A growing body of academic and practitioner literature has highlighted the role of consumer experience management in maintaining long-term relationships with consumers. However, related studies are still divergent and there is little empirical evidence available to support the positive effect of consumer experience management on attitudinal and behavioural loyalty. The present study aims to fill this gap by investigating the direct and indirect impacts of consumer experience efforts on attitudinal and behavioural loyalty. To conduct an empirical study, data was collected from consumers of three service firms: health, retail, and wellness. By means of AMOS17.0, using CFA and SEM techniques, the measurement and comparison of structural models was carried out to test the invariance across three service groups. This article has significant implications for academicians well as marketers of service firms.

AbstractRecent developments in the marketing literature highlight the significance of consumer loyalty in driving global brands. In order to provide a clear understanding of the impact of consumer loyalty on power brands, the study explores an integrated framework for managing consumer loyalty attributes: image, judgement and feelings for leveraging power brands. The article utilizes a survey-based empirical study of 600 consumers from FMCG sector. Subsequently, factor analysis has been used to test a series of hypotheses concerning the direct effect of consumer loyalty attributes on power brands. The findings of the study suggest that a firm that pays more attention to manage their consumer loyalty attributes would be significantly benefited from the implementation of power brands and classify clusters of such loyal segments for FMCG sector.

The main goal of this research is to determine whether there is an impact of country - of -origin image on consumer loyalty to products originating from countries with positive and recognizable image and whether this impact is achieved through characteristics such as product quality and design, and attractiveness related to using the same. To examine this impact, an empirical study was conducted on a sample of 150 respondents and analysis of collected data was performed in SPSS 20. The results show that information about country of -origin image is important to consumers and has an impact on their behavior related to buying foreign product. More precisely, results show that country - of -origin image affects consumers when they choose products based on their quality and design and attractiveness that consumers feel when using these products, and also that through these characteristics country - of -origin image has effects on consumer loyalty. In accordance with the obtained results, conclusion is that it is extremely desirable for companies and governments to take into account the image that their country enjoys on the world market.

The research provides a substantial reference from a retail point of view, considering the significance of service convenience, and it impact on customer loyalty, loyalty intention and customer’s trust with the services. The research provides a substantial reference from a retail point of view, considering the significance of service promotion, to the impact of service comfort on consumer purchasing behavior. It is a primary data research where data was collected through questionnaire and for analysis purpose AMOS and SPSS softwares have been used. A convenient sampling method was applied to select the convenience goods customers. This was done by randomly selecting respondents. The member’s examples were taken from Aurangabad, Banaras, Aligarh, Delhi and NCR locale. Different tools has been taken in this study. The study found that trust in e-retailing doesn’t affect dependability aim, which is not at all like past investigations. The study conclude that consumer loyalty doesn’t prompt the reliability aim of clients. The current examination has an extraordinary commitment in the arena of the post-buy conduct of the clients in the e-retailing division. The study is useful to e-commerce retailers who provide help in India. It helps to develop the administration and the strategies used to keep customers steady and productive.

The purpose of this chapter is to analyze the loyalty of airline users in both online and offline environments, and the influence exercised by the virtual environment on overall loyalty to an airline company. An empirical study was carried out, with a total of 1710 personal interviews with users of different airline companies. In the analysis of the data, structural equations models were used, in particular the technique of confirmatory factor analysis. The results reveal that satisfaction, trust and perceived value all explain the relationships of loyalty between passengers and airline companies and that satisfaction trust and loyalty online influence overall satisfaction, trust, and loyalty to the company. Perceived quality, satisfaction, and trust online explain online loyalty.
