The objective: was to compare the efficacy of complex methods of treating climacteric syndrome in patients with concomitant type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) by analyzing hormonal parameters before and after complex therapy using antihomotoxicological drugs. Materials and methods. We examined 58 patients aged 45-55 years with a climacteric syndrome on the background of a 2-type diabetes mellitus. Women of the 1st group (n = 28) received only basic therapy according to the National Consensus for the management of patients in menopause with concomitant DM of type 2. Women of the 2nd group (n = 30) were treated with antihomotoxicological drugs against the background of basic therapy. Results. The proposed complexes positively influenced the hormonal state of patients, and also reduced the severity of climacteric syndrome and psychoemotional component. More effective was a complex that included antihomotoxicological agents, which is confirmed by the dynamics of hormonal parameters. Conclusion. From the clinical point of view, the obtained results give grounds to recommend these complexes for the correction of hormonal disorders in women with menopausal disorders on the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Key words: climacteric syndrome, diabetes type 2, base therapy, antihomotoxicological agents.

In hypothyroidism, the climacteric syndrome has a tendency to an early start and a protracted course and manifests itself in the middle and severe forms with a predominance in the clinical picture of psychoemotional and metabolic-endocrine disorders. The purpose of the work is to compare the effectiveness of complex treatment of climacteric syndrome with concomitant hypothyroidism by analyzing hormonal indices before and after complex therapy using antihomotoxicological therapy. For its achievement, patients are divided into two groups: women who received only baseline therapy in accordance with the National Consensus on the management of patients in the climacteric diet (hereinafter — base therapy, group 1) and patients who, in addition to the baseline therapy, received therapy with antihomotoxic drugs (Group 2). After analyzing the patient's outcomes with the climacteric syndrome and concomitant hypothyroidism after the two treatment courses, there was a tendency for the IRI to decrease in both groups, but none of the groups was able to reach the normal level. Calcitriol increased in two observation groups, while in one group the index did not reach normal values. The decrease in the follicle stimulating hormone was observed in both groups and only the 1st group managed to get closer to normal values after two treatment cycles. The decrease in estradiol was observed in both groups of patients, but its significance was significantly lower in patients in the 1st group. Under the influence of treatment in accordance with the protocols in the first group, TTG significantly decreased, reaching the norm after the second course of treatment. In assessing the overall effectiveness of treatment, it turned out that with the use of baseline therapy, the effectiveness was 63.3%, with the use of complex treatment with the use of antihomotoxic drugs — 55.5%.

Goal of research - the study aims to examine the osteopathic profi le of children with dysarthria and to develop recommendations for osteopathic correction of somatic dysfunctions in 2-3 year old children presenting this pathology.Materials and methods. 30 2-3 year old children with the symptoms of dysarthria took part in the research. All the children were divided into 2 groups: the control group of 15 children received standard treatment, and the experimental group of 15 children received both standard and osteopathic treatment. The dysarthria severity and the osteopathic profi le were evaluated with account of the number of somatic dysfunctions at global, regional, and local levels.Results. The osteopathic correction was shown to have a positive effect on dysarthria severity. The study established a correlation between the dysarthria severity in children and the number of somatic dysfunctions at the local level.Conclusion. The study suggests using osteopathic correction of somatic dysfunctions in the complex therapy of dysarthria in children.

Introduction. Degenerative-dystrophic changes in the spine are the most common chronic human diseases. Pronounced clinical manifestations of vertebrogenic diseases are observed during active labor activity and represent one of the most frequent causes of temporary disability. It is also known that any pain syndromes are accompanied by the development of psychovegetative disorders, which reduces the effectiveness of treatment. In recent years, there has been a reasonable increase in the interest of the medical community to the non-drug treatment methods. It is caused by the polypharmacotherapy side effects, an increased numbers of allergic reactions, problems with polypragmasia, and a low level of compliance. At the same time, the question of the possibility of various non-drug treatment methods combining is quite acute. The goal of research is to substantiate the clinical effectiveness of the combined application of osteopathic correction and reflexotherapy in the complex treatment of patients with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level.Materials and methods. A prospective controlled randomized study was conducted on the basis of the medical clinics of LLC «Family Health» (Kazan) and ANO «Center for SEB assistance» (Kazan) from April 2018 to May 2019. The study involved 52 people with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level, aged from 25 to 45 years. In accordance with the exclusion criteria, 7 people dropped out of the study. The remaining patients (45 people), depending on the used treatment method, were divided by a simple randomization method using a random number generator into three groups of 15 people. The first group (main group) received osteopathic correction and reflexotherapyon the background of standard drug therapy; the second and the third groups (control groups) received only osteopathic correction orreflexotherapy, respectively, on the background of standard drug therapy. The osteopathic examination was performed for all patients regardless of the group, before and after the course of therapy, with the formation of an osteopathic conclusion. Also there was the estimation of the degree of pain syndrome severity, the asthenia, and the degree of accumulated emotional and energy charge that does not get out in a person.Results. It was found in the course of the study that the inclusion of osteopathic correction and reflexotherapy in the complex therapy of patients with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level is clinically more effective than the isolated use of these methods. Such complex therapy allows to achieve a more significant reduction in the severity of the pain syndrome by VAS (p<0,05), relief of internal emotional tension (p<0,05), and increase the effectiveness of correction of dominant somatic dysfunction. Based on the obtained data, it could be assumed that reflexotherapy potentiates the effects of osteopathic correction.Conclusion. Based on the study, it can be concluded that the combination of osteopathic correction and reflexotherapy in the treatment of patients with dorsopathy at the cervical-thoracic level increases the clinical effectiveness of the standard drug therapy. At the same time, it is worth noting the potentiating effect of the combined use of two non-medicinal methods. The question of combining of various non-drug treatment methods is quite acute today, so this study will be continued.
