The possibility of creating a computer control system for an unmanned aerial vehicle using remote cloud computing according to predefined scenarios from the user's desktop is investigated. For this, an experimental setup was created, which includes a quadcopter, a personal computer with the Windows operating system, an on-board computer Raspberry-3 with the Linux operating system, a Pi Camera V2 camcorder, and a Pixhawk autopilot. To model the control and transmission of video images the own control programs and photo pursuit on a computer Raspberry-3 in Python are recorded. Based on the obtained results, a model of unmanned aerial vehicle control from the desktop of the user's personal computer via the on-board computer without the use of a standard control panel and operator is proposed.

The upper computer communication operation state automatic monitoring system is mainly used to remotely monitor the equipment, obtain various parameter indexes in the operation process of remote equipment, realize remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, and improve the management efficiency of decentralized equipment. This paper completes the design of communication, data storage, query, and other subsystems of upper and lower computers. The lower computer establishes a data channel with the OPC server through the MPI protocol and uploads the collected data to the OPC server in real time. The upper computer reads the data through the OPC server and displays the changes of monitored parameters in real time through the monitoring interface, so as to give an alarm under abnormal conditions. In addition, since the default database of Kingview is access, considering that the Microsoft Access database can store up to 2G of content, in order to upgrade and expand the subsequent system, SQL Server database is selected for data query, backup, and saving. The parameter setting method of communication control system is analyzed, the simulation model of industrial boiler control system is established by using Matlab/Simulink, and the interface between host computer software (IBCCS-e) and the model is provided. This paper analyzes the results of communication parameter adjustment. The simulation results show that the industrial boiler computer control system (IBCCS) has stable performance, low cost, convenient operation, and good maintainability. After further improvement, it has certain application value in the operation transformation of new small- and medium-sized boilers and original boilers.

Abstract The mechanical design amelioration of automatic production line can intelligently adjust the production rhythm of the production line on demand, control the rhythm of production scheduling according to the production process requirements, and establish a modular design mode, so it has important research value. Based on this, this paper first analyses the mechanical design principle of the automatic production line, then studies the computer control system of the automatic production line, and finally gives the amelioration measures of the mechanical design of the automatic production line.

Abstract Restricted by Xinjiang’s special geographical location, economic conditions, transportation and other factors, Zhundong coal can’t be sent out on a large scale, which seriously hinders the development of Zhundong coal base. Meanwhile, due to the coal-forming history and Xinjiang’s special natural geographical environment, the alkali metal content in Zhundong coal is generally over 2%, which is much higher than that of power coal in other parts of China. In this paper, based on computer control system, the combustion and alkali metal distribution in Zhundong high alkali coal boiler are simulated, and the morphological distribution characteristics and migration laws of alkali metals such as Na and K in pulverized coal combustion process of high alkali coal, low alkali coal and their two coal samples are deeply studied. Combustion characteristics and heat flow distribution, the simulation results show that the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is 895.07°C, and the flue gas temperature near the wall is low, which is helpful to alleviate the slagging and contamination in the furnace.

This paper presents a practical human-computer interaction system for wheelchair motion through eye tracking and eye blink detection. In this system, the pupil in the eye image has been extracted after binarization, and the center of the pupil was localized to capture the trajectory of eye movement and determine the direction of eye gaze. Meanwhile, convolutional neural networks for feature extraction and classification of open-eye and closed-eye images have been built, and machine learning was performed by extracting features from multiple individual images of open-eye and closed-eye states for input to the system. As an application of this human-computer interaction control system, experimental validation was carried out on a modified wheelchair and the proposed method proved to be effective and reliable based on the experimental results.

An effective electrical circuit and an operating algorithm have been developed, and a working sample of a thermoelectric precision thermostat has been designed with the possibility of autonomous operation, continuous monitoring and recording of the temperature log using a computer or smartphone. It is shown that the developed algorithm provides effective shockless control and an accuracy of maintaining the temperature of 0.03°C, with a power consumption of 3-7 W. A design and a specialized computer control system for a multistage cryogenic thermoelectric cooler have been developed.

The subject of research is a pool of widgets, which provides a user interface in a computer control system for moving objects. The object of research is the process of information exchange between the components of a computer system, which are directly involved in the control of moving objects. The task of allocating resources for a pool of widgets that provide operational control of moving objects is critical. As the number of elements increases in the pool of widgets, the competition for the resources of the computer system increases significantly, respectively, the queues for the most demanded resources grow. Therefore, it is necessary to reallocate resources between requests in such a way that the priorities of requests are taken into account, and the response time of operational requests does not exceed the standard time. Such distribution cannot be realized without a model that would show the parameters of all information flows between the components, which is the purpose of this article. In doing so, the model must consider the characteristics of the pool of widgets that support the user interface. Research results. To achieve this goal, several particular tasks were solved. First, the main sets were identified that will be involved in modeling information interconnections between software components that service requests for user interface widgets in a computer system environment. Then, a diagram of informational interconnections between these sets was developed. Further, the parameters of the requests, which were initiated by the widgets, of the applications, and the fragments of the widget query service database were determined and formalized. All this made it possible to form a model of information interconnections using a tuple of obtained vectors, sets, and Boolean matrices. In the proposed mathematical model, many limitations are imposed on the elements of this tuple, associated with the characteristic features of the control module for the user interface of the computer system. Besides, the limitations associated with the functioning of the basic network of the computer system are taken into account. In the final model, Boolean matrices affecting resource allocation defined as model variables. A fast algorithm for determining the space of admissible distributions is proposed. Conclusions. The developed mathematical model determines the parameters of information flows between the components of the computer system, which are involved in the control of moving objects. This model will allow for the operational reallocation of resources between requests using the proposed fast algorithm.

Coatings deposited by detonation spraying equipment CCDS2000 using alumina powder are studied. CCDS2000 is characterized by a computer control system, robot compatible spraying unit (gun barrel), a portable chiller, two powder feeders, and other peculiar properties. This installation allows to deposit coatings on complex shape surfaces and thin-walled parts under optimal conditions. Studies of the coating properties included measurements of coating microstructure, porosity, microhardness, adhesion, cohesion, abrasive and erosive wear, and dielectric properties (specific resistivity and dielectric strength). The detonation sprayed coatings have an adhesion of 60-70 MPa, cohesion of 100 MPa, microhardness of 1500 HV100, porosity of about 1% (measured on microsections of coatings using OLYMPUS Stream Image Analysis software). Impregnation of coatings with silicone oil showed that the real open porosity of coatings is up to 6%. Dielectric strength of the ceramic layer with the thickness of 200 μm exceeds 30 kV/mm. Specific resistivity depends on atmospheric humidity and when the relative humidity is less than 60%, the specific resistivity is greater than 1013 Ω·cm.
