We introduce our idea about a new face mask against Covid-19. Herein our novel face mask is a polymeric matrix of nanofibers. These nanofibers are decorated with special engineered nanocomposite. The later possesses antiviral, antimicrobial. A well-established IR temperature biosensor will be implanted in the face mask and connected to the mobile phone using App (Seek thermal) to allow temperature monitoring. Artificial Intelligence can play a vital role in the fight against COVID-19. AI is being successfully used in the identification of disease clusters, monitoring of cases, prediction of the future outbreaks, mortality risk, diagnosis of COVID-19, disease management by resource allocation, facilitating training, record maintenance and pattern recognition for studying the disease trend. Therefore, AI is used as a type of alarm which be connected through Global Position System (GPS) to a central networking system to monitor the crowded areas of probable infections. In this case, the hospital in this neighborhood will be charged to let a mobile unit of assessment travel quickly to the infected people areas.

Describes a mobile training unit used experimentally to deliver services to older blind persons who were isolated by multiple disabilities or because they lived in rural areas with inadequate facilities. In view of access barriers caused by the vehicle's design, difficulties in using and maintaining such a large vehicle, consumer unwillingness or inability to leave home, or, if they did, inability to transfer skills from unit to home, the disadvantages of the unit outweighed the advantages.

The number of police in the Philippines is way below than the declared number of police per population based on the Philippines Republic Act No. 6975, Chapter 3, Section 27 which states that one (1) policeman per five hundred (500) persons. Santa Maria Bulacan only have fifty-two (52) police personnel, and one (1) police outpost which is located in the town of Poblacion which is in the far south east of the whole municipality. This produces different speed when responding to incident reports. The police force’s response time vary based from the location of the incident. This research determined the optimum location to where police will be deployed as a mobile unit to be able to respond faster to more areas than staying in the outpost. Another thing that will be determined by this research is the optimum coordinates of a perfect scenario where each town in the municipality of Santa Maria Bulacan would have their own police outpost. The coordinates will be calculated based on the populations’ location by plotting all the houses and structures located in Santa Maria Bulacan based on Google Map Images, and the Optimum locations will be determined in the form of the converged centroids after applying enhanced K means clustering algorithm.
