In anhydrous dyeing research process, a set of self-developed supercritical CO2fluid dyeing equipment was manufactured. With computer control system, temperature and pressure was controlled accurately in dyeing process. As key components of the supercritical dyeing equipment, the coloring matter kettle and the segregator had a close relationship with the dyeing process. The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the static stress of supercritical dyeing equipment. The model of the coloring matter kettle and the segregator were established, and the static stress analysis result of the coloring matter kettle and the segregator were obtained. These models not only confirmed the safety of the dyeing equipment, but also offered related parameters and provided the methods for improving the efficiency of dyeing equipment design.

The new perspectives with regard to early stage beginning vehicles development introduce the need for using driving simulators also. The objective of this study consists in investigating the stress behavior during driving simulator operation at maximum balance angle. The investigation during functioning of the mechanism (the stresses that occur in the system) starts with the static stress analysis, followed by the investigation for different angular positions from 0° to 10° that are mandatory. The analysis can predict the structural stress level that may become very high and generate deficiencies for the entire assembly while using different materials, including composite materials.

This article took the PC main board as a research object and simulated how to optimize the position of the desktop main board pads. The static stress analysis was executed using ABAQ -US/Standard. The objective was to reduce the local deformation of computer main board occurs when the connector was inserted and extracted during the assembly process, preventing the chips and capacitances on the main board from becoming invalid. The simulation results showed that the FEA method with Abaqus can be used to predict the main board performance and structure optimization.

This text makes static stress analysis on XH714 vertical milling machine by means of FEA and obtains diagrams of stress, strain, displacement and deformation of the whole machine as the result. Stiffness of the machine is solved according to the results and the first six natural frequencies and the modes of shape are gained during the research on the resonance area of the machine. Improvements on the structure of the machine based on the analysis are put forward which provides the theoretic basis for speeding up the spindle and increasing the length of the workbench.
