation of this service activity is to use the method of discussion and question and answer, demo, and expository. Participants in this service activity are partners of MGMP SMP in Muaro Jambi in the field of mathematics as many as 35 teachers and 20 students. The instrument used in this service is a teacher motivation response questionnaire after training and a student interest response questionnaire after learning with learning media in the form of animated films. Based on the results of the training, it was obtained that most of the teachers who participated were very satisfied and happy with this training, this can be seen from the teacher's motivation, most of the teachers answered on average the statements given agreed and strongly agreed agree category. Furthermore, student learning interest can also be said to be good, this can be seen based on the results of the student learning interest questionnaire where the average student on a positive statement is in the agree and strongly agree category, while in the negative statement questionnaire on average are in the category of strongly disagree and disagree. . Therefore, it can be said that this training in making animated films as a learning medium can provide good motivation for teachers and good learning interest for students during the covid-19 pandemic. ABSTRAK Masa pandemic covid-19, pemerintah menerapkan pembelajaran secara daring di berbagai jenjang Pendidikan mulai dari TK sampai perguruan tinggi. Tidak menutup kemungkinan selama pembelajaran daring diterapkan dapat mengakibatkan minat belajar siswa rendah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan hanya memindahkan pola pembelajaran yang dibuku ke pesan teks WhatsApp saja, sehingga tidak adanya inovasi lain untuk membantu minat belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik. Sebagai pengajar kita harus bisa membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa, dimana salah satu media pembelajaran tersebut adalam pembuatan film animasi yang dapat dilihat dan di toton oleh siswa selama belajar dirumah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu dan melatih guru SMP dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbentuk film animasi menggunakan aplikasi toontastic 3D sehingga dapat mendukung minat belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan ekspositori. Peserta kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah mitra MGMP SMP di Muaro Jambi pada matapelajaran matematika sebanyak 35 orang guru dan 20 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah angket respon motivasi guru setelah pelatihan dan angket respon minat siswa setelah belajar dengan media pembelajaran berbentuk film animasi tersebut. Berdasar hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa kebanyakan guru-guru yang ikut merasa sangat puas dan senang dengan adanya pelatihan ini, hal tersebut dilihat dari angket respon (motivasi) guru menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan guru rata-rata menjawab pernyataan yang diberikan pada kategori Setuju dan Sangat Setuju. Selanjutnya minat belajar siswa juga dapat dikatakan baik, hal tersebut dilihat berdasarkan hasil angket minat belajar siswa dimana rata-rata siswa pada pernyataan positif berada pada kategori setuju dan sangar setuju, sedangkan pada angket pernyataan negatif rata-rata pada kategori sangat tidak setuju dan tidak setuju. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan film animasi sebagai media pembelajaran ini dapat memberikan motivasi yang baik bagi guru dan minat belajar yang baik bagi siswa dimasa pandemic covid-19.

This service research aims to determine the application of the method of memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Nuur Ahmad Lombok. Memorizing the Qur'an is a worship that began during the time of the Prophet Muhammad and has grown to the present day. Over time, many methods were born to make it easier to memorize the Qur'an. This activity is the final report of the KKP-DR UIN Mataram which aims to find out the method used in memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Nuur Ahmad Lombok. The method in accelerating memorization used is the FOURT4 method (Tahsin, Tahfidz, Tarjamah, Tafsir). This method has proven useful in facilitating students in memorizing the Qur'an, gaining an understanding of the Qur'an, strengthening and maintaining memorization, fostering motivation in memorizing the Qur'an and creating an intensive relationship between students and the Qur'an. an. The results of this service activity are expected to be a reference for existing Tahfidz institutions.

Pengembangan ternak Ruminansia terintegrasi di Desa Koto Simandolak Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi: Pemanfaatan kotoran ternak untuk biogas dan pupuk organik

Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the ruminant-producing districts in Riau Province. Koto Simandolak Village, located in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the majority of the people work as farmers. Generally, farmers in Koto Simandolak Village cultivate livestock traditionally, namely by releasing them to the wild. This condition causes several problems including livestock manure, pollution of the village environment, and conflicts with residents. This problem can be solved if the farmer wants to keep the cattle. By holding cattle, the manure will be collected directly in the cage. Animal manure can be processed and used in biogas and organic fertilizer. The Research and Community Services Team of Universitas Riau saw the potential for utilizing livestock manure waste in Koto Simandolak Village. The Team conducts training and assistance in the installation of biogas reactors as well as training and mentoring in the biogas production process using livestock manure. Another output of biogas production is organic fertilizer. The ultimate goal of this service activity is to increase the income of the target community, namely through increasing livestock production, biogas production, and organic fertilizer production.

Revitalisasi Bank Sampah Sekolah dalam Mendesain Model Pendidikan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan Berbasis Teknologi Tepat Guna

This Integrated Community Service Activity Real Work Lecture aims to revitalize school waste banks in designing sustainable environmental education models based on appropriate technology. Environmental education is expected to be obtained by junior high school students through the waste bank extracurricular program. Environmental education to be achieved is focused on managing and utilizing waste to produce environmental products into strategic activities that can be developed, in collaboration with successful waste banks. The method of implementation is in the form of observation and FGD conducted in SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City. Through this activity, various problems experienced by SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City were formulated in re-activating the school waste bank program. Based on the series of activities from FGD to simulation, it can be concluded that school leaders, environmental extracurricular coaches, and students of SMP Negeri 9 and SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City really hope that waste management activities in their respective schools can be reactivated. Considering that the activities are still in a pandemic atmosphere, the reactivation of the school waste bank is carried out in conjunction with the restructuring of the extracurricular environmental management in their respective schools. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Terintegrasi Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan untuk melakukan revitalisasi bank sampah sekolah dalam mendesain model pendidikan lingkungan berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi tepat guna. Pendidikan lingkungan diharapkan dapat diperoleh oleh siswa SMP melalui program ekstrakulikuler bank sampah. Pendidikan lingkungan yang ingin dicapai difokuskan pada pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sampah sampai menghasilkan produk lingkungan menjadi kegiatan strategis yang dapat dikembangkan, bekerjasama dengan bank sampah yang sudah sukses. Metode pelaksanaan berupa observasi dan FGD yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi. Melalui kegiatan ini dirumuskan berbagai permasalahan yang dialami oleh SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi dalam mengaktifkan kembali program bank samapah sekolah. Berdasarkan rangkaian kegiatan dari mulai FGD sampai simulasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pimpinan sekolah, Pembina ekstrakulikuler lingkungan, dan siswa SMP Negeri 9 dan SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bekasi sangat berharap agar kegiatan pengelolaan sampah di sekolah masing-masing dapat diaktifkan kembali. Mengingat kegiatan masih dalam suasana pandemi maka pengaktifan kembali bank sampah sekolah dilakukan bersamaan dengan restukturisasi pengurus ektrakulikuler lingkungan di sekolah masing-masing.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis Teknologi Pengolahan Pangan Lokal Singkong Pada Produk Churros dan Éclair

Churros and éclairs have almost the same type of dough and are easy to process. Currently, churros and éclair are snacks that are trending and much favored by the public, especially teenagers and children. Thus, churros and éclair become snacks that have a great opportunity to be seeded as business products with great potential. Both use the main ingredient in the form of wheat flour, which until now is still an imported product. Optimal use of local food ingredients to substitute for imported food is a government program that we should support and assist in its realization. While cassava is one of the local food ingredients found in almost all regions of Indonesia. In this case, by using science and technology, this cassava can be further processed into flour which can later function as a substitute for wheat flour. Through Community Service activities, the use of cassava as a substitute for wheat flour in making churros and éclairs is socialized to the wider community. The activities carried out consisted of stages 1) Delivery of material information; 2) Preparation and preparation of formulas; 3) Implementation of entrepreneurial training in the practice of making churros and eclairs; and 4) Product evaluation and discussion. The purpose of this community service activity (PKM) is to help improve the family's economy through the production of churros and éclair substitutes for cassava flour. The results of this PKM activity were assessed by the participants, that the way of delivery and the suitability of the material, the process of making Churros and Eclair, the duration generally described a positive value and gave a high level of satisfaction. So that there is a desire to do similar activities again. Abstrak Churros dan éclair merupakan kue yang memiliki jenis adonan yang hampir sama dan mudah proses pengolahannya. Saat ini churros dan éclair merupakan makanan ringan yang sedang trend dan banyak digemari oleh kalangan masyarakat, utamanya remaja dan anak-anak. Dengan demikian, churros dan éclair menjadi makanan ringan yang memiliki peluang besar untuk diunggulkan sebagai produk usaha yang sangat potensial. Keduanya menggunakan bahan utama berupa tepung terigu, yang selama ini masih berupa produk import. Penggunaan bahan pangan lokal secara optimal untuk pengganti pangan impor merupakan program pemerintah yang seharusnya kita dukung dan bantu dalam perealisasiannya. Sementara singkong merupakan salah satu bahan pangan lokal yang ditemui hampir di seluruh daerah Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, dengan menggunakan iptek, singkong ini dapat diolah lebih lanjut menjadi tepung yang nantinya dapat berfungsi sebagai subtitusi tepung terigu. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, pemanfaatan singkong sebagai substitusi tepung terigu dalam pembuatan churros dan éclair ini disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat luas. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap 1) Penyampaian informasi materi; 2) Persiapan dan pembuatan formula; 3) Pelaksanaan pelatihan kewirausahaan praktik pembuatan churros dan éclair; dan 4) Evaluasi produk dan diskusi. PKM ini dilaksanakan secara online pada tanggal 16 September 2021. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah membantu meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga melalui produksi churros dan éclair subtitusi tepung singkong. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini dinilai peserta, bahwa cara penyampaian dan kesesuaian materi, proses pembuatan churros dan éclair, durasi secara umum menggambarkan nilai positif dan memberi tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Sehingga ada keinginan dilakukan kembali kegiatan sejenis.

Predictive potential for measuring motivational readiness for service in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

The article studies the components of the structure of the motivational sphere of the personality of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. A theoretical and methodological analysis of the currently existing approaches to the study of the motivational sphere of a person's life is carried out and only those that are focused, to a greater extent, on the search and description of the dispositional (trait-like) foundations of motivation and the assessment of individual differences in the degree of their severity among employees are highlighted. ATS, to identify their deep motives and values that determine professional behavior and are able to predict it. One of the goals of the work was to create an original psychodiagnostic toolkit aimed at identifying the psychological characteristics of the professional motivation of candidates to enter the service in the internal affairs bodies, employees to be appointed to other positions in the internal affairs bodies and the choice of a certain direction of professional service by them. The novelty of the results lies in the fact that on the basis of the proposed structure and known methods and tests - questionnaires, a «Methodology for studying the professional motivation of candidates to enter the service in the internal affairs bodies, employees for appointment to other positions in the internal affairs bodies and the choice of a certain areas of professional service», which includes 12 basic scales: the need for achievement; the need for power; the need for security; the need for ownership; locus of control; hedonism / altruism; ambition; behavioral regulation; corruption resistance; conscientiousness; professional identity «I am a policeman» and a mandatory scale of «social desirability» and atypical responses. The developed methodology can be used in the activities of personnel departments to improve the professional psychological selection of candidates for entering the service in the internal affairs bodies, employees for appointment to other positions in the internal affairs bodies and the choice by them of a certain direction of professional service activity.
