One of the problems in the criminal case completions is that the difficulty of making decision to estimate when the settlement of the case file will be fulfilled. It is caused by the number of case files handled and detention time changing. Therefore, the fast and accurate information is needed. The research aims to develop a monitoring system tracking and tracking of scheduling rules using Rule Based Expert Systems method with 17 rules, and supported by Radio Frequency Identification technology (RFID) in the form of computer applications. Based on the output of the system, an analysis is performed in the criminal case settlement process with a set of IF-THEN rules. The RFID reader read the data of case files through radio wave signals emitted by the antenna toward active-Tag attached in the criminal case file. The system is designed to monitor the tracking and tracing of RFID-based scheduling rules in realtime way that was built in the form of computer application in accordance with the system design. This study results in no failure in reading active tags by the RFID reader to detect criminal case files that had been examined. There were many case files handled in three different location, they were the constabulary, prosecutor, and judges of district court and RFID was able to identify them simultaneously. So, RFID supports the implementation of Rule Based Expert Systems very much for realtime monitoring in criminal case accomplishment.

Process of handling criminal case files related to a criminal offense is legally regulated by a set of IF-THEN rules that produce a knowledge base to provide a conclusion that is capable of supporting in decision making. The process also sets the time related to the schedule of criminal case files settlement. Thus there is a need for a system that monitors the process of case filecompletion to know the status and time of settlement.RFID technology as a support system performs data readings to facilitate the monitoring system. In the implementation of the system, it needs to formulate logical troubleshooting procedures by building a system algorithm that is represented by using a flowchart which is able to facilitate the development of the system and to clarify the work processes of the system in reasoning to produce accurate information for decision support system.

The process of criminal cases settlement is based on the regulation of time limit on trial. It is difficult to see the each stage of process because of the number of case files handled. To know the status of settlement, it needs monitoring system of RFID technology built by design to a model of Rule Based Expert Systems. It facilitates the process of data files so it can produce the right, quick and accurate report. The priority of criminal case files is based on the level of completion difficulty while the tracking involves 3 locations: police, public prosecutor and district court. Rule Based Expert System method works following an expert's knowledge in solving a problem. The design that has been made is capable of being implemented and according to the user’s needs. It helps to quickly generate the right information of criminal case settling time process.

Sistem pengaman sepeda motor menggunakan radio frequency identification (RFID) dan notifikasi melalui handphone yang dikontrol dengan modul Arduino Uno telah dirancang bangun. RFID terdiri dari sebuah RFID tag dan RFID reader. RFID tag yang memiliki kode yang berbeda-beda, digunakan sebagai kunci untuk menghidupkan sepeda motor setelah kunci kontak digunakan. RFID reader dapat membaca tag pada jarak maksimal 1,26 cm. Sepeda motor yang dihidupkan tanpa menggunakan RFID tag atau RFID tag tidak sesuai menyebabkan aktifnya reed switch pada pelek roda depan. Ketika roda telah berputar sebanyak empat kali, maka alarm aktif dan GSM SIM 800L mengirimkan notifikasi berupa SMS sebanyak satu kali dan misscall sebanyak tiga kali ke nomor handphone pemilik sepeda motor. Waktu delay rata-rata SMS dan miscall berturut-turut adalah 5,42 s, 8,62 s, 61,14 s dan 113,16 s. Kata kunci: sistem pengaman sepeda motor, RFID, Arduino Uno , reed switch, GSM SIM 800L

Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor berbanding lurus dengan jumlah pencurian kendaraan bermotor itu sendiri. Para produsen sepeda motor hanya mengandalkan kunci kontak dan kunci stang untuk pengaman sepeda motor dari pencurian. Metode konvensional ini sangat muda untuk dijebol. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) adalah metode pengamanan dengan menggunakan tag (transponder) sebagai penanda identitas sebuah benda atau kepemilikan sebuah benda. Berbeda dengan kartu ATM atau smart card lainnya penggunaan RFID tidak perlu kontak langsung  dengan pembaca atau readernya, sehingga faktor kerusakan tag/kartu RFID dapat dihindari. Dengan memadukan Tag, RFID Reader dan Mikrokontroler AT89SS8253, rangkaian relay dan motor servo dapat dibangun sebuah pengaman sepeda motor yang lebih handal. Pada kondisi sepeda motor mati pengaman ini akan aktif artinya semua perangkat sepeda motor tidak dapat digunakan dari rem, gas, saluran minyak dan lain- lain. Ketika seseorang mencoba untuk memutus hubungan kabel kunci kontak maka sistema alarm akan aktif dengan ditandai bunyi alarm dan klakson serta semua lampu akan hidup. Sedangkan rem, klose, gas, gigi tidak dapat digunakan. Begitu juga saluran minyak dari tangki ke mesin terputus.

A radio frequency identification (RFID) has obtained increasing attention with the emergence of various applications. This study aims to examine the implementation of rule based expert system supported by RFID technology into a monitoring information system of drug supply in a hospital. This research facilitates in monitoring the real time drug supply by using data sample from the hospital pharmacy. This system able to identify and count the number of drug and provide warning and report in real time. the conclusion is the rule based expert system and RFID technology can facilitate the performance in monitoring the drug supply quickly and precisely.

The Internet of Things accelerates the development of RFID technology. Logistics, transportation, aviation and other fields has increasingly high demand on the reader's identification distance and reliability. In order to meet the market demand, the design of RFID reader based on the dual-mode was proposed. One is 915MHz radio frequency identification mode. The other is 2.4GHz active radio frequency identification mode, which has lower transmission power requirement and farther valid identification distance. An ARM9 microcontroller is used as the main controller of the RFID reader. The design includes communicate with PC, control dual-mode RFID reader, control the reader to write and read tags and the study of anti-collision algorithm. In the testing of the system, it achieved to identify further. The performance is achieved and reliable.

<p>Teknologi terbaru yang dapat diterapkan untuk identifikasi yaitu <em>Radio Frequency Identification</em> (RFID) yang merupakan sistem identifikasi tanpa kabel bisa melakukan pengambilan data dengan cepat, mudah tanpa harus bersentuhan dan dapat digunakan untuk operasi otomatis. Sistem RFID terdiri dari tag, pembaca, middleware, aplikasi program dan server. Seiringin perkembangannya muncul juga teknologi pilihan lain yaitu QR Code atau <em>Quick Respon Code</em> dalam mengatasi masalah identifikasi data menjadi efektif dan cepat. Untuk mengakses informasi <em>QR Code</em> berbeda dengan teknologi RFID yang membutuhan perangkat khusus atau <em>reader</em>  sebagai pembaca tag melainkan sangat mudah hanya membutuhkan perangkat camera atau <em>webcam</em> kemudian difokuskan QR Code pada kamera dan akan langsung terbaca dengan cepat. Saat ini dalam mengidentifikasi data medis masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu mengetik nomor ID dengan keyboard maka ada kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga tidak efesien, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut menggunakan RFID dan QR Code adalah solusi yang tepat, dengan RFID dan QR Code hanya cukup menempelkan pada RFID reader selanjutnya kode akan dilakukan pecarian langsung secara otomatis. Manfaat yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan RFID dan QR Code melakukan pencarian data medis, dan dapat mengidentifikasi pencarian data medis dengan lebih mudah, cepat dan akurat.</p>
