This research aimed to identify the activities needed by teachers in holding the Continuing Professional Development Program. This research employed survey type of non-experimental quantitative research method. This type of research was used when the author wants to find out the population’s opinion by conducting a study on the sample of population. The population of research consisted of all teachers of Vocational High School in Business and Management field in Surakarta City Residency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Quantitative data obtained was the one processed using Microsoft Excel with the scale specified by the author, while qualitative data was analyzed using triangulation technique. The result of research showed that Program Continuing Professional Development had been conducted despite different proportion for self-development, scientific publication, and innovative work. Thus, the appropriate strategy was required to solve some problems encountered by teachers

Continuing Professional Development Programs have been identified as an important strategy towards improving basic professional skills and competence of health care professionals. This study explored nurses’ perception about the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development Program (MCPDP) and assessed nurses’ satisfaction with the Continuing Professional Development Program in Nigeria.Study adopted sequential explanatory mixed methods, using both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The quantitative aspect included 412 nurses in Osun state, Nigeria selected through multistage sampling. Data was analyzed at univariate, bivariate and multivariate levels using appropriate statistics, level of significance was p<0.05. The qualitative aspect of the study employed in-depth interview; responses were analyzed thematically. Findings showed that 72.8% of the nurses had positive perception about the MCPDP, 66.3% assessed the MCPDP training as very useful, 31.3% and 2.4% assessed the training as moderately useful and useful respectively, 57.0% were very satisfied with the MCPDP training, 41.5% were satisfied while1.5% nurses were indifferent. Regression analysis revealed that nurses’ years of working experience (OR = 0.24, CI = 0.10-0.62, p = 0.003) significantly influenced perception about the MCPDP. Study concluded that professionalism in nursing should focus on ensuring quality years of working experience and effective Continuous Professional Development for all categories of nurses.

This is a quantitative research which is done to the twelfth class of Accounting competence program of Ten State Vocational High School Surabaya. This research aims at finding out the influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and Student’s Learning Achievement to the Student’s Profession Ethical Perception of the twelfth class students of Accounting Competence Program Department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School.The sample is taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The amount of sample is 89 out of 114 students of the twelfth class of Accounting competence program department of Surabaya Ten State Vocational High School students.The Research Instrument Test is done first before taking the data. It covers the validity test and the reliability one. The method of collecting data is documentation and questionnaire. Analysis Prerequisite Test which is done is normality test, multicolonirity test, and heterocedasticity test. The analysis done in this research is doubled linear regression one. The result of the research shows that there is  positive and significant influence of ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count  as many as 5.133 with the significant score of 0.000 under the determined significant score standard of 0.05. While student’s learning achievement does not influence significantly to the student’s profession ethical perception. This is shown by t-count as many as 0.765 with the significant score of 0.446 above the determined significant standard as many as 0.05. However, there is positive influence simultaneously of the ethical content in Finance Accounting Teaching and the student’s profession ethical perception.
