CITIC Guoan Financial Fraud Case Analysis

With the diversified development of contemporary China ' s economy, the rapid growth of high-quality economy, but fraud occurs frequently, emerge in endlessly. This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge, reviews the case of CITIC Guoan, and expounds the background and fraud situation of the company. Then through the analysis of CITIC Guoan ' s financial fraud cases of A-share listed companies for seven consecutive years, this paper comprehensively summarizes the means of fraud from six aspects, triggering the thinking of business ethics and accounting professional ethics. Finally, from the staff, management and external supervision and management of listed companies to prevent financial fraud recommendations.

The Value of Ecological Assets Based on Land Cover/Use Pattern in Kunming, Yunnan Province

Nowadays, the quantitative assessment of the ecological assets assessment was a hot topic and focus in the field of ecology and environmental economics. Quantitative evaluation of ecological assets can monetize the value of ecological assets, strengthen local ecological environment protection, and promote the service functions of regional ecosystems. Taking urban area as research area can clarify the value of local ecological protection and provide a scientific basis for the positioning of the functions and the construction of ecological civilization. The results showed that the value of ecological assets in Kunming was 249.858 billion yuan and 305.180 billion yuan in 2010 and 2020, respectively. Grassland made the largest contribution to ecological assets and was an important part of the composition of ecological assets, and the value of soil and water conservation occupied a large proportion in Kunming's ecological assets. The value of ecological assets in Kunming was growing in general, but a few ecological services have declined in value, so it was necessary to increase the ecological construction and strengthen the supervision and management of ecological assets.

Logistics and Freight Transportation Management: An NLP based Approach for Shipment Tracking

Tracking and tracing systems have become basic services for most logistics companies and are particularly essential for the shipping and logistics industry. Dynamic logistics management today need constant supervision and management of continuously-changing supply chains that motivate the necessity of goods-centric logistics monitoring and tracking, which guarantees a chance to improve transparency and control of a company’s multiple logistical activities. However, operational inefficiencies due to the conventional monitoring system for the supply chain management can also result in sales loss, higher cost, poor customer service–and eventually lower profits. Based on research literature, this paper aims to provide a novel approach for tracking and tracing shipment in a logistics organisation by implementing deep natural language processing concepts. The study aims to allow the stakeholders to think in new ways in their organisation and helping them to have a powerful influence on tracking and tracing to make the best decision possible at the right time. The proposed method is compared based on the accuracy of identifying the query, and results are significantly acceptable. This study is of related interest to researchers, academicians, and practitioners.

Definition of a Protocol to Manage and Officially Confirm SHB Presence in Sentinel Honeybee Colonies

Given the consolidated circulation of Aethina tumida (SHB) in Reggio Calabria and Vibo Valentia provinces of Calabria region (Southern Italy), the need for a more effective and less time-consuming approach to SHB surveillance emerged. Accordingly, honeybee sentinel colonies were established in the infested areas under the supervision and management of the Veterinary Services of the Local Health Unit. In this short communication, we present the protocol adopted in the Calabria region to manage the SHB positive sentinel honeybee colonies. The procedures for safely packing and transport the SHB infested sentinel honeybee colonies from the field to the official laboratory and the subsequent procedure for their careful inspection in the laboratory are illustrated.

Brief Overview of Intelligent Education

Intelligent Education uses AI technology as a means in the education ecology to promote the automation and intelligence of education and teaching. It reshapes the education ecology, adding AI things to the traditional education ecology that dominated by teachers and students. Although IE technology is widely used, there is little discussion about a comprehensive overview of IE. The goal and connotation of IE is discussed. Meanwhile, the emotional, ethical, AI technology as well as supervision and management perspectives in IE are discussed too. The core goal of IE is putted forward that is human-oriented and individualized development of students is. Finally, the education ecology with dual-teacher collaborative in intelligence education was proposed.
