Instansi Pemerintah dalam hal ini Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara maksimal, sehingga pegawai yang memiliki organizational citizenship behavior sangat diperlukan. Untuk itu, pihak manajemen atau pimpinan harus memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhinya, antara lain gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan pemimpinnya dan work life balance yang dialami pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis model yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Work Life Balance terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan tipe penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Pemerintah Non Pegawai Sipil Negeri pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Jumlah responden sebanyak 39 pegawai dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa baik gaya kepemimpinan transpormasional maupun work life balance, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kubu Raya.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Work Life Balance, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

This research aims to know the influence of customer experience, sales promotion, customer satisfaction and re-purchase interest on Starbucks Coffee.The research was conducted in Pontianak City, using a sample size of 100 people.The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling by sampling method is Purposive Sampling.Data obtained by conducting online questionnaire and data analysis method with SEM-PLS using software WarpPLS 6.0 data analysis techniques used in the form of validity test, reliability test, model goodness test, T test and Sobel test.The results of this research show that the customer experience and sales promotion have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 61%.Customer experience, sales promotions and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the interest of repurchase with a coefficient of determination of 54.2%.Customer satisfaction is capable of positively and significantly the impact of customer experience on repurchase interest with a P-value value of 0.002. Customer satisfaction does not efficiently and positively and significantly influence the sales promotion to a repurchase interest with a P-value of 0.127.Starbucks Coffee is expected to provide and improve the better service to its customers so as to create customer experience that is expected by the customer and provide a sales promotion that is in accordance with the expectations of consumers so as to have an impact on the interest in buying consumers at Starbucks Coffee in Pontianak.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction (JS) on the Effect of Transformational Leadership Style (TLS) and Job Redesign (JR) on Organizational Commitment (OC). The method used is quantitative descriptive by using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires which were distributed to millennial employees who work at CV. Cahaya Metalindo. The sample of this research is 41 respondents of millennial employees. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that JR had no effect on JS and OC. Perkembangan permintaan untuk layanan medis di seluruh dunia telah memicu biaya kesehatan masyarakat. Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan komponen dari kesejahteraan sosial, oleh karena itu pemerintah berupaya untuk menyediakan sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai dan inklusif kepada masyarakat. Indonesia mendirikan BPJS Kesehatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan seputar aksesibilitas dan ketimpangan di kalangan masyarakat. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan sejumlah keluhan dari pasien terutama terkait pelayanan administrasi yang diskriminatif. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menyelidiki sumber ketidakpuasan pasien BPJS Kesehatan dengan mengkolaborasikan teori cognitive appraisal dan equity. Analisis SEM diterapkan pada data dari 200 kuesioner diri menggunakan WarpPLS 7.0 untuk menghitung hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik semua hipotesis diterima. Evaluasi keseluruhan dari pasien BPJS Kesehatan di Kalbar dinilai sudah baik namun minat retensi kurang optimal karena pasien BPJS merasakan pengalaman pelayanan yang standar sehingga RSUD perlu meningkatkan komponen pengalaman pelayanan.

Kinerja pegawai merupakan faktor penting dalam suatu organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, yaitu komitmen afektif, kepuasan kerja, dan kepemimpinan spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja melalui Komitmen Afektif dan Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai perbankan syariah yang merupakan anak perusahaan perbankan Badan Usaha Milik Negara di Pontianak yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah dan Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah. Kuesioner pada penelitian menggunakan google form dan dibagikan kepada 120 responden dengan proporsi masing-masing 40 sampel perbankan syariah melalui link aplikasi whatsApp dan email. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan spiritual, komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Sobel, variabel komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai mediasi secara parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid-19, sehingga terdapat keterbatasan pada saat pengisian kuesioner dimana peneliti tidak dapat melihat secara langsung pengisian kuesioner dan kejujuran pada saat pengisian kuesioner tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

ABSTRACT : The study, entitled Analysis of the Use of YouTube and Instagram Media on Members of the Sriwijaya FC Supporter Group in Consuming Information, aims to determine the relationship between the profile and behavior of members of the Sriwijaya FC supporter group in using YouTube and Instagram as social media to consume information about their team. The method used in this research is descriptive-quantitative with crosstab analysis and chi-square test on SPSS software. The data in this study were collected through a questionnaire (google form) to 100 representatives from three members of the Sriwijaya FC supporter group, namely Singa Mania, Sriwijaya Mania, and Ultras Palembang. The results of this study indicate that duration on YouTube and audience involvement on Instagram are related to the efforts of members of the supporter's group to consume information about Sriwijaya FC.Keywords: Profile, Behaviour, Member of Sriwijaya FC Supporter, YouTube, Instagram, Information ConsumptionABSTRAK : Penelitian berjudul Analisis Penggunaan Media YouTube dan Instagram pada Anggota Kelompok Suporter Sriwijaya FC dalam Mengonsumsi Informasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara profil dan perilaku anggota kelompok suporter Sriwijaya FC dalam penggunaan media sosial YouTube dan Instagram untuk mengonsumsi informasi mengenai Sriwijaya FC. PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI  KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS DIPUSKESMAS KEMBAYAN KECAMATAN KEMBAYAN  KABUPATEN SANGGAU KAPUAS) NURUL HUDAProgram Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas EkonomiUniversitas Tanjungpura   ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance, (2) Knowing and testing the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation either partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Puskesmas Kembayan. The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation. This study examines and analyze influence of capital structure, size, profitability, and dividend per share to company value within growth opportunity as mediator variable. This research used secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is pooled data regression by seeing 30 company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2016-2019. The result of this study show that the variable capital structure has a positive influence and no significant to company value. Variable size has a negative influence and no significant to company value. Variable profitability has a positive influence and no significant to company value. Variable dividend per share has a negative influence and no significant to company value. And growth opportunity has a negative and no significant to company value. Whereas, capital structure, size, profitability and dividend per share not has significant influence to growth opportunity.

Value of the firm illustrates how well or not management manages its wealth. The firm's high value can increase prosperity for shareholders, so it can influence investor perception of the company. Every company is required to be able to process the important functions that exist in the company effectively and efficiently so that the company can be superior. Value of the firm can be influenced by macro-economic conditions in a country and micro-economics in industrial sectors. This study aims to test macro-economic factors, namely, the influence of interest rates, exchange rates, economic growth and micro-economics, namely financial performance, funding decisions and investment decisions on the value of the firm. The population of this research is 100 companies at Kompas 100 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019. Samples of this study as many as 51 companies were selected based on purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a negative and insignificant influence of interest rates, economic growth on the value of the firm. Exchange rates and investment decisions have a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the firm. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on the value of the firm. Financial decisions have a negative and significant effect on the value of the company.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of hygiene factors and motivational factors that can encourage health workers to work more productively at the Hospital of St. Vincentius Singkawang. Sources of data obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The population of this research is 118 Vincentius Singkawang Hospital health workers. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. From the results of the analysis, the authors conclude that the leadership has fulfilled the factors of workforce motivation in accordance with financial capabilities. However, there are still factors that have not been well paid attention to is the salary given by the hospital to employees must contain the principle of fairness and refer to the legislation. So that the organization will obtain, maintain, and employ a number of employees with a variety of positive attitudes and behaviors, productive performance, effective and efficient in completing work for the interests of the organization in order to achieve the goals of the St. Vincentius Hospital Singkawang.Keyword: Motivational Factor, Hygine Factor
