The aim of this research is to optimise the utilization of third runway in Soekarno Hatta International Airport by giving recommendation based on calculation and simulation of runway capacity. The flight schedule data in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport was taken from flightradar24.com for duration of 1- 6 January 2020. The calculation of the runway capacity uses time space analysis method and simulation in BlueSky ATM Simulator. The highest runway capacity of 44 flights per hour is reached when the runway operates as take-off only or landing-only configuration. The simulation is conducted for 3 scenarios: 2 runways configuration, 3 runways configuration and 3 runways configuration with modification. The log data of simulation is analysed using Python programming to know the separation for every pair of flights and ensured that the minima distance due to wake turbulence is fulfilled. The recommendations are runway 07L/25R and 06/24 operates as segregated parallel operation by installing ILS on runway 06/24, extending NP2 and NP3 taxiway for increasing the capacity and reducing the runway incident probability. The results from extending the taxiway are the operation of runway 06/24 will not disturb runway 07L/25R operation, the runway capacity will increase by 60%, and the utilization of third runway will increase by 55%.

In the 20th century, several scholars across different disciplines have explored the relations between sociality and the associated perceptions of time and space. This paper draws on their theories to study how the Facebook News Feed feature inscribes users with a certain kind of temporality and spatiality. Building on Manual Castells' characterization of online activities as a "temporal collage" it argues that, through the interactions with News Feeds, users encounter the desequencing of the temporality of their social space. It further analyzes a News Feed page as a temporal object as defined by Bernard Stiegler, and adopts his critique of cinematic time to reveal how this feature inscribes an "always on" behavior for users even when they are offline. It concludes by discussing the political significance of this temporality and spatiality in two different senses: the constant acceleration in the pace of life and online surveillance. It draws on David Harvey's concept of space-time compression to discuss the relations between the temporality of Facebook and capitalism, and on Anthony Gidden's time-space distantiation to discuss the power relations of online surveillance.

Detection, measurement and monitoring of environmental pollution are considered as one of the decision basics in the environmental management. Principle planning for solving environmental problems is not possible without reliance to assured measurement with the help of new and powerful systems in monitoring. In this regard the noise pollution of airports is of great importance. In this paper by using device analysis method and utilizing a calibrated sound level meter device, sources of noise pollution recognition, noise and sound pressure level measurement, evaluation and comparison of them with environmental standards, and airside control actions of the Imam Khomeini international airport have been performed and it was showed, that the runway, ground safety and the dock have been respectively the main pollutants, so that noise pollution in the Apron area and runway at night have been 80.7% more than Iran standards and the ground safety site while alarm broadcasting has been 53.1% at daytime and 61.1% at night more than standards and these values for Dock has been 20.88% and also the value of noise pollutants in water refinery sites, watchtower, taxi parking and pilgrim terminals have met standards. Finally some solutions against noise pollution have been proposed.

Computer basic teaching is an essential basic learning content in higher education teaching. In order to encourage students and enable them to practice and improve their programming ability, the online judge system has been introduced into the programming course for compiling, executing and evaluating the algorithm source code submitted by students. The asymmetry of students’ programming level is an important issue when teachers guide the programming of online judge system. We used the exploratory factor analysis method to identify the potential variable structure from the log data submitted by the students of the online judge system, and evaluate the programming level of the students to predict the “at risk” learners. We proposed a student participation model, SCFH, based on this variable structure. Using the log data of the students in the C language course and their final exam results, we trained a deep neural network based on SCFH to divide the students into three different grades, namely “risky”, “intermediate” and “advanced”. To verify the validity of the model, we used the prediction model to classify students in another C++ language programming course. The results show that the submission log data model SCFH can be used to predict the programming ability of students, and the validity of these results can be tested by examination results.

This paper uses clustering analysis method to explore time-space characteristics distribution of traffic accidents, losses converted into cash, number of deaths and injuries. We select hierarchical clustering method to analyze about 458 thousands road traffic accidents in china from 2009 to 2010. And the time-space characteristics distributions include month distribution, annual average daily distribution, annual average daily time of occurrence distribution, road type distribution, road alignment distribution. The results show that traffic accidents on expressway are bound up with these characteristics.
