During the nursing administration process, including preparation, management, and documentation, there is a high proportion of work interruption that results in nursing administration errors that consequently affect the safety of patients, increase the occurrence of nursing risks, and cause adverse reactions. To investigate the impact of nursing on drug withdrawal disputes in obstetrics and gynecology and reduce medical disputes are of great importance. In this study, documents related to medical disputes are collected and linked to relevant professional information systems for data collection and consultation. The patients are divided into groups and treated with different nursing methods, and then the correlation between nursing methods and disputes in different groups is computed. The results show that, based on the proposed nursing process, medical disputes caused by the cessation of nursing can be effectively reduced. Compared with traditional nursing methods, when the proposed nursing procedures are followed, the dispute rate is reduced by more than 10% and the possibility of serious disputes is also reduced with a reduction rate of about 15%. This shows that, based on the proposed nursing process, reengineering can play an effective preventive role in stopping obstetrics and gynecology nursing disputes.

In terms of the actual needs of the emergency management department, at the beginning of the establishment of Shenzhen Emergency Management Bureau, all kinds of information resources have not been connected, and the business of the Department is still supported by the information assets of the original unit of the transferred department. However, there are significant differences in the construction years, construction standards and system architecture of the existing information systems, which lead to the “one number, multiple sources” and multiple management of all kinds of business data, and the systems are basically in the chimney construction pattern of mutual separation. At the same time, the exchange and sharing of internal and external data of the Emergency Management Bureau lacks a unified data standard, and a unified data platform has not been built for centralized management. Therefore, it is difficult for the newly established emergency management bureau to effectively support the business process reengineering, collaborative command, big data intelligent decision-making and other needs. In addition, considering the construction of smart city at the municipal and district levels, as well as the complex information situation such as the information collaboration within the security committee office and emergency committee system, it is urgent to prepare the top-level design of emergency management information, and plan the future development with a higher position, a wider vision and a new idea.

The fact that no company is immune to distress is indicates that business perform in a similar fashion to products. A company’s failures or a passive reaction towards handling the decline would cause the company to end up in crisis. SBH Hotel has seen a continuous decline in occupancy rates from 2016 to 2019 from 70% to 51% and 27% after the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The hotel’s sluggish reaction towards increasing competition and small improvements in management since its establishment in 1998, were not good enough to help them rebound and led them into their present crisis. Turnaround management that has been known to be the best strategy to save a company in crisis, is the proposed solution that this research paper recommends. The financial data collected, interviews and this researcher’s observations in the gathering of the data and the use of International Turnaround Management Standard framework by Lymbersky will be applied in a bid to resolve the hotel’s crisis. The International Turnaround Management Standard framework by Lymbersky was chosen as a solution due to its thorough coverage which makes it the suitable framework for the turnaround process. The framework covers areas which include, financial strategies, operational and others that the hotel needs to consider. Business process re-engineering will also help this researcher to determine the change in management processes that are required when developing the hotel’s turnaround management action plan. This research paper will be a development from previous research regard its marketing strategy. Turnaround management will be done through Business Process Reengineering as a rethinking and redesign process. SBH Hotel expected to perform with better management process and provide customer with higher quality of services and products. SBH Hotel ability in earning outstanding guests’ experience brought hotel more guest loyalty and help the hotel remain profitable.

It was to explore the application of nursing defect management evaluation and deep learning in nursing process reengineering optimization. This study first selects the root cause analysis method to analyse the nursing defect management, then realizes the classification of data features according to the convolution neural network (CNN) in deep learning (DL) and uses the constructed training set and verification set to obtain the required plates and feature extraction. Based on statistical analysis and data mining, this study makes statistical analysis of nursing data from a macroperspective, improves Apriori algorithm through simulation, and analyses nursing data mining from a microperspective. The constructed deep learning model is used, CNN network training is conducted on the selected SVHN dataset, the required data types are classified, the data are analysed by using the improved Apriori algorithm, and nurses’ knowledge of nursing process rules is investigated and analysed. The cognition of nursing staff on process optimization and their participation in training were analyzed, the defects in the nursing process were summarized, and the nursing process reengineering was analyzed. The results show that compared with Apriori algorithm, the running time difference of the improved Apriori algorithm is relatively small. With the increase of data recording times, the line trend of the improved algorithm gradually eases, the advantages gradually appear, and the efficiency of data processing is more obvious. The results showed that after the optimization of nursing process, the effect of long-term specialized nursing was significantly higher than that of long-term nursing. Health education was improved by 7.57%, clinical nursing was improved by 6.55%, ward management was improved by 9.85%, and service humanization was improved by 8.97%. In summary, the reoptimization of nursing process is conducive to reduce the defects in nursing. In the data analysis and rule generation based on deep learning network, the reoptimization of nursing process can provide reference for decision-making departments to improve long-term nursing, improve the quality and work efficiency of clinical nurses, and is worthy of clinical promotion.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a widely known type of software that eases the managerial aspect in enterprises. It increases their efficiency and productivity which helps them to exponentially grow in a short span of time compared to organizations that are not using it. However, as much as productive it is, implementing it does not often succeed. Majority of ERP implementations ends up failing due to different types of factors. Spotting the light on technical aspects showed that several factors contribute to this failure. Starting from pre-implementation phase with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) execution failure, or during the implementation phase due to miscommunication or incapable project members. The research amount in this field, particularly in critical failure factors is not sufficient to learn from and avoid future implementations, hence this topic provides insights about this specific issue. Quantitative method is used to analyse the data collected from a survey questionnaire for those who got involved in ERP or BPR implementations. The research process goes through objectives from problem identification to an in-detail explanation about its causes and effects, to how it is going to be addressed, how the data is going to be collected and analysed, and finally the proposed approach with a technical evaluation for it. The final objective of the research results in developing an approach that minimises the negative contribution of two failure factors, poor BPR and ineffective communication on the mentioned implementations, or prevent them entirely. The reason these two were chosen were due to their high occurrence frequency and lack of research regarding why they are considered failure factors. Concluding the research, the mentioned enhanced approach is being evaluated showing its potential to solve these factors, as they are relying on each other, with additional suggestions to further improve the approach in future work.
