This research is a qualitative descriptive research with content analysis approach. Textbooks whichanalyzed are biology textbooks for senior high school curriculum 2013 and used in Kisaran by using saturatedsampling technique. Identification of the misconception are divided into 5 categories namely undergeneralization, obsolete concept and terms, oversimplification, overgeneralization, and misidentification. The data obtaineddescriptively by calculating the frequency of each category. The results showed that misconceptions that was foundin the textbooks A and B. Misconceptions categories at the textbooks found out obsolete concept and terms, overgeneralization, and misidentification. In the textbook A was found on eubacteria. The percentage ofmisconception categories in textbook A on eubacteria was obsolote concept and terms 100%. In the textbook Bwas found on eubacteria. The paper describes curriculum extension projects in science in a senior high school. Individual extension projects are developed from the base of the school curriculum but extend into broader, more unusual areas according to the individual's particular interest. However, concentrating on extension into breadth also necessitates working in depth, and all work progresses on the basis of hypothesis testing and the development of the necessary skills needed to tackle the task. Pupils discuss their intended goals, draw up a plan of action and contract to complete the task. The overall aim of the teacher is to be a guide and to encourage the pupil to develop an autonomous and individual learning programme and style of working.

Probably no subject in the high school curriculum is receiving more attention today than that of plane geometry in the tenth grade. Much of this attention is directed towards the possibility of fusing plane and solid geometry into one course. From this situaation, one would infer that all is not well in either the field of plane geometry or that of solid, with probability in both. I think all teachers of mathematics in the senior high school are agreed that the teaching of plane geometry has not advanced to the point where we are satisfied with the results obtained.

Socialization regarding technical motion analysis using technological tools. It is also possible that in analyzing technical motions, they only use the sense of sight, namely the eyes in the process of analyzing students' technical movements. This feels less than optimal because the eyes have limitations. This study aims to analyze the performance of jumping skills which includes four factors, namely prefix, repulsion, hovering in the air and landing and whether there is a step shortening distance before taking off. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the data obtained are then analyzed using the Dartfish Prosuite software. This research will be carried out in the field of Plus Pembangunan Jaya Senior High School, South Tangerang City. As for the subjects in this study, 17 students aged 15-17 years. The results of the analysis of the motion of long jump skills at Plus Pembangunan Jaya Senior High School, South Tangerang City which includes four factors, namely prefix, repulsion, hovering in the air and landing. fit into the "suitable" criteria. Based on the results of the analysis, no one has shortened the steps before taking off on students at Plus Pembangunan Jaya Senior High School, South Tangerang City. It is known that the athlete's initial running speed every 8 meters has increased with an average speed of 7.2m/s.

The purpose of this study was to explore error correction strategies of students’ writing used by English teachers at first grade students of Senior High School in Pekanbaru. There were three questions contained in this study. Firstly, what are strategies that English teachers used in correcting student’s writing. Secondly, how did English teachers implement the error corection strategies. Thirdly, factors influenced the implementation of the strategies. This study used qualitative descriptive research. The data were collected from English teachers and three students of each selected school (SMAN 7 Pekanbaru, SMA Plus Binabangsa Pekanbaru, and SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru) by using observations, interviews, and document analysis. The text used in this study was descriptive text. Result of the data analysis showed that English teachers used self-corection, peer-correction, and teacher-correction in correctiong students’ writing. In teacher-correction, they also used one-to-one correction and correction code to improve students’ writing. To implement error correction strategies, English teachers used familiar theme, tried to improve students’ vocabularies, and applied the process of writing. Then, there were some factors influenced English teacher implement error correction strategies. Those factors mostly because students had insufficient vocabularies and the other factors was English teachers did not have enough time in correcting students’ writing. In conclusion, these findings implied the teachers should try to use an effective error correction strategies, like one-to-one correction strategy in order to get good results for the students.
