After globalization in the 1990s, the standardizationprocess in manufacturing industries has gainedmomentum. In this study, an attempt has been made to identify the role of Quality Management System (QMS) in enhancing performance in an Indian manufacturing industry, with M/S Ramdevs Motors, a pumps manufacturing industry, as the place of this study.Performance measures like, Increase in financial performance, productivity, etc. have been considered in this study. An opinion survey type questionnaire was used to collect data from the organization. The performance of the company before and after the implementation of QMS was collected, processed and analysed using statistical tools. The results of the studyreveal that the role of QMS has significance in enhancing the performance of the organization but has no significance in financial performance of the organization.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of  leadership, motivation, competence, commitment, and organizational culture on the implementation performance of the Quality Performance at a packaging manufacturing industry. The study sample as population is all 300 employees of packaging industry. The analysis of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with LISREL software program version 8.70. The results show that leadership and organizational culture have significant influence on the implementation performance of quality management system, while motivation, competence and commitment do not affect the implementation performance of the quality management system.

Globalization era requires many companies to improve service quality and resource management capabilities in order to gennerate public confidence in the products and commitments offered. The quality improvement program is contained in Quality Management System (QMS). QMS is developed in ISO 9001 standart certification.ISO 9001 is a standard that contains quality management system requirements issued by the International Organization for standarization (IOS). Companies that become the obyect of research is PT Sejahtera, this company is engaged in manufacturing.the company suffered several losses in the form of withdrawal of order from customer. Besides that happened also complaint from customer will product which yield not according to standard which have been approved. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of ISO 9001: 2015 implementation at PT. Sejahtera. The method used is Gap Analysis. Calculations on gap analysis use checklists made based on requirements of ISO 9001: 2015.the result of calculation using checklist will show how big the effectiveness of PT. Sejahtera in implementing ISO 9001: 2015

The number of construction activities nowadays increased rapidly due to urbanization and economic growth. The increased number of construction activities will cause adverse effects and huge impacts on the natural environment, and integrity of the construction process. Compared to the other industries, it is far behind in the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS). This paper aims to investigate the success factors of the implementation of EMS in the construction industry. EMS introduced several control strategies with proper management to address environmental issues caused by construction activities. This study reviewed some of the past studies related to EMS, construction industry, and also sustainable development in construction projects. EMS helps in minimizing environmental impacts by providing a framework that supports a construction company through reliable control. EMS integrates environment management into the company’s long term planning, daily operations and other quality management system.
