Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan pengaruh era revolusi industri 4.0 terhadap kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan oleh industri saat ini adalah yang memiliki kompetensi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kompetensi ini untuk mewujudkan pabrik cerdas (smart factories), seperti salah satunya Internet of Things (IoT). Era revolusi industri 4.0 membuka kesempatan bagi sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk memiliki keahlian yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini. Untuk itu, diperlukan pelaksanaan program peningkatan keterampilan (up-skilling) atau pembaruan keterampilan (reskilling) para sumber daya manusia berdasarkan kebutuhan dunia industri saat ini, salah satu yang kompetensi yang dibutuhkan adalah sumber daya manusia yang memiliki talent, dikarenakan talent menjadi kunci atau faktor penting untuk kesuksesan implementasi industri 4.0 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif partisipatoris, yang menekankan pada kedalaman hasil penelitian dimana peneliti terlibat langsung sebagai instrumen penelitian. Data diperleh mealui studi literatur, wawancara dan praktek langsung. Hasil dari Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan upaya didalam mempersiapkan dan memetakan kompetensi sumber daya manusia dalam era revolusi industri 4.0. dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Apalagi di era bonus demografi yang sudah di depan mata. Ini penting jika bangsa kita tetap ingin berdaya di zaman revolusi industri keempat  yang serba otomatis, robotik, dan tentu teknologi termutakhir.   Kata Kunci : kompetensi; sumber daya manusia, upskill, reskilling

Untuk merespon tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan yang terjadi saat ini, pegawai Negeri sipil harus dapat belajar secara ekstensif untuk memenuhi permintaan operasi organisasi. Karyawan diminta tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mereka, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan untuk menangani beberapa operasi organisasi lainnya. Selain itu karyawan juga diminta untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri akan keberhasilan dalam menjalankan operasional yang dibebankan kepada mereka. Permasalahan mengenai kinerja merupakan permasalahan yang akan selalu dihadapi oleh pihak manajemen , karena itu manajemen perlu mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut akan membuat manajemen dapat mengambil berbagai kebijakan yang diperlukan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya agar sesuai dengan harapan manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini adapun sudut pandang penulis dalam melihat potensi kinejera pegawai dari sudut pandang internal masing-masing individu pegawai, melalu pendekatan self leadership, self efficeacy, dan kecerdasan intelektual.   Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory research. jumlah  populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berada di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan jumlah 120 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik  random sammpling, dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga ditemukan responden sebesar 92 responden.   Dalam penelitian ini analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Ver 22. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Self leadership, self efficacy, dan kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai ; 2) Self leadership berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Self efficacy berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai ; 4) Kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai dan 5) Kecerdasan intelektual dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai daripada variabel lainnya yaitu self efficacy dan self leadership.   Keywords :  Self Leadership, Self Efficacy, Kecerdasan Intelektual, dan Kinerja.

The competition among retail owners cannot be avoided, with various promotions offered, retailers are competing to win the hearts of consumers. The more new companies appear, the more offered products on the market. Of course this situation makes it easier for producers to market their products and for retailers themselves they will always compete to do more creative things in an effort to attract potential consumers. Price discounts and bonus packs are the most widely used sales promotions, both online and offline sales (Chen, Marmorstein, Tsiro, & Rao, 2012; Dawson & Kim 2009). In-store Display (display in store) is the layout of goods by taking into account the elements of grouping of types and uses of goods, neatness and beauty so that it seems attractive and directs consumers to see, encourage, and decide to buy (Ngadiman 2008: 329). The population of this research is consumers of hypermarkets and supermarkets in the city of Bandung. The sample in this study are consumers who shop at Carrefour hypermarkets and Yogya supermarkets. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression. Based on the results of the statistics carried out, the results obtained for Carrefour hypermarkets for bonus packaging have no effect and in Yogya supermarkets the price discount has no effect on impulsive purchases.   Keywords: Discounted prices, Bonus packaging, In-store display, Impulsive purchases.

From many kinds of investment in Indonesian capital markets, a mutual fund is one of the instrument to be discussed. Within a short time, the mutual fund gives a significant influence to the Indonesian capital markets. A mutual fund is one of the alternatives for the investors, especially for small investors or for the investor that does not want to meet high risk. In the growing of Indonesian capital markets, the net asset value (NAV) of the mutual fund should be increasing, and the increase of the NAV proves it. The sharia equity fund is no different. As an alternative investment, the sharia mutual fund in Indonesia is growing; however, it does not seem attractive to the investor, reflected by the small weighting from the mutual fund industry. The reason why investors are reluctant to invest in sharia equity fund is the volatility, compared to the conventional equity fund. To guide investors and to attract investment in sharia equity funds, some indicators can be used, such as PER, PBR and PSR. This study will use these indicators as the independent variables: PER (X1), PBR (X2) and PSR (X3) on the Net Asset Value (NAV) as the dependent variable (Y)  in sharia equity fund using the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) data. In this research, the researcher uses a quantitative method using secondary data. The results show that there is a significant influence of PER, PBV and PSR on NAV in sharia equity funds. As a consequence, PER, PBR and PSR can guide investors’ decisions to invest in sharia mutual fund.   Keywords: PER, PBR, PSR, NAV, sharia mutual fund

Managerial ownership is an important element in reducing the agency conflict that occurs in a firm. The ownership can provide manager’s incentives to perform optimally in achieving the firm’s goal to improve firm value. Managers in each firm will adjust their ownership to respond firm value. That adjustment can create a changes in managerial ownership. This study aims to examine the relation between changes in managerial ownership to changes in firm value that used a non-financial firms from 2009-2011 as a sample. The results show that  negative  changes  on  managerial  ownership  have  a  negative  and  significant  to changes in firm value, while positive changes on managerial ownership have a positive and not significant to changes in firm value.   Keywords: Managerial ownership, changes in managerial ownership, and changes in firm value

This research aims to analyze the organizational performance from customer perspective. On the other hand, the mediation effect of corporate social responsibility toward corporate governance and perceived market performance were also identified. Data were taken from 130 respondents using judgmental sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM with software LISREL 8.8. Results show that corporate governance positively influences corporate social responsibility whereas corporate social responsibility positively influences perceived market performance. It is also found that the mediation effect of corporate social responsibility toward the relationship of corporate governance and perceived market performance is positively confirmed.   Keywords : corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, perceived market performance, mediation effect

This study aims to know the effect of internal factor (capitalization, profitability, inefficiency, size) and external factor (economic growth, inflation) on credit risk of micro bank in Indonesia. This research uses purposive sampling method. Dependent variable in this research is credit risk. The independent variables in this study are capitalization measured by capital adequacy ratio, profitability measured by return on asset, inefficiency measured by BOPO ratio, size, economic growth, and inflation. The results show that credit risk is significantly influenced by capitalization, profitability, inefficiency, size, economic growth, and inflation. Inefficiency and inflation variables have a positive effect on credit risk, while variable capitalization, profitability, size, and economic growth negatively affects credit risk.   Keywords: capitalization, profitability, inefficiency, size, economic growth, inflation, credit risk, rural bank.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1). Menganalisis pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Cabang Ternate 2). Menganalisis variabel karakateristik kompetensi terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Ternate. 3) Menganalisis variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Ternate. 4). Menganalisis variabel budaya organisasi, karakteristik kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik pegawai PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Ternate.  Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Regresi Linier Berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik uji-t dan uji-F, setelah dilakukan uji ekonometrik berupa uji normaitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial baik variabel budaya organisasi, karakteristik kompetensi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja layanan publik. Demikian pula pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut di atas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja layanan publik pegawai PT. For an e-commerce company, a reliable website is a basic requirement in the expansion of its business. This study aimed to describe the level of quality that is perceived by customers of an e-commerce website in Indonesia, based on the judgment of the actual quality and perceived quality developed from Website Quality (WebQual) theory. This research employs WebQual dimensions namely usability, information quality, and service interaction to be further analyzed by using Gap Analysis method. The research was done by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents in Bandung, Indonesia, to determine what are the factors determining website quality of Shopee Indonesia. The result shows that overall there are value gaps between the actual quality (performance) and ideal quality (importance) of the website.   Keywords: E-Commerce; Website Quality; Information Technology; Online business

A dynamic business environment put a high pressure on the companies to improve their innovation capabilities continously. It could be achieved by making a collaboration with external parties to capture their knowledge and technology, and then turning it into innovative products and services that companies provided. The aims of this study is to determine the effectiveness of open innovations implementation in Batik Industry in Yogyakarta on firm performance. It focuses on the analyzing of the company's ability in collaborating innovatively with external parties, such as competitors, government, and research institutions. Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) of Batik Industry in Yogyakarta is used as the population. The sample is choosed by using convenience simple random sampling method that result in 96 SMEs. Then, the data is analysed through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using 3 independent variables, inter-company cooperation, companies and government cooperation, and companies and research institutions cooperation that tested on firm performance. Besides, product innovation also used as intervening variable. The findings show that a collaboration between companies and government have a positive effect on product innovation, while firm collaboration with research institutions has no effect on product innovation. The role of product innovation as an intervening variable in this model is significant in mediating the effect of external parties collaboration on firm performance. Further, these findings is expected to contributed on SMEs strategies development in building innovation capabilities, particularly in open innovation implementation that would affect firm performance.   Keywords: External Cooperation, Innovation, Performance
