Abstract An outbreak of corona virus caused by a novel virus called SARS-CoV-2 occurred at the end of 2019. The unexpected outbreak and unchecked global spread of COVID19 indicate that the current global healthcare networks have limitations in addressing the crises for public safety. In this paper, we have studied to secure the COVID-19 patients ’ data. Data security and Storage Management becomes the most promising task in it, to manage it we use cloud computing. This leads to the strong evidence of unanswered questions related to the data security over the cloud data centres. The Proposed research work aims to protect the cloud data by implementing the new approach using blockchain technology. a novel secure Online/offline Decentralized Attribute Based Encryption for cloud. The proposed scheme reduces the online computation burden for data owners by completing the preprocessing computation as much as during the offline phase. The proposed scheme eliminates a major of computation overhead on user side by migrating the partial decryption computation to the cloud servers. The secure hash blocks are generated and maintained by the cloud storage devices enhance the data security on the cloud. The block chains allow the user to trace back the malicious data access and modifications.

Clouds are the group of resources like data storage, processors, security tools, etc. that are shared by the big resource providers like Amazon, Google, Yahoo etc. and the users of these resources. There is the requirement of privacy policy when we work in such a shared, unknown, untrusted, and pay per use environment. Computing industry is now shifted their orientation from arranging first the resources to developing new applications or application of new ideas. Because in the cloud computing world , every resource required for developing and executing an idea or application is available or pay per use basis. But even though everything is available with scalability or these resources, the data of the business transaction with authenticity is prime for all either business organization or customer. As we know that user’s and transaction data is very important and unauthorized access is illegal and harmful for everyone. Because worldwide the use of online services is increasing exponentially and the use of cloud computing for these solutions is also increasing. We have considered this problem for our research work and in this paper, we are proposing a PDM privacy preserving model for more securing the cloud data.

Cloud computing has been envisioned as the next generation architecture of IT enterprise. It moves the application software and databases to the centralized large data centers where management of data and services may not be fully trustworthy. This unique paradigm brings out many new security challenges like, maintaining correctness and integrity of data in cloud. Integrity of cloud data may be lost due to unauthorized access, modification or deletion of data. Lacking of availability of data may be due to the cloud service providers (CSP), in order to increase their margin of profit by reducing the cost, CSP may discard rarely accessed data without detecting in timely fashion. To overcome above issues, flexible distributed storage, token utilizing, signature creations used to ensure integrity of data, auditing mechanism used assists in maintaining the correctness of data and also locating, identifying of server where exactly the data has been corrupted and also dependability and availability of data achieved through distributed storage of data in cloud. Further in order to ensure authorized access to cloud data a admin module has been proposed in our previous conference paper, which prevents unauthorized users from accessing data and also selective storage scheme based on different parameters of cloud servers proposed in previous paper, in order to provide efficient storage of data in the cloud. In order to provide more efficiency in this paper dynamic data operations are supported such as updating, deletion and addition of data.

In order to improve data security, ensure user privacy, and solve the problems of low data access control accuracy, long time consumption, and high energy consumption in traditional methods, a cloud computing storage data access control method based on dynamic re-encryption is proposed. The principal component analysis method is used to reduce the dimension of the cloud computing storage data, and the random forest algorithm is further used to classify and process the cloud computing storage data according to the processing results. On the basis of data preprocessing, an access control tree is established to obtain the correlation of data nodes. Finally, the dynamic re-encryption method is used for data security state transformation, and the data access control of cloud computing storage is realized through key generation, encryption, re-encryption key generation, and decryption. The experimental results show that the data access control accuracy of the method in this paper is high, time consumption is small, and energy consumption is small, and it is more suitable for cloud computing systems with huge data and information.
