<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRACT</p><p>This study is aimed to investigate the relationship of corporate social responsibility, intellectual capital, and corporate governance on value relevance. The sample employed in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX using secondary data from financial statements and annual reports from 2014 to 2016. The sample was selected by using a purposive sampling method with the number of samples amounted to 159 firm-year. The results of this study suggest that corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital disclosure are not associated with value relevance. Meanwhile, corporate governance is positively associated with value relevance.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRAK</em><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, modal intelektual, dan tata kelola perusahaan terhadap relevansi nilai. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI berupa data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan dari 2014 hingga 2016. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 159 firm-year. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan pengungkapan modal intelektual tidak berpengaruh terhadap relevansi nilai. Sementara itu, tata kelola perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap relevansi nilai.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Intellectual Capital, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2019. The variables used in this study are intellectual capital, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and good corporate governance (GCG) variables as dependent variables, while dependent variables are financial performance. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subject of this study is a manufacturing company registered with the IDX for the period 2015-2019. Secondary data is obtained from the annual report of 9 companies with purposive sampling. Then the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study with the t test showed that the variable Intellectual Capital (X1) had no significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.169 > 0.05; Corporate Social Responsibility (X2) variables have a significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05; The Good Coporate Government (X3) variable has a significant effect on financial performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. <p><em>Maximizing the interests of shareholders through increasing company value is one of the goals the company wants to achieve. To achieve these objectives, the company must pay attention to several things including implementing good corporate governance, paying attention to social and environmental interests so as not to intersect and improve the ability of its human resources.</em></p><p><em>This study focuses on the implementation of corporate governance proxied by the proportion of independent board of commissioners and the number of audit committees, disclosure of corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital as well as examining its effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016</em></p><p><em>The statistical method in this study uses multiple regression analysis, where the independent variable is the proportion of independent commissioners, the number of audit committees, coporate social responsibility disclosure (CSRD) and intellectual capital proxied by value added intellectual capital (VAIC). Whereas the dependent variable is the value of the company proxied by Tobin's Q</em></p><p><em>The results of this study indicate that the audit committee affects the value of the company while the proportion of independent board of directors, coporate social responsibility disclosure and value added intellectual capital does not have an influence on the value of the company.</em></p><em>Keywords: Corporate Value, Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility, Intellectual Capital</em>

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab soaial perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening, dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian mengambil sampel perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).  Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan. Selama periode 2014-2018, terdapat 142 perusahaan manufaktur, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 perusahaan. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu metode pengambilan sampel yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu sehingga total sampel adalah 19 perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan path analysis.  Hasil penelitian meliputi (1) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, (2) umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab soaial perusahaan, (3) profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, (4) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, (5) umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, (6) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening, (7) umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening.Kata Kunci :   ukuran perusahaan, halaman perusahaan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, profitabilitas.AbstractThis study aims to examine whether company size has an effect on corporate social responsibility, company age has an effect on corporate social responsibility, profitability has an effect on corporate social responsibility, company size has an effect on profitability, company age has an effect on profitability, company size has an effect on responsibility social enterprise with profitability as an intervening variable, and company age affect corporate social responsibility with profitability as an intervening variable. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate social responsibility dan agresivitas pelaporan keuangan terhadap agresivitas pajak dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Variabel Good Corporate Governance yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diproksikan dengan proporsi komisaris independen dan komite audit. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 20142015. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel dari 64 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan 2 tahun berturut-turut, sehingga menghasilkan 128 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian adalah regresi linier berganda berbantuan aplikasi statistika SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan agresivitas pelaporan keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sementara itu, proporsi komisaris independen dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan agresivitas pelaporan keuangan dengan agresivitas pajak.Kata kunci: corporate social responsibility; agresivitas pelaporan keuangan; agresivitas pajak; komisaris independen; komite audit ABSTRACT This study aimed to examine the effect corporate social responsibility and financial reporting aggressiveness towards tax aggressiveness with good corporate governance as moderating variable. Good corporate governance which is proxied by board of independence commissioner proportion and audit committee. This study are focusing on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2015. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 64 companies during the observation period of 2 years in a row so as to produce a total of 128 samples. Analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis by SPSS 22.0. The result reveal corporate social responsibility and financial reporting aggresiveness degree of tax aggresiveness.  This study aims to determine how much influence Intellectual Capital, Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Ownership Structure have on the Company's Financial Performance in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 . This study uses secondary data. The method used in this research is pane l data regression analysis . This study used 34 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019 which were used as samples. The sample technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample using certain criteria. Data processing is done with tools Eviews. From this research, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Intellectual Capital and Financial Performance . (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Company Size on Financial Performance . (3) There is a negative and significant influence between Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance . (4) There is a negative and significant influence between Ownership Structure on Financial Performance . (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Intellectual Capital , Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Ownership Structure simultaneously on financial performance.

The implementation of social responsibility has been widely applied to various types of companies including profit-based manufacturing companies. This is because the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is able to influence the performance of the company. Through corporate social activities, making the name of the company can be great in the eyes of the wider community. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining results or output empirically to test the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on stock returns and the value of companies with good corporate governance as moderating. This research examines companies engaged in manufacturing that have been registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. A total of 539 manufacturing companies were used as populations with purposive judgment sampling as a sampling method. The indicator used to measure Corporate Social Responsibility variables is using the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines (SRG) method by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as its issuer. And for the proxy of the Good Corporate Governance variable, it uses managerial ownership. Managerial ownership is acting as a management who actively participates in decision making and also as a shareholder in the company, and the measurements made for company value variables are using the Tobin's Q index. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The method used in this research is the documentation method carried out by collecting secondary data published by the company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of annual reports which include financial statements of manufacturing companies in 2015-2017. Secondary data collection is done by tracing data through literature and manuals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a quantitative study with a correlational analysis method to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable.
