AbstrakBudaya dan bahasa merupakan satu kesatuan yang tak terpisahkan, tergerusnyabahasa berbanding lurus dengan tergerusnya budaya, begitu pula sebaliknya.Terjadinya kontak budaya luar dengan budaya lokal tidak dapat dihindarkan yangterlihat dari sikap berbahasa masyarakat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukanterhadap siswa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Parigi, Kabupaten Pangandaran, yangsehari-hari berbahasa Sunda, terlihat bahwa pengaruh budaya luar telah memengaruhibahasa Sunda mereka. Dengan menggunakan angket dan daftar tanya sebagai bahanuntuk memperoleh data dari para pembahan, beberapa siswa tidak bisa menyebutkanbeberapa nama benda, binatang, dan tumbuhan di dalam bahasa Sundanya.Kata kunci: budaya luar, pergeseran bahasa Sunda, PangandaranAbstractCulture and language are an inseparable unity, the erosion of language is directlyproportional to the erosion of culture, and vice versa. The occurrence of outside cultural contactwith local culture can not be avoided which is evident from the attitude of community speakers.Based on research conducted on elementary school students in Parigi - Pangandaran District, whospeak Sundanese daily, it appears that the influence of outside culture has influenced their Sumdalanguage. Students can not name some objects, animals, and plants in Sundanese language, thehighest percentage is the use of the word greetings in the nuclear family environment.Keywords: outside culture, Sundanese, Pangandaran

The purpose of this research is the development of local culture-based Pop-Up Book media based on process skills to train students' confidence that is valid, practical and effective. Focus on the PPKn class IV load, the sub-theme of my national culture diversity. This type of research uses the ADDIE development model (analysts, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The research subjects were fourth grade students of elementary school. The results of the local culture-based Pop-Up Book media validation of Grade IV elementary school students are (1) Local culture-based Pop-Up media have teaching material that has a movable part with two-dimensional elements. (2) Fulfilling valid criteria with the results of the material expert test reaching a 97% validity level with the category of "very good", for the test results media experts reached a 91% validity level with the category "very good" and worth trying out. After obtaining the validation results, a small group trial and interview were conducted to find out the practicality of the local culture-based Pop-Up media in grade IV elementary school students. Based on the experiments conducted, it can be concluded that the Pop-Up media that was developed has a high level of validity qualifications, so that this media is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract: Developing a Culture-Based Integrated Learning Model to ImproveStudents’ Appreciation of Local Culture. This study aims to develop a social studylearning model for elementary school students that can help them master subjectmatters as an effort to improve their appreciation of local culture, using an R & Dapproach consisting of three steps: preliminary study, model development andmodel validation. The subjects were teachers and students of elementary schools inBengkulu Province, Sumatra. The results show that the Culture-Based IntegratedLearning Model (CBILM) is an appropriate learning model to help students mastersubject matters as an effort to improve their appreciation of local culture. CBILM ismore capable of significantly improving students’ appreciation of local culture andtheir mastery of subject matters than the currently existing learning model.Keywords: learning model, social studies for elementary schools, cultureappreciation

The written article purposes were to discussed and interpreted the understanding of kentongan philosophy and the development of kentongan art and culture as an effort to preserve the local culture of Banyumas in the 21st century. This paper is accompanied by simple research using qualitative R&D. Data collected in from interviews that are described qualitatively. The results of the study are described in a qualitative description resulting in that Cipete Muhammadiyah elementary school students can understand the kentongan philosophy by liking kentongan art and culture; Cipete Muhammadiyah elementary school students are accustomed to playing kentongan cultural arts twice a week, so that they can win 1st champion in Banyumas Regency, as a physical proof of the love of local cultural arts and the main students as the next generation of the nation's hope of love and pride in local indigenous culture, art Banyumasan Kentongan culture.
