Pengelolaan Program KB Nasional di Dki Jakarta Tahun 2014

Research of the National Family Planning Program Management in Jakarta is the follow-up study that analyzes the role of the relationship manager / executive of Family Planning, the availability of caunsellor and cadres as well as the readiness of Family Planning services to the dependent variable. Dependet variable is the interaction of the managers/implementers Family Planning to the achievement of family planning program in Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to obtain analytical results in the relationship of important variables in the management of family planning programs in Jakarta as a basis for priority activities proposed in the action plan of the family planning program in Jakarta. This study uses quantitative analysis with the technic of achieving sample by stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 198 respondents from the Provincial, Municipal and District Level. After the research team analyzes the results of the regression relationships of variables to provide conclusions and recommendations as an attempt to formulate strategic activities in the implementation of the National Family Planning Program in Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is influence and significant simultaneous relationship between the role of managing/implementing family planning programs and the readiness of Family Planning services in their effort to the success of family planning programs in Jakarta. Based on the results of quantitative data processing of the regression equation with the interpretation output LISREL with the value of R square of 0.493 or 49.3 percent.

Abstract. Vasectomy may cause a strained relationship between a husband and wife. There are some causal factors such as communication, social, sexual, and economical factors. Male participation is an indicator of a successful family planning program (KB). The relevance of the participation of a male doing vasectomy is in his knowledge, behavior of vasectomy and the support from family. The purpose of this research is to reveal the relationship among the knowledge, attitude of KB male participant about vasectomy and the role of family support for vasectomy patient. This study is one way to observe the outcomes of government programs to reduce the number of the population Indonesia. The program may be considered as a way that can strain husband and wife relationship caused by various factors, such as communication, social, sexual and economic factors. In this study, the data is obtained from the official department of demography and national family planning (BKKBN) and based on the immediate observation of some couples who become the vasectomy patients. The data is then examined using C4.5 algorithms which will later make a decision tree which decide whether the couples will be fit or not for doing the vasectomy for family planning program.Keywords: KB, Vasectomy, C4.5 Algorithm.Abstrak. Vasektomi bisa mengakibatkan renggangnya suatu hubungan suami istri. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti faktor komunikasi, sosial, seksual, dan ekonomi. Partisipasi pria menjadi indikator keberhasilan program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Keterkaitan partisipasi pria pengguna vasektomi adalah pengetahuan, tingkah laku partisipan KB pria tentang vasektomi, serta dukungan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap akseptor/partisipan KB pria tentang vasektomi, serta peranan dukungan keluarga pengguna vasektomi. Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk melihat hasil dari program pemerintah untuk mengurangi jumlah penduduk di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, data didapatkan dari sebuah lembaga resmi KB yaitu Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) dan observasi lapangan secara langsung kepada beberapa pasangan suami istri yang menggunakan vasektomi. Data selanjutnya diolah menggunakan algoritma C4.5 yang hasilnya nanti akan menghasilkan pohon keputusan yang dapat menjawab apakah pasangan tersebut bisa mengikuti program KB vasektomi. The countries of the Indian subcontinent provide some of the world's most evident case studies of the deleterious effects of population pressure. They also have undertaken some of the world's most massive family planning programs. India was the first country to declare a national population policy and to mount a nationwide family planning program. Pakistan and present day Bangladesh had a prolonged period during which the national family planning program had a separate organization with extremely high priority and official support. Continuing famines and two major wars in 25 years have contributed to high mortality. Nonetheless, population growth in these countries continues its inexorable upward curve. On the other hand, these programs must also be credited with some real successes and the birth rates in several Indian states are falling.
