With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the construction industry has achieved rapid development and has good development prospects. However, the construction industry has experienced the transformation of China’s economic system from planned economy to market economy, and traditional management in construction engineering enterprises. The model has been unable to adapt to the new situation of the development of the construction industry, but it has limited the development of the enterprise to a certain extent. As an important part of enterprise management, engineering project construction management needs to realize the innovation of management mode to adapt to the current development situation. Starting from the necessity of construction engineering innovation, the basic principles of project management innovation are expounded, and an effective way of project construction management innovation is proposed.

<p>With the speeding up of urbanization and increasing of urban population, the urban land resources are increasingly scarce. Emergence of ultra high-rise building is an inevitable trend. At present, our construction industry is in the rapid development period, where the proportion of ultra high-rise buildings in urban architecture of many big cities constantly increases. The improving ultra high-rise engineering technology is an important part of the construction industry in our country. This paper will analyze the ultra high-rise construction technology of building work in detail.</p>

Method of network plan in project construction has been widely used, it complies with the requirements of the engineering construction management, organization and management is especially suitable for the construction of the project. At present our country network plan technology in engineering project theory and level with the foreign equivalent, but in the application of project management, especially the lag compared the supervision and control in implementing plan, tracking and adjustment, basically still stay on the preparation of the plan. This paper analyzes the present situation of the application of network technology in construction management, puts forward the ways and methods to improve the application of network planning technology.

The mechanical and electrical installation project is a major component of mechanical and electrical engineering project. With the rapid development of the construction industry, the scale of electromechanical installation project is expanding. But all kinds of installation project accidents (especially in construction stage) have attracted the attention of social. With the construction stage of electromechanical installation project as research object, the personnel risk factors are been analyzed. Furthermore the paper refines the intrinsic cause of the risk factors using the factor analysis method and SPSS. Finally the counter-measures are given.

This economic research was based on the literary analysis, various empirical studies and statistical versus qualitative research in 500 problematic companies mainly in the East of Slovakia. Businesses received about 100 questions about innovation management, innovation support, strategic planning, roadmapping, risk management, etc. These statistical results were completed by the expert consultations in 2018–2019. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that these problematic companies are mainly micro-companies with up to 10 employees (mostly Ltd.), mainly in the construction, engineering, automotive, rubber, and plastic industries. These companies are dominated by piece and series production. The use of RM processes was minimal and only applied in larger companies (TR ≥ 500 000 €). The roadmapping processes have been greatly simplified and unsystematic, mainly based on the requirements of business owners or top managers.

Problems related to research on the organization, management, economics and technology in the construction industry in Poland are discussed and evaluated in this paper. Scientific and, more specifically, academic circles are characterised and alarming phenomena that accompany practicing the issues of organization and management in construction engineering are discussed: an increase of the number of employees with economic education, phenomena related to finance, staff feminization and fluctuations among other things. Trends observed in research works and changes in the subject matter of interest to participants at scientific conferences are pointed out. Publication activity, dissertations and international cooperation are discussed. Non-serial publications of the last three years are listed. The analysis is based on a questionnaire circulated by the Construction Management Section of the Civil Engineering Committee of the Polish Academy of Science, the members of which are the authors of this article. The questionnaire covered a period of ten years. Furthermore, proceedings from conferences organized domestically under the patronage of the said Section as well as the effect of a trilateral international cooperation between Lithuania, Germany and Poland have been used.

Since the reform and opening up in China, the rapid development of China's construction industry, especially after 2011, BIM technology in China has a rapid development and depth of application. This article mainly discusses the process of development of China's construction industry management and the process of development of BIM technology in China and, the use of software in China, the main use of revit in 3D modeling (design stage), the use of Guanglianda in the whole process of construction management. This article researches on Guanglianda and the applications were described, for example, in the integrated project of management information, labor management information, construction video surveillance, material management, material site acceptance. This paper also elaborates on the cooperation of Revit and Guanglianda in different stages. This paper also elaborates on a construction case in China, and makes a description of the problems of crane, facts and time, and then explores the reasons behind the rapid construction of China. And the feasibility of China's construction management approach to the introduction of Russia.

In the construction industry, the innovation of construction management is the inexorable trend of its development. Strengthening the scientific and reasonable management method has a very important influence on the improvement of engineering quality. It not only can control the cost well, but also can promote the economic benefit of the enterprise, which has a good promotion effect on the shortening of the construction period. Under the current concept of sustainable development, adopting the innovation of construction management and strengthening the importance of the green construction concept are necessary to adapt to the development needs of the society. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the construction management innovation and green construction management.
