Photoelectric detection technology is a kind of new technology of non-contact measurement in terms of the modern photoelectric devices such as laser, infrared ray and optical cable. Through the detecting on the radiation with the information of the detecting objects and extracting the useful information by the input circuits, inputting LED from the A/D interface, and then the parameters such as geometric quantity or physical quantity are displayed. The design of illumination intensity measure instrument is based on photoelectric detection technology. It receives the incident light through the photodiode and converts the light energy into electrical energy. Have been filtered and amplified, the current is converted into digital value by the ICL7106 A/D converter, and the accurate data is displayed on the LED digital tube. So the data is the value of Illumination intensity at the moment.

Fluorescence immunoassay technology is widely recognized as the most sensitive detection technology, now widely used in clinical testing. The research of quantitative analyzer for fluorescence immune chromatography strips is of great significance. In this thesis, a quantitative analyzer for fluorescence immune chromatography strips has realized, based on photoelectric detection principle and immunochromatographic. The system uses LPC1788 and MSP430 as processors. Using some algorithms such as low-pass filtering, least square method and area method to analyze the detected waveform and eliminate noise with high accuracy. In our experiment, the minimum detection concentration is at several mIU/ml levels, the relative standard deviation is less than 2% and it has good linear response characteristics in a concentration range from 0.5125 to 952mIU/ml while the correlation coefficient R2 is 0.981. The instrument has a good prospect.

Currently domestic full-automatic flute laminating machines are mostly structures modeled on foreign machines. The precision and stability of these machines manufactured by domestic enterprises are low because of the difference in parts machining capacity, specification and performance of raw materials. In view of the poor laminating accuracy, stability, inconvenient pressure adjustment of domestic full-automatic flute laminating machines, the structural analysis is performed over the domestic full-automatic flute laminating machines, in an attempt to improve the paper route and speed of suction belt, change the position of photoelectric detection and carry out the installation and debugging experiment. Certain economic and social effects can be obtained through the production and sales of the outsourcing units.
