ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP STYLE, MOTIVATION AND ATTITUDE WITH NURSE PERFORMANCE IN RSUD Dr.A.DADI TJOKRODIPO BANDAR LAMPUNG  Introduction: Performance is termed as job performance, in a broader sense, namely the results of work in quality, quantity, and timeliness achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties according to the responsibilities given. Almost all employee performance measurements consider the quantity, quality, and timeliness of work. Factors that affect performance include leadership, motivation, discipline and skills, and situational or work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational communication, leadership style, motivation, and attitude with the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020.Research Methods: The type of research used in this study is quantitative and the design in this study uses descriptive-analytic by using a cross-sectional approach, namely the researcher visits the respondents directly to collect data at that time. The population in this study were all nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020, totaling 98 respondents, the sample obtained was 78 people. In this study, the sampling technique used is the total population. Results: Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, there is a relationship between organizational communication (0.006), leadership (0.001), motivation (0.000), and attitude (0.002) with the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung in 2020. Conclusion: It is hoped that the results of this study will become input so that RSUD Dr.A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung can provide training facilities and motivational seminars to improve the performance of nurses, as well as provide rewards to nurses who excel. Hampir semua pengukuran kinerja pegawai mempertimbangkan kuantitas, kualitas dan ketepatan waktu dalam bekerja. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin dan keterampilan, dan situasional atau lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah diketahui hubungan komunikasi organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan sikap dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan diskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu peneliti mendatangi responden secara langsung untuk pengambilan data pada saat itu juga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat Di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 98 responden, sampel yang didapatkan berjumlah 78 orang. Dalam penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total populasiHasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square, ada hubungan komunikasi organisasi (0,006), kepemimpinan (0,001), motivasi (0,000) dan sikap (0,002) dengan kinerja perawat di RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung Tahun 2020.Kesimpulan : Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini menjadi masukan agar pihak RSUD Dr.A.Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung dapat menyediakan fasilitas pelatihan serta seminar motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat, serta memberikan reward/penghargaan kepada perawat yang berprestasi Kata Kunci   : Komunikasi Organisasi, kepemimpinan, motivasi, sikap dan kinerja perawat

This study analyzes several variables that affect teacher performance in North Aceh. The variable that wants to be disclosed is Competence. Respondents in this study are 198 junior high school teachers in North Aceh. Leadership, motivation and their influence on teacher performance. The sampling method used is a saturated sample. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the influence of competence on motivation is not significant, the influence of leadership on motivation is very significant. Meanwhile, the influence of competence on teacher performance is also very significant. Likewise, the influence of leadership on teacher performance is also significant. Motivation was also found to mediate the influence between Competence and Leadership on Teacher Performance. It is recommended to improve teacher performance, it is hoped that the leadership or principal of SMP Negeri in North Aceh Regency to improve teacher competence, improve leadership abilities and also increase motivation for teachers so that their performance will increase in the future.

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of leadership, motivation and work culture on the performance of the Poverty Reduction Program in the Administrative City of North Jakarta. The research location is in North Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province. The selection of location is based on the assumption that the difference in status has an impact on the leadership under it vertically.The research method uses a quantitative approach with a total population of 1,724,161 people. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, with a total of 95 samples. The data analysis technique in the research that will be carried out is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression to analyze the variables studied. The results of the study prove that leadership has an effect on 14.1%, motivation has an effect on 50.2%, work culture has an effect on 48.8%, leadership, motivation and work culture have an effect on 50.4% of poverty in North Jakarta simultaneously. Recommendations from this research, (1) the importance of transformational leadership supported by managerial progress, education and commitment, (2) the importance of motivation both internally and externally, supported by rewards and punishments, (3) the need for a commitment so that the work culture is stronger so that it will have a positive impact on the implementation of the program to become more optimal, (4) the importance of commitment, management and availability of human resources potential, according to the needs and placements in accordance with their fields.

Performance is a quality result achieved by employees in performing their duties according to the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of communication on performances, (2) the influence of leadership on performances, (3) the influence of motivation on performances and (4) the influence of work environment on performances. The number of respondents in this study is 80 people. The analysis used in this research is regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires. The result of data analysis shows that there is significant influence that is motivation have positive and significant effect; work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) or Customer Service Implementer Unit in Medan. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of 1) Leadership on Job Satisfaction at PT Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management. 2) Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management. 3) Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction at PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. The sample was selected using the Convenience Sampling method totaling 100 respondents at PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. The results of this study indicate that leadership, motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh 1) Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. 2) Motivasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. 3) Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen.Sampel dipilih mengunakan metode Convenience Sampling berjumlah 100 responden pada PT Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhdapa Kepuasan Kerja.

This study aims to examine and determine the relationship between leadership, motivation, and compensation for employee performance at PT. Generation of Java-Bali Headquarters in Surabaya. With the results of the study as follows: 1. Based on the data in the table above, the calculated t value of 3,876. Because the value of t count <t table (1.66023> 3.876) and the probability value of significance (0.00 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that leadership partially has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation. 2. Based on the t table of 0.291. So that t count <t table (1.66023 <4.976) and the value of the probability of significance (0.00 <0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work motivation partially has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation. 3. Based on t table of 0.291 So that t arithmetic <t table (1.66023 <2.972) and the probability value of significance (0.00 <0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that partial compensation has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Surabaya Java-Bali generation. 4.Based on the f table of 2.81. B ecause the value of f arithmetic> f table (35,669> 2.81) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means. As a Regional Work Unit (SKPD), the position of RFAMA is very vital in regional financial management so that leadership, discipline and work motivation are absolutely necessary in providing excellent service to interested parties. It's just that, the work achievement of the Kendari City RFAMA has not been published so far, so it is important to do this research. The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on work achievement and the simultaneous influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on work achievement. The research sample of 60 people was taken by census or all employees. Data obtained through questionnaires and observations. The assessment instrument uses a Likert scale (1-5). The level of confidence used in the item validity test in this study was 95%. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) version 26.0 for Windows. The results showed that partially each of the Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline variables had a positive and significant effect on work achievement. This means that the Leadership Style has been good and can be accepted by all employees so that it can improve work achievement in the scope of RFAMA in Kendari City. With high work morale and work motivation that is owned, will be able to improve work achievement in the scope of RFAMA Kendari City. These findings also indicate that high work discipline and enthusiasm for obeying the existing rules and being responsible for the assignments given will be able to improve work achievement in the scope of RFAMA in Kendari City. The next finding is that simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on work achievement. This shows that a good Motivational Leadership Style and Work Discipline can improve work achievement of employees at the Kendari City RFAMA Office.

Human resources in a corporate organization is a unity that can not be separated to achieve organizational goals. The achievement of organizational goals can be seen from the performance of employees. Currently, the problem of high turnover intention has become a serious problem for many companies. The negative impact that is felt due to the occurrence of turnover intention in the company is on the quality and ability to replace employees who leave the company, so it takes time and new costs in recruiting new employees. Leadership is expected to be able to direct and motivate employees so that they can carry out their jobs well, and can control or reduce stress levels in employees. And can reduce the turnover rate can maximize employee performance. Therefore, based on the above background, this research takes the title “The Effect Of Leadership, Motivation And Work Stress On Turnover Intention Of Employees Of PT. XYZ Karawang Branch”. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 51 respondents with a sample collection technique that is saturated sampling technique. Evaluation of the Measurement Model (Outer Model) and Evaluation of the Structural Model (Inner Model) to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that leadership and motivation have no significant effect on turnover intention, while work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. In order to reduce the turnover rate, it is hoped that the leadership will provide an appropriate job description for each employee so that there is no oversize capacity on the ability and working hours of employees.

Hospitality industry plays a main role and has become a major sector in Malaysia’s economy. However, there are some challenges in the hospitality industry such as employee turnover which could have various consequences to organizations. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors affecting employee turnover intention, either directly or indirectly. Previous studies have suggested that employee turnover intention could be affected by factors such as leadership, motivation, communication, work environment and infrastructure both directly and indirectly. Employee innovation and creativity as a mediating factor could also affect its relationship with turnover intention of employees. The research design for this study was quantitative research method using questionnaires as the data collection method. Purposive sampling was used to sample 152 hotel employees within the West of Malaysia. Structural Equation Modelling was used to analyze the data using SmartPLS software. Results indicated that leadership, motivation, communication, and work environment and infrastructure had significant relationship with employee innovation and creativity. Apart from that, leadership, motivation and communication also have significant relationship with the employee turnover intention. Turnover is a major issue within companies not only for the company’s sustainability, but also for the health and wellbeing of their employees. As an implication, organizations should understand that their leadership characteristic and environment has a tremendous impact to burnout and employee performance.

Islamic banking has enormous potential considering that Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world. The current performance measurement system for Islamic banks is still financial and non-financial, and there is an imbalance in the actual value of the company because it views financial and non-financial measurements as two important things that are not correlated. A comprehensive performance measurement system is urgently needed considering that Islamic banks must be able to follow market developments, such as the Balanced Scorecard. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the financial, customer, internal business, learning, and growth perspectives. Analyze which perspective is the most dominant in influencing the management performance of Islamic Banks. The results of the current research are Islamic banks in the growth stage towards the sustainability stage because they are supported by the application of goal-setting theory. Increasing employee performance satisfaction can be achieved by implementing an optimal system of leadership, motivation, and work spirit. This can be shown by the success of Islamic Banks in getting several awards from the business media.
