Quality human resources are a determining factor in improving the performance of a business organization. The performance of a business organization is largely determined by the performance of its employees, and this is the main reason for this research. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research approach is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires in the field and secondary data obtained in finished form, has been collected and processed by other parties. The number of samples taken in this study were 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance both simultaneously and partially. The results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, organizational culture and work motivation are the determining variables in an effort to improve employee performance Keywords : Discipline, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

The operational and financial performance of the business organization is to be measured by its revenue, profit-earning capacity, and financial soundness to pay its debts. The profit of a business organization depends on the level of activities or revenue while the earning capacity defines and accelerates the absolute profit. Also, the financial soundness facilitates the resources and working capital to run the business activities to earn the profit. The operational efficiency enhances the profit margin while financial soundness increases the absolute profit by lifting the production level. The financial resources, operational efficiency, and revenue govern the profit of a business organization. The Indian automobile industry is the most prominent and contributing sector in the Indian economy. The study considers the relationship of revenue and profitability, financial resources to determine the relationship and mutual governance of revenue and profitability and revenue and financial resources. Financial ratios and statistical tools i.e. gross profitability and mean, coefficient of variation, rank correlation, and fixed base index applied to analyze the data of leading Indian automobile companies for the period 2011 to 2020. The study finds that the profitability and growth of the smaller leading Indian automobile companies are better than the higher revenue companies. Total resources or capital employed governs the revenue of the Indian automobile companies. The study recommends the study of cost composition of products of lower revenue leading Indian automobile companies.

In this study, the authors substantiate the relevance of the creation of agro-industrial parks as a network form of organizing the business of agricultural producers. Agro-industrial parks in modern conditions are becoming a kind of growth points for the innovative development of agricultural producers, providing accelerated growth in production and import substitution in order to achieve food security in the Russian Federation and its regions. The results of the study allow us to conclude about the growing interest in this form of business organization.

Innovation has become an integral part of every business organization because it provides sustainable competitive advantage to the company. In today's highly dynamic business environment every organization wants to succeed by leveraging their employees' talent. In order to leverage the employees' talent, it is important to follow relevant HRM policies or to continuously introduce innovative HR practices to meet the expectations of the employees. The paper emphasis is made on corporate mediatization process conceptuali-zation, which role is of high importance in Russia, because it influences sociopolitical situation on a legal basis, creates a form of business corporations citizenship. The concept reveals a changing role of corporation in sociopolitical relations: due to encompassing corporate communication technologies it becomes necessary to meet communities expectations, sociopolitical, socioeconomic, ecological issues. Information system has become a strategic tool for business organization, its wide usage and acceptance has increased the flexibility of commercial activities and business sustainability. The use of internet technology has also promoted business networking, information sharing, knowledge acquisition, and prompt decision-making. Meanwhile, efficiency of IS is anchored on the commitment and support of top management in terms of policy and strategy formulation. This paper analyses the impact of top management commitment and support on IS risk management implementation in the business sector. The study employed a narrative method of literature review that critically analyzed the importance of top management commitment and support on information system risk management implementation within the business organization. Relevant information was obtained from Scopus, Web of Science, Research Gate and google scholar. It was found that IS improves task efficiency through effective communication and job automation. Therefore, organizations need to control and prevent the possibility of IS risk occurrence in their operations to promote competitive advantage and sustainable performance. Hence, and it is the responsibility of executive arm of organization to guide, direct, and control IS risk management implementation for performance advantage.
