This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, that is, the sample was taken randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Respondents in this study were 63 employees of UPTD Waste Water and Garbage Management in the Eastern Region of the Perkim LH Office of Kebumen Regency. This research used descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis which carried out validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, correlation test, determination coefficient test, t test, path analysis, and single test. Testing in the t test shows that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of UPTD Pengelolaan air Limbah dan Sampah Wilayah Timur Dinas Perkim LH Kabupaten Kebumen, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style has no effect on organizational citizenship. behavior, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment can mediate transformational leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment can mediate organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior.

ABSTRACTOrganizational commitment and extra role behavior of the employees in the workplace is needed by every institution for service excellent to stakeholders and can be implemented very well. Many factors influence the organizational commitment and extra role of the employee. Among them are leadership style and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The data was collected by distributing 115 questionnaires to the employee of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universitas Indonesia. Analytical tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership style did not affect organizational commitment; furthermore organizational culture had a significant influence on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership had an influence on the organizational citizenship behavior, organizational culture did not affect organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment had a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. ABSTRAKKomitmen organisasi dan sikap ekstra peran karyawan dalam bekerja sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap institusi agar pelayanan terhadap pemangku kepentingan dapat dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik. This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style to the organizational commitment, transformational leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment to employee performance, transformational leadership style on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The sample used in this research is census method, the number of respondents was 103 employees at Dinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang. Data testing techniques used include test the validity of factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis to validate the research hypothesis and test the mediation. From the test results show the transformational leadership style positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior perfect mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance. Employees as human resources in an organization is the most important asset in a company which is one indicator of success to achieve organizational goals. Matters relating to the achievement of organizational goals cannot be separated from the important role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) contributing to the survival of the organization. In addition, organizational commitment and work characteristics of human resources can encourage the creation of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), of course, determining the success of an organization. Other important factors such as the role of leaders who have a transformational leadership style that encourages human resources in the company to continue to be productive so as to grow organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for all employees in the company. This research is an explanatory research (Explanatory Research) with quantitative descriptive research. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire through google docs to the employees of PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus Regional Kalimantan with 62 employees. The analytical method used in the hypothesis is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style does not significantly influence organizational commitment, job characteristics significantly influence organizational commitment, transformational leadership style and job characteristics do not significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) OCB) emipiris study on employees of PT Indonesia Comnet Plus Regional Kalimantan.Keywords : Transformational Leadership Style, Job Characteristics, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between transformational leadership style, affective commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior in the athletic director–coach relationship. This study particularly focused on the mediating effect of affective commitment on the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Athletic head coaches in NCAA Division II programs ( N = 244) completed the questionnaires measuring perceptions of the transformational leadership style of their athletic directors, their affective commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior. The results revealed that perceived transformational leadership was positively associated with affective commitment, which, in turn, was positively associated with organizational citizenship behaviors. Further, the result of this study supported full mediation among the proposed variables in that affective commitment served as the underlying psychological mechanism in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors. Implications for athletic departments in fostering head coaches’ affective commitment and organizational citizenship behavior were discussed.

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

<div class="WordSection1"><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the transformational leadership style on affective commitment, transformational leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior, affective commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and transformational leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by employee’s affective commitment in the Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Padang Branch. This research was conducted at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Padang Branch. The questionnaires were distributed to collect data and analyzed using Regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that a significant influence of transformational leadership style on employee’s affective commitment, transformational leadership style on employee’s organizational citizenship behavior, affective commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, and transformational leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by employee’s affective commitment in the BMI Padang Branch. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisa deskriptif dan uji analisis regresi.<strong> </strong>Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional  terhadap komitmen afektif, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional,  komitmen afektif terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional, dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional yang dimediasi oleh komitmen afektif pada karyawan bank muamalat indonesia cabang padang. Temuan penelitian berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perusahaan.</em><br /><em> </em></div><p><em><br clear="all" /></em></p>
