This paper deals with Lupaş post quantum Bernstein operators over arbitrary closed and bounded interval constructed with the help of Lupaş post quantum Bernstein bases. Due to the property that these bases are scale invariant and translation invariant, the derived results on arbitrary intervals are important from computational point of view. Approximation properties of Lupaş post quantum Bernstein operators on arbitrary compact intervals based on Korovkin type theorem are studied. More general situation along all possible cases have been discussed favouring convergence of sequence of Lupaş post quantum Bernstein operators to any continuous function defined on compact interval. Rate of convergence by modulus of continuity and functions of Lipschitz class are computed. Graphical analysis has been presented with the help of MATLAB to demonstrate approximation of continuous functions by Lupaş post quantum Bernstein operators on different compact intervals.

The starting points of the paper are the classic Lototsky–Bernstein operators. We present an integral Durrmeyer-type extension and investigate some approximation properties of this new class. The evaluation of the convergence speed is performed both with moduli of smoothness and with K-functionals of the Peetre-type. In a distinct section we indicate a generalization of these operators that is useful in approximating vector functions with real values defined on the hypercube [0,1]q, q>1. The study involves achieving a parallelism between different classes of linear and positive operators, which will highlight a symmetry between these approximation processes.

In this work, we extend the works of F. Usta and construct new modified q -Bernstein operators using the second central moment of the q -Bernstein operators defined by G. M. Phillips. The moments and central moment computation formulas and their quantitative properties are discussed. Also, the Korovkin-type approximation theorem of these operators and the Voronovskaja-type asymptotic formula are investigated. Then, two local approximation theorems using Peetre’s K -functional and Steklov mean and in terms of modulus of smoothness are obtained. Finally, the rate of convergence by means of modulus of continuity and three different Lipschitz classes for these operators are studied, and some graphs and numerical examples are shown by using Matlab algorithms.
