In this paper, we construct generalized Baskakov Kantorovich operators. We establish some direct results and then study weighted approximation, simultaneous approximation and statistical convergence properties for these operators. Finally, we obtain the rate of convergence for functions having a derivative coinciding almost everywhere with a function of bounded variation for these operators.

In the present article, we dene a new kind of the modified Bernstein-Kantorovich operators defined by ¨ Ozarslan (https://doi.org/10.1080/01630563.2015.1079219) i.e. we introduce a new function ς(x) in the modified Bernstein-Kantorovich operators defined by Ozarslan with the property ({) is an infinitely differentiable function on [0; 1]; ς(0) = 0; ς(1) = 1 and ς’(x) > 0 for all x∈ [0; 1]. We substantiate an approximation theorem by using of the Bohman-Korovkins type theorem and scrutinize the rate of convergence with the aid of modulus of continuity, Lipschitz type functions for the our operators and the rate of convergence of functions by means of derivatives of bounded variation are also studied. We study an approximation theorem with the help of Bohman-Korovkins type theorem in A-Statistical convergence. Lastly, by means of a numerical example, we illustrate the convergence of these operators to certain functions through graphs with the help of MATHEMATICA and show that a careful choice of the function ς(x) leads to a better approximation results as compared to the modified Bernstein-Kantorovich operators defined by Ozarslan (https://doi.org/10.1080/01630563.2015.1079219).

We introduce a new Stancu type generalization of Srivastava-Gupta operators to approximate integrable functions on the interval0,∞and estimate the rate of convergence for functions having derivatives of bounded variation. Also we present simultenaous approximation by new operators in the end of the paper.

In the present article, we introduce generalized positive linear-Kantorovich operators depending on P?lya-Eggenberger distribution (PED) as well as inverse P?lya-Eggenberger distribution (IPED) and for these operators, we study some approximation properties like local approximation theorem, weighted approximation and estimation of rate of convergence for absolutely continuous functions having derivatives of bounded variation.

AbstractIn the present paper, we propose a sequence of generalized genuine Baskakov–Durrmeyer-type link operators. In terms of ordinary approximation, we estimate local and global direct results and also study the weighted approximation result. In terms of simultaneous approximation, we establish an asymptotic formula of Voronovskaja kind. In the last section, we prove convergence in{L_{p}}-norm.

In the present article, we construct p , q -Szász-Mirakjan-Kantorovich-Stancu operators with three parameters λ , α , β . First, the moments and central moments are estimated. Then, local approximation properties of these operators are established via K -functionals and Steklov mean in means of modulus of continuity. Also, a Voronovskaja-type theorem is presented. Finally, the pointwise estimates, rate of convergence, and weighted approximation of these operators are studied.

The purpose of this paper is to show that the natural setting for various Abel and Euler-Maclaurin summation formulas is the class of special function of bounded variation. A function of one real variable is of bounded variation if its distributional derivative is a Radom measure. Such a function decomposes uniquely as sum of three components: the first one is a convergent series of piece-wise constant function, the second one is an absolutely continuous function and the last one is the so-called singular part, that is a continuous function whose derivative vanishes almost everywhere. A function of bounded variation is special if its singular part vanishes identically. We generalize such space of special function of bounded variation to include higher order derivatives and prove that the functions of such spaces admit a Euler-Maclaurin summation formula. Such a result is obtained by deriving in this setting various integration by part formulas which generalizes various classical Abel summation formulas.

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>In this paper, a new generalization of the Bernstein-Kantorovich type operators involving multiple shape parameters is introduced. Certain Voronovskaja and Grüss-Voronovskaya type approximation results, statistical convergence and statistical rate of convergence of proposed operators are obtained by means of a regular summability matrix. Some illustrative graphics that demonstrate the convergence behavior, accuracy and consistency of the operators are given via Maple algorithms. The proposed operators are comprehensively compared with classical Bernstein, Bernstein-Kantorovich and other new modifications of Bernstein operators such as <inline-formula><tex-math id="M1">\begin{document}$ \lambda $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>-Bernstein, <inline-formula><tex-math id="M2">\begin{document}$ \lambda $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>-Bernstein-Kantorovich, <inline-formula><tex-math id="M3">\begin{document}$ \alpha $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>-Bernstein and <inline-formula><tex-math id="M4">\begin{document}$ \alpha $\end{document}</tex-math></inline-formula>-Bernstein-Kantorovich operators.</p>

AbstractIn the present paper we study the Bézier variant of the well known Balazs-Kantorovich operators L n,α(f,x), α ≥ 1. We establish the rate of convergence for functions of bounded variation. For particular value α = 1, our main theorem completes a result due to Agratini [Math. Notes (Miskolc) 2 (2001), 3–10].

We study the approximation properties of beta operators of second kind. We obtain the rate of convergence of these operators for absolutely continuous functions having a derivative equivalent to a function of bounded variation.
