With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the construction industry has achieved rapid development and has good development prospects. However, the construction industry has experienced the transformation of China’s economic system from planned economy to market economy, and traditional management in construction engineering enterprises. The model has been unable to adapt to the new situation of the development of the construction industry, but it has limited the development of the enterprise to a certain extent. As an important part of enterprise management, engineering project construction management needs to realize the innovation of management mode to adapt to the current development situation.
