Housing construction engineering is China’s social foundation engineering. With the development of China’s economy and social progress, the number of housing construction projects is also increasing, and the requirements for construction technology are increasinglyhigh. Anti-leakage construction technology is one of them. Based on this, the paper analyzes the significance of anti leakage construction, anti-leakage construction technology and optimization measures in housing construction.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of modern social economy, the urbanization process has continued to grow, and with it, so as to the demand for housing construction in urban areas. From the development perspective of construction projects, the construction involved would not only has to have a strong structural quality, but attention is also needed in the overall quality of the building. In this, a reasonable introduction of post-pouring belt construction technology in the building construction process can effectively control cracks in concrete structures. This article takes the post-pouring belt construction technology as the main research object, and focuses on its application in the housing construction process, which has shown to provide better assistance in aiding construction.

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of the market economy, the number of building construction projects is increasing. In order to effectively improve the quality of housing construction projects, relevant departments must actively promote various quality supervision and management technologies in order to fundamentally improve the construction engineering technology. The monitoring effect to a certain extent achieves the sustainable development goals of the quality of construction projects. This paper combines the case to analyse the factors affecting the operation of anti-leakage construction technology in the construction project, and discusses the application path of technology in the construction of housing construction.

The development of urbanization has led to an increase in the number and scale of construction projects and the types of building construction engineering are getting advance and diverse due to the rapid development of technology. One of them is the static pressure prestressed pipe pile which is the most common used technology in modern building construction work.  It is mainly used for pile foundation in construction work and it has the advantages in less pollution, low noise and high efficiency compared to the traditional pile foundation. Study on the characteristics of static pressure prestressed pipe pile must be carried out and strengthened the research in order to increase the effectiveness and quality of static pressure prestressed pipe pile on construction works. This paper is mainly to analyzed the characteristic and construction technology of static pressure prestressed pipe piles on building construction work.

In the field of construction engineering, foundation engineering plays a critical role. In actual construction, we must first effectively regulate the foundation construction to ensure the safety and stability of the entire building in order to improve the overall quality of the project. It's also important to look into the technologies that go into building foundations. The construction technology and reinforcing technology of building foundations are examined in this study as a reference.

Progress does not amount to destroying the future, but to preserving its essence, to generate the impetus to do it better today (Y. Ortega Y Gasset 1951). Working in the areas of history and construction technology, the spirit of these statement guided my research: developing a research method for buildings not listed (yet) as monuments but needed to be analysed before the next approach. When studying buildings it is essential to consider not only the art history, social and urban planning factors, but especially the construction engineering aspects. In this way, a deeper understanding of the underlying design and building methods used in our built environment can be developed. There have been many historical and architectural studies of buildings. The period since the Second World War has received particular interest. Unfortunately, most of these studies do not address the technical aspects of the construction of these buildings. However, these issues were covered by publications at the time these buildings were constructed. Technology provided me with the inspiration to develop a more comprehensive research method to assess buildings: Analysing Buildings from Context to Detail in time: ABCD research method. Technology, at academic level, should be considered in the analysis of a building. Here we are concerned with construction engineering, the study of the requirements associated with constructing buildings. The Analysing Building Construction in time research matrix (ABC matrix) can be used in practice. It incorporates the study outcomes which relate to the building itself. Contextual aspects as well as building aspects are included. They can be analysed at the three time levels to draw conclusions which are relevant to the future existence of the building. The case study of the Friesland Provincial Library in Leeuwarden will be worked out in the conference paper.

In Malaysian construction industry, Industrialised Building System (IBS) has been introduced to replace the traditional construction method. While the government has been making significant efforts to encourage the IBS adoption, the uptake of IBS in Malaysia construction projects remains low. This study seeks to identify the barriers to the uptake of IBS and to propose the strategies to enhance the implementation IBS in Malaysian housing construction process from the perspectives of consultants. Interviews were conducted with five selected experienced individuals who were working with consultants (civil and structure engineer and quantity surveyor). The results revealed that, lack of knowledge and insufficient skilled workers are the main factors that impede the IBS uptake in Malaysia. Meanwhile, the most strategy proposed by the interviewees is to increase the facilities and incentives in order to expand research and development in IBS.

In order to analyze the application of construction technology concrete construction technology in order to maximize the quality of construction, it is necessary to grasp the basic operation steps of each stage of construction. Scientific and reasonable concrete structure construction technology, not only can effectively protect the entire building construction concrete structure of the security, but also can extend the life of the building itself, from the fundamental to reduce the incidence of building safety accidents, and thus promote  the  construction Sustainable  Development of Economic Construction of Construction Units. In view of this, this paper mainly  analyzes the construction tech nology of concrete structure in construction engineering.
