This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. AUTO 2000 Bintaro. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Promotion obtained an average score of 3.42 with good criteria. The purchasing decision variable obtained an average score of 3.83 with good criteria. The promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 8.949 + 0.862X, and a correlation value of 0.772 or strong with a determination of 59.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Today's economic development is marked by the emergence of various forms of the property very quickly and continuously. This study aims to determine the effect of location and selling price on the purchasing decision of Bailey's City Ciputat Apartment Unit at PT. Gapura Prima Group. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 86 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 42.0%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. The selling price has a significant effect on the purchase decision of 46.9%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Location and selling price simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Bailey's City Ciputat Apartment Unit by 56.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

To improve health services to the community, RS. Graha Juanda Bekasi, as a referral for patients in Bekasi and its surrounding areas, continues to make improvements. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Graha Juanda Hospital in Bekasi. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Service Quality obtained an average score of 3.40 with good criteria. The patient satisfaction variable obtained an average score of 3.82 with good criteria. Service quality has a significant effect on patient satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7.695 + 0.897X, and a correlation value of 0.784 or strong with a determination of 61.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect and impact of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1 ) and Operational Expenses on Operating Income (X2 ) on Return on Assets (Y) at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero). Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted indicate that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1 ) does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets (Y), the determination value is 74.8%, the hypothesis test is obtained by count <ttable or (- 3.851 <2.571). Operational Expense on Operating Income (X2 ) has no significant effect on Return on Assets (Y) with a determination value of 97.1%, hypothesis testing is obtained tcount <ttable or (- 13.010 <2.571). Capital Adequacy Ratio (X1 ) and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (X2 ) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets (Y), the regression equation Y = 8,202 - 0.017X1 - 0.074X2 and a determination value of 97.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained with Fcount> Ftable or (73,717> 6,590). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Capital Adequecy Ratio (X1) dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (X2) Terhadap Return on Asset (Y) Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero). Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Capital Adequecy Ratio (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (Y), nilai determinasi sebesar 74,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (- 3,851 < 2,571). Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional(X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (Y) dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 97,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (- 13,010 < 2,571). Capital Adequecy Ratio (X1) dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (Y) diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 8,202 - 0.017X1 - 0.074X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 97,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (73,717 > 6,590) Kata Kunci : Capital Adequacy Ratio, Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional, Return on Asset

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital ratio and debt ratio to profitability at PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the working capital ratio has a significant effect on profitability of 44.3%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (2.552 > 2.306). The debt ratio has a significant effect on Rentability of 69.4%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count < t table or (-4.258 < 2.306). Working capital ratios and debt ratios simultaneously have a significant effect on Profitability obtained by the regression equation Y = 24.307 + 0.621X1 - 0.430X2 and a determination value of 96.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (88.636 > 4,350).

This study aims to determine the effect of product prices and promotions on purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi brand cars at PT. Srikandi Diamond Motors Tangerang Branch. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the price of products significantly influence the decision to purchase a Mitsubishi brand car by 42.7%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Promotion has a significant effect on the decision to purchase a Mitsubishi brand car of 43.1%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Product prices and promotions simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Mitsubishi brand cars by 53.5%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Victoria International, Tbk. 2009-2018 period The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that Non Performing Loans have a significant effect on Return on Assets by 60.4%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (3.496> 2.306). Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets of 2.8%, hypothesis testing obtained t count <t table or (-0.477 <2.306). Non-Performing Loan and Capital Adequacy Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets, the regression equation is Y = 8.666 + 0.569X1 + 0.049X2 and a determination value of 60.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained by the value of F count> F table or (5,431> 4,350).

Along with the many types of bread that appear now, one of which is white bread. Companies are required to make bread products that can meet the wishes of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of product mix, promotion mix and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of Sari Roti products in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 consumers. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the product mix significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions by 30.3%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The promotion mix has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 41.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 26.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product mix, promotion mix, and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Return On Assets on Debt to Equity Ratio at PT Duta Anggada Realty. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique with statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study Current Ratio does not significantly influence the Debt to Equity Ratio, Determination value of 21.5%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount <ttable or (-1,480 < 2,306). Return On Assets has no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio Determination value of 13.9%, the hypothesis test obtained tcount <ttable or (-1,138 < 2,306). Current Ratio and Return On Assets simultaneously have no significant effect on Debt to Equity Ratio obtained by the regression equation Y = 36,963 - 0,409 X1 - 24,424 X2 and the determination value of 39.2%, the hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcount < Ftable or (2.259 < 4,350). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio dan Return On Asset Terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio Pada PT. Duta Anggada Realty.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio, nilai Determinasi sebesar 21,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (-1,480 < 2,306). Return On Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio nilai Determinasi sebesar 13,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel atau (-1,138 < 2,306). Current Ratio dan Return On Asset secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 36,963 - 0,409X1 - 24,424X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 39,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung < F tabel atau (2,259 < 4,350). This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at Floris Florists in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing.  The results of this study product quality significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions by 40.9%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.069> 1.986). The promotion has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 39.3%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.796> 1.986). Product quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a regression equation Y = 10.681 + 0.382X1 + 0.361X2 and an influential contribution of 50.2%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (46.890> 2.700).

This study aims to determine the effect of effective communication on employee performance at PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) in Pamulang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 88 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study communication variables obtained an average score of 3.42 with good criteria. Employee performance variables obtained an average score of 3.79 with good criteria. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 8.691 + 0.854X, and the correlation coefficient value is 0.777 or has a strong relationship with the determination value of 60.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 0.05.
