This article summarizes the post-graduation outcomes of 298 students verified as either specific learning disabled or mentally handicapped who graduated from a rural special education program between 1979 and 1988. The following outcome measures were analyzed: current (1989) employment environment, employment outcomes, work-related benefits, primary reported source of income, and living arrangement. Results are discussed relative to comparable published studies, implications for staff training, and the continued need for program analysis and evaluation.

<p>We compare two <em> algorithms </em> for computing fixed points of functionals of the kind arising in static program analysis. One is a rather direct calculation of the iterands, whereas the other employs the technique of iterative squaring. To give meaningful results about the time and space requirements we need to be more specific about the <em>form </em> of the functionals and the <em>properties </em> of the functions upon which the functionals operate. In this paper we consider functionals in iterative versus (two kinds of) primitive recursive forms, and functions that are monotone versus completely additive.</p><p>The time complexity of the direct algorithm is proportional to the number of iterations and the size of the domain of the functions. Replacing the direct algorithm with the iterative squaring algorithm gives an exponential reduction in the number of iterations needed. If the program analysis can be formulated in the completely additive framework, we will in some instances obtain an exponential reduction in the cost of each iteration.</p>

In order to clear rail lines of the construction of the timing, the need for each line analysis and evaluation of scientific and rational manner, thus forming a good construction planning program. Analysis of the impact of rail transit construction timing factors, and presented its quantitative methods; further established based on the weighted gray correlation of urban rail transit construction methods and sequence the steps to solve the model. Finally, an example of Xi'an rail transit network in the timing of the construction. The results show that the proposed method using the results of the same order with the actual construction, the method is simple and has good application prospects.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has negatively impacted the world in a variety of ways. Thousands have died, many more have fallen ill, and it continues to have a disastrous impact on the global economy. The virus has also significantly impacted people’s well-being and their mental health, where the effects are expected to continue long after businesses begin to re-open. Promoting resilience and positive mental health coping strategies are, therefore, vital to assisting people as this pandemic continues and long after a sense of “normalcy” returns. This paper, a program analysis of warr;or21, a resilience program, utilizes qualitative research methods to share the insights of participants who completed the program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The warr;or21 program was designed initially to enhance resilience in law enforcement and other first responders and has since been adapted for the general public. The data reveals that, from the perspective of the participants, warr;or21 has helped many of them cope and manage positively, specifically amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the warr;or21 program has the potential to help enhance people’s resilience and mental health during future adverse events as well as to be used proactively to further develop a person’s overall mental health and resilience.
