This research is using quantitative study aimed to see whether there are influences of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Leverage, and Managerial Ownership on Tax Aggressiveness. In this research, tax aggressiveness is measured using Cash Effective Tax Rates, corporate social responsibility disclosure is measured using Corporate Social Responsibility Index, leverage is measured using Debt to Total Assets, and Managerial Ownership is measured using dummy variable. This research uses consumer goods industry sector in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 financial year. Number of observation of 81 samples obtained through non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in this study was used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25 analysis tool with a significant level of 5% (0,05). The results of these tests indicate that (1) corporate social responsibility disclosure has a positive significant influence on tax aggressiveness, (2) leverage has no significant influence on tax aggressiveness, (3) managerial ownership has a negative influence on tax aggressivenessKeywords : Tax Aggressiveness, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Leverage, Managerial Ownership

Tax Aggressiveness is action taken to minimize the expenses of the taxpayer receives tax payable. The more efficient the tax expenses of State revenues from taxes will also decrease. This study was conducted to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Profitability and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness in manufacture firms that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2013 – 2015. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method that listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year of 2013 – 2015, with a total sample of 29 manufacture firms for a total observation in this study a total of 87 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data, in the form of a financial report and annual reports that downloaded via the official Indonesia Stock Exchange’s website. Data were analyzed using pooled data regression that processed using Eviews version 8.0 software. Hypothesis testing using t-statistic test. The results obtained are profitability variable which proxied by return on asset (ROA) had a significant impact on tax aggressiveness. While corporate social responsibility disclosure variable which proxied by corporate social responsibility index (CSRI) and leverage variable had no significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure is a form of corporate responsibility and commitment in making a positive contribution to the environment, social and economy that is integrated in the company's activities. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of environmental performance, management ownership, and media exposure on corporate social responsibility disclosure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and registered as participants in the 2016-2018 PROPER period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data collection methods used in this study are non-participant observation methods and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis.The analysis shows that environmental performance, management ownership, and media exposure partially have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The objectives of this study are examine the influence of environmental performance, good corporate governance mechanism and earning management on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Thepopulation used in this study was companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2009- 2013. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and there are 24 manufacture companies were able to fulfil the criteria. The analysis method of this reaserch use multiple linear regression. Data used are secondary data from Bursa Efek Indonesia, Indonesian Capital Market Directory, and menlh.go.id. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kinerja lingkungan, kepemilikan publik dan manajemen laba memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Secara parsial, dewan komisaris, independensi komisaris, dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.Kata kunci: tanggung jawab pengungkapan sosial, kinerja lingkungan, mekanisme good corporate governance, manajemen laba.

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on company value and determine environmental performance moderating the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on company value on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted on oil palm plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) technique. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility did not affect the value of the company. This shows that even though the company has revealed CSR, it does not guarantee an increase in the value of the company. Environmental performance is not able to strengthen the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on firm value. This shows that the items of environmental performance do not match the CSR disclosures made by the company. Keywords: CSR; Company Value; Environmental Performance.

Firm value is an important performance indicator for publicly-listed companies. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and environmental performance on firm value. Companies in consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange are chosen as the focus of the study. Additionally, companies should participate in the Company Performance Assessment Program ranking. Sample is determined by a purposive sampling and data are analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study concludes that corporate social responsibility disclosure has positive effect on firm value, implying conformity with agency theory, legitimacy theory, and stakeholder theory. Environmental performance is found has no effect on firm value. Practically, this study recommends that intensity of disclosure should be considered as an important part of management strategy in increasing firm value.
