E-business has become in the light of the new global digital economy, knowledge and an important requirement and a necessity for sustainable development, as the revolution in information and communication technology has made a qualitative leap in innovating the most successful methods and methods in promoting products and services, opening the door wide to free competition in a world that is not governed by only the features of self-confidence first and others secondly and seeks Research to assess the Iraqi readiness for electronic commerce through a set of indicators for the seven policies that have been identified internationally by the International Trade and Development Organization to assess the readiness of countries.

Abstract After a century of Irish independence, this study constructs long run Genuine Savings estimates, a leading economic indicator of sustainable development, to reassess Irish economic history from the vantage of sustainable development. The main difference uncovered surrounds the post-1950 period where Ireland failed to achieve economic convergence and was considered an economic failure in growth terms. From a sustainability perspective, Ireland may have been an overachiever during a “great transition” of sustainable development driven by improved institutions and policies. The findings show the value of the sustainable development perspective in shedding new light on a country’s development experience.

China has grown rapidly since 1978, when it began to reform. However, the conflicts between the fast economic social development and pressure of the resources and environment are increasingly outstanding, which restrict regional social and economic sustainable development. Experience shows that China's National Sustainable Communities (CNSCs) since 1986 were the important carrier to carry out the sustainable development strategy and promote the coordinative development of economy, society, resources and environment. Based on the requirements and new trends of CNSCs, the basic idea for construction and development of current CNSCs was built, and the key elements and links were discussed, which guide proper planning to different types of CNSC construction.
