Abstract: This paper focuses on the concept of home automation using arduino kit via mobile app. This paper describes and gives the direction for Arduino controlled light-weight bulb through PIR motion detector, voice commands as well as using buttons. We tend to use the PIR motion detector to get the presence of somebody's body to ON the bulb keep with the output of the motion detector. This can be used in very little areas like storerooms. We are in a position to place the motion detector at the door of house and once someone can enter the room, the motion detector will discover it and light-weight will get ON. The PIR motion detector can discover the shape up to seven meters so it's sensible for little rooms. This project additionally permits light automation by sensing the human presence inside the required varies.

Object detection is a title that has earned significances over several fields which have always benefitted socially during circumstances, namely incidents involving human endangerment such as natural disaster where threat may occur in the form of an earthquake, human entrapment underneath rubbles per se. The usage of PIR (Passive Infrared Rays) motion detector to detect humans, objects and other living beings through their movement, has proven the ability in handling situations where such detection is the best chance. However, this approach is not utilized in every situation. In the proposed research paper, an object occupancy detection technology notion is detailed which will describe the function to detect the occupancy or presence of human in an area, specifically transport vehicles that will help in determining passengers inside and to find lost objects as well. The motive behind raising this technological need is to aid or assist in occurrence wherein facing difficulty to find an object being lost or misplaced in a space, as well to detect the humans occupied. This assistance shall ease the detection of occupancy and identifying the lost object. The comprehended object occupancy idea is utilized to recognize the humans and object detection. The implementation idea shall facilitate the utilization of PIR-based motion detector sensor to recognize human presence as well as SlimYOLOv3 framework to identify objects. Circumstances where the occupancy of humans are counted and object to be identified are the main output.

The work is mainly concentrated on the implementation of Voice Controlled Home Automation. It is all about the development of home appliances based on the voice command using Android. The system is used to support elderly and disabled people at home. Google application is used as voice recognition and process the voice input from the smart phone. The voice activated home automation is implemented using NodeMCU, relays, pcb connectors, diodes and power supply. The voice input is captured by the android and the NodeMCU receives the signal to control the light, fan, bulb

Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) is the most recent technology platform. We may regulate our daily routine work, such as home applications, control, and simple communication systems, using IOT, and improve our digital services. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a system that intelligently adds everyday content information to the internet in order to facilitate communication between objects and humans, as well as among themselves. In this study, we demonstrate how IoT can improve home automation. The relay, Node MCU, which is a network access component, is used in our suggested system. We can control that equipment using an IoT-based system technique. Mobile phones, computers, and tablets are used as user interfaces in home automation systems. They can connect to the home automation network through a wireless internet connection. The user will interact with the system directly via the control interface, while home appliances will be controlled remotely via a mobile app. An additional aspect of the home automation system is that it may be protected remotely.
